For what we were doing, it was the best situated Premier Inn, 15 minute walk to the centre. TGI Fridays, next to the hotel was closed so we had to go out for evening meals. There was a buffet breakfast but I had to ask for Scrambled eggs. Room was clean and tidy and with a bath (bonus these days) but the plug had no rubber seal and the drain was misshaped so having a bath meant keep topping up the water. Overall, acceptable.

I used to stay regularly at this hotel, I wont be going back. I arrived from Spain and got to the hotel 35 mins before the allotted check in time of 3pm. The young man told me that it would be 10 pounds if I wanted to check in early or I could wait in my car! When I asked if the room was ready he said yes but I was not allowed in unless I paid. Whilst I understand that there have to be some rules I think a degree of flexability is called for, its not as if I was trying to check in in the morning or even (god forbid) early afternoon! No I am sorry this sort of attitude is not acceptable, and his attitude was surly and he had a grin on his face while telling me. Back to the Crown Plaza for me.

Premier inn slightly further out of town towards the ring road. As it is quite a large site, you are more than likely to get a room here. However I felt the standards here were slightly "off" and my room had a musky smell. Just not quite the Premier Inn standard that one expects

I stayed in with my 6 months old granddaughter and although the service was good but the rooms are very outdated and need a serious revamp. The doors in the bedroom were filthy and the bath had loads of hairs everywhere.

This Premier Inn is located in about 15 minutes' walk from the train station. There is parking available, which is a big plus. The rooms are standard size and clean. It can get a bit noisy from the nearby football pitches. The adjacent TGI Fridays restaurant is shut now. There aren't very many eateries very close by. So I ordered food. The cooked breakfast was very good. The check-in and check out were very quick. The staff were friendly. Overall, I enjoyed the stay.

Quite a tired hotel, not what you would expect from a Premier Inn. Rooms need an update and a good clean. Overall disappointing.

Best place to be , yes location may be a bit frustrating as it is situated away from city centre by 20min walk .. but honestly it isa a best hotel , also very friendly staff always there for help ..people on wheelchair shouldn't feel scared as hotel has rooms adjusted to their needs.. 5 stars are not enough ..keep going and big thank you :)

Unfortunately, quite disappointed with this premier inn. Booked two rooms, both rooms being situated at the end of the corridor on the top floor which was too far from the wifi so couldn’t connect. Both rooms also next to a stairwell where you can hear a repetitive low droning sound which was constant throughout the stay and rather irritating. Had to go to reception to get another key card after given a faulty card, twice. Won’t be returning in the future.

Standard Premier Inn. Rooms as you would expect, friendly staff and a decent breakfast. A bit noisy, despite the secondary glazing, as it is adjacent to the ring road. TGI Friday is next door and you get 20% off if you take your room card. Whilst I was there they had a WiFi upgrade, which was more of a downgrade., working one day, upgrade, out in the corridor to get a signal.

Nice clean room friendly staff, mostly good but it's particularly annoying that there are two Premier Inns in Leeds and they are both called Leeds City Centre despite being both slightly outside the centre and

I have stayed in 100's of Premier Inn's and while the staff were helpful to a degree, I found them miserable and far from enthusiastic, which is unusual for a PI. I had a simple continental breakfast, which in all honesty was very poor quality. Not one I would recommend The room was great, as ever

A functional hotel near Leeds City Centre. Our quad room was functional and quiet for our 2 night stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good english breakfast available for additional charge. Parking is available for an additional £6 per 24 hrs. A 15min walk into Leeds City Centre where you'll find many shops, covered shopping malls and museums. Beware that most museums are closed on Mondays. Though there was some floor noise from upstairs room on our 2nd night it was not a problem. But if the guest above is very noisy, you are likely to be disturbed.

Travellers valentine week!! its a nightmare, 18 year olds book the hotel rooms 30 plus then fill it with teenagers ranging from 12 to 18, absolute nightmare, police called because of rowdy parties with very loud music all night, I was abused for asking them to be quiet had to lock myself in the room banging on my door for ages also using abusive language at breakfast in font of other guests, alcohol & drug taking, foul language (coincidentally 3 work vans broken into in the carpark) minor food fight at breakfast ......... you have been warned, steer well clear at this time, apparently its the third year!!! The manageress & staff however where brilliant & exemplary in trying to keep order, fair play to them I complained Tuesday morning & they moved me to another part of the hotel the same day, others weren't as fortunate, many many thanks, PS. you could hear a pin drop Thursday night when they left. Travel lodge should not allow their staff to be put in this situation.

Adequate facilities. Tired furnishings and fittings. Just didn't feel deep cleaned. And the light fitting was rattling. Mediocre breakfast and the coffee was pretty grim.

The room was very clean, and despite being next to the main road, you couldn't hear the traffic outside at all. The bed was spacious and comfortable, and there was extra pillows in the room which was a nice touch. Only issue was that we were on the 3rd floor and the lift was out of order, but it didn't really bother us too much. Definitely better than the Ibis over the road.
