We had a noisy room, and pillows were not the best. The location was perfect for what we needed Food was as you would expect. Clean tidy throughout.

Big shout out for Shelby in the restaurant and Nathan in reception for their very friendly, efficient professional, human service. These young people are a credit to their community as well as to the Premier Inn at Seaton. Chefs/kitchen staff create hot, well presented food, very tasty it is too. Well done team! Hope the accountants who run these places from afar appreciate and do right by you. Note to clients: if you're unhappy with anything, chat nicely to the staff and they're sure to do thebest they can to sort things out so you will have a comfortable and pleasant stay. That's my experience in Seaton (and all the Premier Inns I've stayed in) anyway.😃

Premier Inn seem to believe that disabled people don't have families and so make the booking process extremely difficult. First we had to ring the hotel to make sure they had availability, then we had to book a family room online, then we had to phone the hotel back to tell them about the booking and ask them to make it into an accessible room. We were also told that the restaurant wasn't busy and we would be able to look at the menu when we arrived to see if there were things our very particular children would eat. We arrived and checked in (which took ages as the check in machines were out of order) and were told there would be a wait for our room as we had requested a specific room and that one had not been cleaned at that point. We spent that time looking at the restaurant menu, only to be told that it was fully booked (meaning we had to drive 45 minutes away Exeter to find somewhere to eat). When we got back to the hotel room, with two VERY tired children we got them tucked into bed and I discovered that our room wasn't actually an accessible room after all. It was too late to change by that point, but not being able to access the bathroom in our room was a major issue. Thankfully we were only there one night. When we pointed out to the receptions raff that we were supposed to have been given a wheelchair accessible room we were brushed off with a "oh we didn't know, sorry." So our phone calls were for nothing, and as I was sitting in my wheelchair when we checked in (and at all times!), you would think someone would have twigged that we needed an accessible room. And when we asked who to make a complaint to we were given a card to leave a review on Google or TripAdvisor...

5 stars for staff and kitchen. I'm visiting many premier inn hotels due to my job and as for budget hotels that they are, my expectations are not set high and usually you get what you pay for. This premier inn surprised me with service I received, very welcoming, smiling and happy receptionist made experience like from premium hotel not a budget one, didn't catch her name but I know she's polish. Hotel located very close to beach and to a big tesco with petrol station. 4 stars for room as everything was alright apart mouldy bathroom due to fan not working. Ah there was only one beer on tap, could do better with that.

Usual comfort, great temperature control, good breakfast Why do people complain about rooms not being cleaned when it's quite clear they're only cleaned when you ask!

Great location only one block away from the beach promenade. Clean rooms, friendly check in. Supermarket next door. Renata was especially friendly making sure we’d ordered a drink before the bar closed in the evenings. Thank you!

Room smelled musty. Bar and Restaurant ran out of food and drinks! Some staff were lovely, but most were verging on rude. Overall, the worst Premier Inn I’ve stayed in on several fronts. Very poorly run and in need of new Management I suspect.

Only stopped to get some electric. Staff in here are so helpful and mentioned that I could park for free by taking my reg. I explained that I was having range anxiety and they understood and did not charge me for a coffee either. This team really know how to help everyone out. The hotel is very clean and tidy and a nice fresh coffee smell in the morning.

After seeing some reviews I was a little concerned about what we were going to find. However, we were pleasantly surprised. Despite a small issue on check-in where a random fee had been added, the receptionist was happy and helpful and soon sorted out the issue. Our room was clean and tidy. There was a mild musty smell, but after the recent weather that wasn’t a huge surprise and soon became “nose blind” to it. The temperature of the room was perfect and the bed, as per premier inn standards was very comfortable. The shower worked well too. Overall no complaints whatsoever. The breakfast was fine too, we only had continental, but everything, including the breakfast buffet was well stocked. There’s still the usual cheap catering feel about some of the items, especially the pancakes which are just taken out of a packet (the one thing I wish they’d either improve or remove!) but overall a reasonable breakfast. Overall I would recommend this hotel. It’s a decent premier inn - you’re not going to get first class comforts but absolutely perfect for the price paid!

I was treated to a Long table Feast by my family as a birthday present. It was great from start to finish. Picked up from car park to ride down in Land Rover. Shown to table and sat alongside other special diet customers. Such a relief to be able to enjoy a meal without worry of eating things I shouldn’t. The menu contained some things that were new to me and were all enjoyed. The icing on the cake was to go and meet Chiara in the kitchen. What a lovely and talented young lady she is. Thank you everyone for such a special evening.

Popped in on a Sunday afternoon to watch the football while staying locally. Looked a bit tired and perhaps the staff would have rather been somewhere else. Big and spacious, I’m sure it would be great on a Saturday night! I always think it’s a bit short sighted, a pub not selling a real ale (this is why public houses came into existence) but if you like fizzy keg drinks it’s ok.
