The hardest and creakiest bed you could imagine for my son to sleep on (family room). He gave up in the end and we found him asleep on the floor in the morning! No working WiFi (receptionist said that sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't). No air con either. Poor service and uncomfortable nights sleep.

Met by lovely lady on reception but upon getting into our room, we found the bedding damp, no sleep whatsoever, spent the night sat on the desk chair, no other rooms for us so resorted to sleeping on our towels, only 2 cups and glasses even though booked a family room for 3, only 1 towel each, usually enjoy premier as good quality but will think twice in future, clothes hung in wardrobe had to be ironed as also damp overnight. Absolutely awful

Premiere Inn is selling a free WIFI with the fee for the Room. However, there is no functioning WIFI and no intention to make it work. Neither from the staff nor the network support of the provider. Shame!!!

Generally good. Low price and on site parking welcome. Rooms quite tired and in need of an update. No USB charging points and TV cannot accept video streams from a personal device except by cabled connections. Also issues connecting to wi-fi initially. Annoying that Premier Inn persists with a 2 tier free and premium Wi-Fi service when free is virtually unusable. Breakfast at attached restaurant was fine and service was friendly and helpful.

After a long drive from Newcastle, I was meet again by people smoking directly outside the main door to the entrance, not IHG recognize so no points, asked where the W/C was, was told to use the brewers fayre next door, not the friendly of greetings, I immediately contacted my company to make sure my next 3 stays are in the holiday Inn.

We love Premier Inns anyway, cleanliness n staff but Norwich Airport does excel just that little bit more, mainly because of staff.

A tired hotel - I don't know where Premier Inn get their corridor carpet from - it's squeakier than a squeaky dog toy, making it impossible to walk quietly to your room. I had some issues with the room - a broken bulb in the bathroom, leaking cistern valve and virtually flat batteries in the TV remote control. Now you have to ask for your room to be cleaned, the cleaning staff are not aware of room defects anymore, except at changeover. But then, I guess they're too busy cleaning to take note of anything else - more cost-saving practices that probably end up costing more in the long run...

This is a food only review as we did not stay overnight. The staff are friendly but the surroundings are tired. As for the food, we found a wide selection within the menu, and what turned up on the table did not disappoint. Wait times were short. Being a Sunday the carvery was very busy.

The staff were friendly and helpful on arrival and our room was comfortable and clean. The only small complaint is the lighting in the rooms is really poor for doing makeup. I'd happily stay here again.

We have just had a beautiful Sunday lunch cooked to perfection I don't eat potatoes or Yorkshire puddings although my partner had them and they looked amazing.

A deeply disappointing lunchtime experience. Over the previous 15 years, across the U.K., we’ve had positive experiences at Yo! Not today. On arrival (we hadn’t booked) we were quickly shown to the bar eat, which should have set alarm bells ringing. Walking round to the seats the floor was greasy and extremely slippery. The bar appeared clean but there were the stained remains of old napkins on the surface, along with sticky menus and specials cards which took up the space where plates and drinks would go. Orders were taken and we were only informed that there was no hot seafood option after our other dishes started arriving, rather than when we arrived, or when we ordered. The belt was sparsely populated with dishes, which was surprising given that it was well in to lunchtime when we sat down. The portion sizes of dishes taken from the belt were tiny and had minimal filling; what filling there was, was cunningly disguised to look significant rather than be worthwhile and there was no pride or finesse in the preparation or presentation of the majority of the dishes, some of which completely failed to match the menu descriptions, being poorly prepared and with missing ingredients. The final insult was a 10% Service Charge which was tacked on to the bill. As we left my wife turned to me and said, “That was ****!” and I couldn’t agree more. All-in-all a deeply disappointing experience and I will be extremely resistant to ever eating at Yo! again. In fact I’d advocate any fast-food chain over Yo! in future: at least you know exactly what you’re getting there.
