Pradips Vegetarian Restaurant in Brent

Misleading dish - when you buy a potato aubergine curry you expect some potatoes and some aubergines in it. But to have it all potatoes and just one small aubergine is shortchanging customers. They probably skimp on the aubergine because they are more expensive than potatoes. But don’t call it Potato Aubergine , then. Really felt cheated.

La comida era excelente y llegó caliente todo desde Kenton a Hampton, a unos 45 minutos en coche. Definitivamente recomiendo Pradips a cualquiera.

Fuimos a cenar aquí en una noche de lunes a viernes. No estaba muy ocupado el servicio fue excelente. Los miembros del personal eran conocedores de los artículos y muy útiles. La comida que tuvimos fue cocinada muy bien y tenía un buen sabor casero. Si está buscando una buena comida casera estilo comida, este es el ritmo a seguir. Buena variedad de cosas para elegir y una amplia variedad de comida Gujarati. Sin duda volveremos pronto.

Fuimos con mi familia y me decepcionó mucho. Aunque el menú era bastante extenso, la comida era muy típico y nada muy diferente Gujerati o emocionante en comparación a otros restaurantes vegetarianos. Mezcla de otros restaurantes con comida o del sur de la India de punjabi. El problema principal era la comida no gusto muy fresco o muy sabroso y el aceite la comida era frito en la izquierda un extraño gusto. Las porciones no eran particularmente grandes. Sin embargo, los precios eran bastante barato. Además nosotros sólo 4 personas en el restaurante un sábado por la noche. La decoración es como un café y necesita una renovación. Muy anticuado y le faltaba ambiente. Quizás mejor para un almuerzo rápido. En general, simplemente no es tan bueno como otros restaurantes vegetarianos. Lo siento pero no volveremos y no puedo recomendar.

Un restaurante que sirve comida sencilla vegetariana que no coincide con la de la puerta de excelente calidad que está próximo dulce mart un desayuno el domingo india discontinuas de mañana. El bhajia y mogo son una delicia para un desayuno satisfactorio.

Went here doe evening dinner. We were the only customers! Service and food were were good but nothing exceptional. Will we go back - unlikely.

The manager and the management are too good to be true. My husband liked to dine in always here than in the Ram's just across. The timings are not stretchy but they have a great buffet system. No food colours used at all. We were served hot food and it was like a feel-home and absolutely quiet place for family. Has a big banquet Hall and well maintained kitchen and dining area. Good for lunch and dinner. Food is served according to each individual. For ex: kids are welcome and taken care appropriately. Price is reasonable.

Not being a vegetarian was a little apprehensive. Spoke to the Chef regarding my Nut allergy, more than helpful in defining menu choice.Food was amazing and good value.

We were invited for a family gathering at Pradips. Not too impressed with the food here. I guess it must depend on the choice as what has been selected! There was not one dish which I would recommend! Sorry! Taste was very basic and nothing worth praising. Service was ok, not great. Atmosphere was ok too, not great!

The food is average, its like mass produced catering food! You know the feeling when it seems like its been reheated and food comes out swimming in oil. Personally the restaurant is not of any quality and would not recommend for special occasion but for budget meal. There isn't much competition around and being located in Kenton the expectations are going to be very poor!

We had organised a last minute Sunday lunch for 30 people , spoke with the owner and discussed the menu etc. On arrival the restaurant had set up 3 tables for us.On settling down we provided with a excellent lunch all freshly prepared and piping hot. Excellent food and service... Highly recommend

I went on a Friday night, desperate for a place to eat as somehow there weren't many restaurants open. I ordered a small meal of a mixed green vegetable curry (can't remember exact name) and garlic naan. The curry was ok, although it had a weird artificial aftertaste in the sauce, the vegetables were good but the sauce did not taste fresh. The naan was the main issue, it could not have been freshly made within the restaurant, or made even on the same day. It tasted more like lavash bread that you can buy readymade in middle eastern shops, and the worst part is that it wasn't even properly cooked, let alone warm, soft, and pliable as a naan should be. Would not go again.

A small group of us went to Pradips last week for a little celebration. We had delicious food, ample portions, attentive service and we all went home full and happy, without spending a fortune! Thank you Pradips and all your staff.

Pradips is a good place for indian sweets and savouries. The food is of good quality and they charge prices accordingly with which I don't have any issue. However they have a cheek to charge for chutneys!! That's just started! And what is the cost; 25 pence!!!!!! Even if they incorporated this in the overall pricing one would not mind however it is very disappointing to note that they have now started to charge for chutney!!!!!!!! I am a fan of Pradips but very disappointed and hope they have a rethink!!!

When there are few places to eat in the area, water gets over the head. While the food is okay, their CUSTOMER SERVICE is APPALLING. For an Indian place, the food is NO WAY NEAR close to traditional tastes, but because there is almost no competition in the region, it runs. AND that is the ONLY reason it runs.

First time visit and not a vegetarian, the food was good and not over spiced but with some pleasing tastes. Although the dining area is generally pleasing there is nothing to reduce the noise level, it was near impossible to have a conversation with the person in the next seat.

Family outing to celebrate elderly mother's birthday. Food was very poor. All curries were doused in same tomato curry sauce base, which was excruciatingly hot but with no real flavour. Certainly nothing of proper Gujrati food. The bhatura were soggy with oil but were all undercooked and had lumps of raw dough. Nan was strange (polite words). The pani for the pani puri was so old that it had fermented. Salad was so old it was browning and limp. Not one single dish was eaten up.Only good thing to be said would be the poor waiter who tried to serve us with enthusiasm and a smile. Hard to understand how this restaurant was so bad as Pradip's Sweet Mart next door is really the best in the area for their sweets and spicy foods. Certainly never eating there again.

Table of ten, booked for 6,00pm. They were still sweeping up!!!! Fruit juices, none of them fresh....all concentrated or bottled. The menu is very confusing with the Buffet menu. The whole table has to order exactly the same food!!!!!! Food ordered, when it came it was not hot all. Bland tasting, Only one dish had any real taste to it. Service ok. The restaurant is a rectangular shape.Felt more like a office canteen with the table layout and decor was poor. However they did have 2 x "Happy Diwali" banners up!!!!!! No real atmosphere and bland food. A touch expensive for veggie food.

Sunday Lunch at Pardips Sweet Mart was filling large portions and choice of Vegsgarlic and tomatoes Bread with chick peas was average in tasteThe starters 'Chaat' was well delicious came decorated with fresh coriander and tamarind pulp chutney. Being a buffet could eat unlimited! Entrance to the restaurant has a spiritual feel also wheel chair accessenjoyed Instrumental light music with a family atmosphereFor tea a wide range of savouries over the immaculately shiny glass counter.The only disappointment was the popular lentil (Toor Daal) arrived towards the endof meal and the food temps did not seem to be warm enough.Tried the desert called Shrikhand made with set yoghurt with chopped almondsand pistachios was very tasty and healthy.The restaurant would do better serving at one go with all items ferried on trolleyrather than bits in a small tray during lunch hoursThe place very friendly service, cooking very much like from mama's kitchenAs Gujarati food mainly do not use heavy spice, those wishing to enjoy Garlic, onionsand tomatoes is not a place for them.Their take away joint next door though for savouries is Excellent choiceand mainly fried many items prepared out of protein rich gram flour.

very good food authentic and well served big portions and plenty of different choices on the menu very friendly staff and very good value for money not far from the northwick park tube station only sometimes too busy to find a table without the reservation otherwise excellent

My sisters booked a table for 20 of us all the kids and the family to meet up at one central place as we were all in London on Sunday.The place being pure vegetarian cuisine did surprise us as the service and the food was excellent and very hot and fresh when served.There were no hiccups and the staff were lovely and served us with a warm smile.Had a fantastic time and would go again as in whole no one had any bad comments and we all enjoyed the food.Nice place and plenty of choices in veg dishes.

My husband and I do enjoy the usual "Indian" food you find all over the UK, however it tends to be Indian food tweaked for the UK palate. Pradip's is AUTHENTIC vegetarian Indian food and different to what we tend to have in our local high street. The food is so fresh and well seasoned, not blasted with chilly although there is plenty of heat and flavour from the spices. The owner was really helpful and didn't mind assisting us as we didn't know what many of the items were on the menu. It makes such a pleasant change to have food which is so fresh. The restaurant is immaculately clean, as was the wash room. A great place to go for a casual meal.
