We stayed last Christmas whilst visiting family and decided to stay again as the location is very convenient for us and nice to be on the seafront. This year we arrived christmas eve and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. However we were only given 1 key card which wasn't helpful as we were a family of 5 and when one person needed to leave the room the rest of us were left in darkness as the key card has to remain in the room for the electricity to work but you cannot operate the lift without the key card. The room was a good size and the beds are comfy however the baby cot didn't have a mattress and I had to pad it out with a a duvet which was far from ideal. Also the carpet was filthy and clearly hadn't been hoovered. The kids were left a little goody bag on Christmas day which was appreciated. On boxing day we arrived for breakfast 25 mins before closing and the restaurant host very loudly went and spoke to the chef saying ' we have more for breakfast' to which the chef responded with a big huff and said "well the hash browns and eggs are finished" with a look on her face which implied we we were an inconvenience. This is terrible customer service considering we had pre booked our breakfast and there was still 25 mins left of breakfast. We felt very unwelcomed. We've never experienced anything like this before at a hotel restaurant. We quickly left and asked for a refund for breakfast. It's a real shame but I won't be returning to this premiere Inn again.

Stayed for one night. The staff were very friendly and helpful during check in. Great location and nice restaurant area overlooking the seafront. We were fine but both lifts stopped working on departure. Have had better breakfasts at other Premier Inns but would definitely stay again. Slept very well.

Comfortable room, great location and a very decent breakfast. All in all, just what we needed for a one night stay

The check in was very slow and the guy was flustered because the auto check in machine didn’t work, and there was a long line. It has a small underground carpark that doesn’t guarantee a space, even though you pay for it, one lift in the main reception area. A confusing layout if you choose to walk or use the stairs. I would avoid room 115 as there is a buzzing constantly in the room coming from the ceiling which doesn’t stop or turn off (can’t upload noisy video). Only plus for the hotel is the location.

Have been in now just for breakfast a few times and always treated really well all the staff are very helpful, busy running around cleaning making sure there is enough food out. The chef Christine seems to always be on her own sorting food and clearing up but always has time for a quick chat and to make sure we are happy with everything. I have recommended your breakfast to many people they also were not aware you can just walk in without staying in the hotel we have also visited with the kids (great that they’re free). We will always be in for a great breakfast.

Perfectly placed hotel with lovely staff. Unfortunately it's so busy, with only a few staff having to do so much. Never moan though. Lovely breakfast. We were meant to have 3x rooms fairly close, to share childcare. Sadly mine was in a completely different wing, which made everything more difficult. Lucky to have the last 2 parking spaces. Very tight for space, but underground and cool.

Wow, the location is great, right on the sea front. (They have scaffolding up at the minute, so the fabulous views are slightly obscured, but still better than most 'seaside' hotels we've stayed in) My Mum is in a wheelchair so we had the accessible room, which was conveniently located on the ground floor. When I booked the very pleasant receptionist offered us a standard room with a lovely view of the sea, she explained that they had lifts and the shower only had a low lip to get in, but we definitely needed the wet room so opted for the accessible room. So glad we did, yes the view wasn't great, but the facilities were just what we needed. Plenty of room to manoeuvre the wheelchair in the main room. The wet room was huge with tons of room to manoeuvre Mum from the chair onto the loo or the shower seat. I was particularly glad to see the sturdy safety rails and there were also pull-down safety bars everywhere giving you plenty of options. The entrance into the bathroom was slightly tight if approaching from the bedroom due to the location of the built in hanging space, but still manageable. We generally opt not to have our room cleaned, which usually means we run out of tea and coffe after the first night, so I was delighted to find the little self service tea and coffee refill station by the lift in reception. This did not however mean that you were just abandoned by the staff, we needed extra towels, which were quickly and efficiently supplied. We paid for the full breakfast which was lovely and hot even though we arrived near the end of the sitting. There were no scrambled eggs left, but Christine quickly whipped up some for us. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. The service was prompt but unobtrusive, a perfect combination. Mum loved it so much we are already planning our next trip.

I'm a local so I didn't stay at the hotel, but I have eaten in the restaurant, and the food and service were top quality. The staff were also very friendly, and helpful, and my meal was a very enjoyable experience all round. Particular praise to Christine, the wonderful cook, and Tash, the delightful waitress.

Good value for money and nice rooms; pity about the scaffolding and workers just outside the window. But I inadvertently left my Kindle behind. When I rang to ask about it, not only had they retrieved it but they immediately posted it on to me at no charge - excellent service!!

We came to the Premier Inn for breakfast and it was lovey, such a nice, calming place with a delicious breakfast. They have a range of food from a full English breakfast to croissants and a shout-out to Christine who makes all of the food! She is such a kind, caring person and a lovely cook! Overall it was a wonderful breakfast, and thank you to Christine and Natasha who made it so special.

Breakfast was very poor 😢 nice lady on reception refunded the already paid for breakfast. Cook needs educating in politeness and how to keep food hot by not cooking a mass of food to just sit on the counter in the hope it all goes 🤔

The staff were friendly and helpful. The first night the room was cold, the room thermostat seemed to do nothing at all, other than a loud noise all night long. In the morning there was no hot water. When the boiler was reset we eventually did get water to shower with, however the water pressure was terrible. A staff member brought us an extra heater to finally warm the room. The second morning we were back to a chilly room and no hot water again. The location of the hotel was great, otherwise disappointing.

Lovely stay at worthing, All staff were amazing, Keith from the start to finish was amazng! night staff so helpful with my son who became unwell. Holly was great in the morning. Nothing too much for them. No problems with underground parking, plenty of spaces although is quite small, breakfast & Dinner lovely, great sea view room- only downside I would have liked the option to be able to open a window esp as my son was sick and air was needed. Air-con worked well though, although noisy. Will definitely stay again :)

Lovely stay, staff were great. The food was basic in the restaurant but can’t expect more than pub grub. We had a big room, very spacious. We wanted to extend our stay but the hotel was fully booked. The parking can be an issue, the car park was very small. The was construction scaffolding in the front of the hotel and there is no ramp but has a small lift.

The car park is located around the back of the hotel. Finally, they have upgraded the WiFi here, and it works well. Unfortunately, I stayed in a Premier Inn Plus room 102, and outside the window is a fan or air conditioner that was running all night.

Rang rang & rang prior to arrival to discuss rooms, no answer!! On arrival told at reception 'oh the signal round here is not good'! What, on a landline? Rarely saw anyone working at reception. Arriving and departing, little acknowledgement from staff. Breakfast we normally really enjoy at P.Inns, my wife said it was just OK. Big bonus at this Inn is its free underground car park, but warning, be very careful entering. Not much room to manoeuvre in off a narrow road, and a very narrow entrance, just look at the scrapes on the wall entrance.

Nice hotel, with an underground car park at the rear. Clean and quiet as you'd expect from a Premier Inn. The walk into the centre of town isn't too far on a nice day, though for those with mobility issues it could seem far.

I hated the Reception and the way they treated me. I booked this room exactly because it was facing the sea. When I arrived, I discovered that my room was in the back, completely hidden. I talked to the guy at the racepcao, who was extremely rude and stupid. I asked for the room to be changed, and if it had been priced differently I would have paid. He very harshly said that there was no way. The website says that there is a restaurant, and when we arrived at the place, at 7:45 pm, the restaurant was closed, only the bar was open. We asked if it could be just a snack and the guy said no. Why doesn't the website say that there is a service period? Because the website does not discriminate which rooms have a sea view. I took this trip just because I wanted to wake up and have a beautiful view of the sea, I went to this place for that, and I was totally disappointed. Apart from the reception treatment, it was terrible. I don't recommend this place.

We had a pleasant experience although the restaurant was empty at 19:30 on a Saturday, but there was no reason why. The owner was very friendly and efficient, the food arrived swiftly and was very tasty. Cost wise it was cheap...a good meal for two for £32. It was also exceptionally clean. It lacked just two things....background music and other customers. He did put on some music several minutes after we sat down, but wasn't what you would associate with restaurants.

If we are having a curry takeaway, we always choose Akash tandoori. Their curry flavours are fantastic, the food is fresh, the service is great and quick and it is priced just right. Also we don't get the 'curry belly' issues after their curries, which we do get at some other establishments! We went to pick up the food the last time we had it, instead of getting delivery, and were early so had a nice chat with the friendly family who work there, including their 8 year old. Highly recommended.
