Prego Pizza in Birmingham

Pizza was absolutely horrible. Chicken and donner meat on the pizza had a horrible aftertaste. Missed out the topping I mentioned. And the onions on the pizza were terrible, as if they had been drenched in water then placed on the pizza. Won't be eating from here again

I have ordered chicken tandoori pizza but what i get was onion tandoori piza disgusting place with nothing improvement 😑 🤮🤮🤮

I have decided not to use this shop again. I ordered a kebab in pitta with salad. The pitta was practically empty there was a few pieces of meat and two onions and a single strand of lettuce. Its not possible it was a mistake so such a blantent disrespect is not acceptable. I will be making no other orders and will not recommend the shop to anyone.

I’ve been ordering of here for years. Never had a problem, but it’s new years. Ordered this for nye after the clocks striked 12. Because I had the beer munchies. They took my money, accepted my order. Left the phone of the hook so everytime I rang it was user busy. Absolutely waiting for money because it was new years! Scruffy. Specially when you have people who have actually brought of you for a very long time. 3 years in fact.

Joke of a place I would give it 0 stars if possible. Waited 2 1/2 hours for my order to come just for nothing to arrive. It said my food arrived as well, absolutely ridiculous. Do not order here I won’t be giving this place my money.

Can't say anything bad about the food , decent prices and good food , but my god never make the mistake to order food for delivery as you will be waiting 2+ hours ( complete joke if you ask me ) . If you go for a collection , go for it .

food usually is good from here however this time abit of a let down. pizza was burnt around the crust and the centre was doughy and floppy almost as if it werent cooked through. usually they are very good but on this occassion food didnt meet expectations. sorry guys

yet again driver refuses to come into flat. I could understand if it was a high-rise. pay for delivery and have to collect iit from downstairs. driver argued and said they never come in, strangely I've had just eat drivers come in before. just lazy if you ask me

Food was very cold and dry had to throw in bin

Pizza was floppy and tasted uncooked. Thin crust is suppose to be crusty and this pizza kept flopping down when holding it to eat and toppings falling off it. Not happy as I’ve ordered from here before and pizza was not like that when I ordered from here before.

Food was wrong, ordered cheese and pepperoni and it came full of different veg, I’m actually allergic to red onion so couldn’t eat any of it. I also called the restaurant to let them know this

my order was showing delivered when it was not delivered, rang the restaurant and was told he would be 5 minutes, 20 minutes passed and rang again to someone saying driver is just leaving, i waited 1 hour and 50 minutes for 2 XL pizzas and large fries!!!!

Meal for five of us, hasn’t turned up, 30+ minutes late, got to the point where all 3 children are now asleep, waste of food and money

order stated would be arriving at 6pm - received update at 5.30 saying it was on the way (which wouldn't have been a problem) 25 mins later it still hadn't arrived so I called and they said the button was pressed by accident and the driver will be leaving in the next few mins.... pizzas finally arrived at 6.25 and we're cold (cheesecake was still frozen) never again will we order from here!

The order was placed at 6:45 in the evening and delivered at 9:35 pm. The service was rather disappointing, with repeated calls to the restaurant and the claim that the drivers are performing other duties. I asked for full refund but no response. “Never order from again ever! 🚫🍽️📞

Hey i waited for my for for 2 hours i kept phoning them and they kept saying 10 mins every time i called them the food was cold i rang them and they said they will refund me the money back but they didn’t On the app it sed it will be delivered at 8.35 but it came after 10 (Deliveroo)

Pizza and garlic bread were tasty. Fries were like Mcdonalds. Only disappointing thing was the cheesecake. As i orderd a meal that was 2 large pizzas, 2 fries and cheesecake. I expected a whole cheesecake but only got 1 slice.

good for take away, there’s not much space to dine-in and atmosphere is not great whatsoever. food was ok, we got a massive pizza for £10. it’s the quality you can expect for such low prices. garlic sauce is really nice tho. hygiene standards could be improved.

Poor food. Kebab tasted like it had been microwaved, also can't even get the order correct when calling them to make sure, go elsewhere if I was you lot.

This is a local erdington gem. Best place to get a late night takeaway. I've ordered at 02.00am in the morning and the food was lovely, delivered fairly quickly and this is going to be my regular now. Bought prego special burger with grilled onions and mushroom, meat feast pizza and a chicken special tandoori.everyone enjoyed the food and it's not overpriced for getting delivery up to 0300am in the night

Every single time I have ate from here I've been I'll with stomach ache and a bad tummy . The pizzas are cheap and do taste . The fries tasted horrible i wouldnt recommend them . When ordering just a pizza and a drink they gave us fries we never asked for and charged us as a meal deal. I'm now having to order else where. I have no food allergies to anything on the pizza or ingredients they use but I don't want to keep getting a bad stomach from the food here . Mostly students I've seen order from here and I wouldn't want anyone to be ill like I get and have to have time off college or work. You can see staff cooking your pizza in store but its not right to keep getting ill from the pizza every time I've ordered from here.
