Pret A Manger in Hillingdon

I go here every day .. staff are perfectly amazing, friendly and quick .. it has the best service in any coffee shop I’ve been to .. great team …. Only disappointment is that somebody in the hierarchy have just made the staff cover their ear-rings, nose Studs, etc etc with blue plaster ….. and the staff are clearly not pleased … it’s down to a customer feedback on a mystery shopper … and a regional manager thinking more of a score than the team …. no other coffee shop or cafe or food retailer in Uxbridge does this … or Kingston or Epsom or Sutton …. So please let your staff express themselves and stop the silly blue plaster rule

This is my favorite sandwich here, little disappointed with the soup range but sandwich is always piping hot!

I come in here regularly for breakfast of porridge and a filter coffee. Obviously it is a chain but the porridge is nice quality although the portions of sprinkles to put on top seems to vary but you can take two or some honey. The coffee is ok too and cheap. It is very pleasant to sit by the huge windows upstairs and the toilets are kept clean.

So rude and unwelcoming. Been in few times and everytime served by her, she messed up frappe orders!! And rolled her eyes,which I stated wrong order. Terrible customer service from her every time!! She is reason I avoid Uxbridge store,horrible women makes you very unwelcome!

Popped in for a coffee as I had some time to kill. Wish I hadn't. The staff treated me like I was inconveniencing them and looked down their noses at me. I would avoid and go to Costa. This place is horrifically snobby and overpriced pretentious rubbish.

Absolutely delicious mushroom risotto. This is my favourite lunch time stop in Uxbridge. I'm always served by the same lovely woman- sorry don't know her name but she has short hair and always so helpful. This was the perfect lunch to ward off this freezing weather and the ciabatta was great too

Perfect lunch stop. Try to get the lobster roll it’s phenomenal. Staff are lovely and Victoria sponge is to die for

Really impressive range of soups. Very good value for money and you can either have ciabatta or brown bread with it. They are also piping hot which is a big plus.

Lovely staff really really helpful. Chicken Caesar roll is so tasty as is the chicken Katsu soup - also the dark chocolate almonds are fantastic

Its always busy at lunch but staff are quick and efficient. Food is always fresh and very reasonably priced. The coffee is good with a varied selection of milk substitutes. Only downside is that they give you plastic cutlery which isn't good for the environment, please change to something like wood.

Really great omelette selection especially if you are doing keto. Hot from the hot counter. Good size portion and very good staff. A great stop for a quick lunchtime bite

Very good chicken Caesar gluten free half sandwich. Coffee is also good and staff are very helpful. It’s a great place to grab a quick lunch and I always find something that I can eat happily

I often visit this branch of Pret for a pit stop when I'm shopping on Uxbridge high street. Pret offers good coffee and really tasty food, lots of which is healthy, and for this reason it is superior to main rivals Costa and Starbucks. You do pay a slightly higher price for the food, however I think the high quality is worth the extra money. On today's visit, I was served by Neelofar who is usually smiley and welcoming, however today she didn't crack a smile once nor make me feel welcomed so she must have been having a bad day. This negative aside, the food I ordered was delicious and the atmosphere inside the cafe was pleasant. I ate a simple lunch of ham and Grevé cheese baguette with vegetable tagine soup and washed it down with a mineral water. The baguette has a delicate flavour and is one of the lighter rolls Pret offers, and the soup is hearty and filling. I ate my lunch on the first floor and was lucky to get a seat by the window which is expansive and provides a good view of the high street so you can people-watch if you're like me and enjoy doing that while you eat. The staff can sometimes have the air-con blowing too cold which can make the restaurant chilly but that wasn't an issue today (it was the service that was frosty today). This branch offers various tasty and healthy food options, is a bright and pleasant space to eat in, and - despite today's out-of-character unfriendly service from Neelofar - is a very good place to go for either your breakfast or lunch when you're next on Uxbridge high street.

I visited this Pret yesterday with a friend. Whilst there I had a really bad coughing fit which resulted in everyone thinking i was choking. The staff were really kind and attentive, three different staff members came to my aid and ensured I was ok. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly even though they were really busy. I'm very grateful to them all.

Had the mac and cheese with prosciutto- piping hot and absolutely delicious. Also worth trying the coconut milk hot chocolate. Very attentive staff

Have started to use this as it provides excellent coffee and mini Victoria sponges. I always sit downstairs as stairs are a problem and it has a very peaceful atmosphere and caring staff.

The place might be larger, but in the mornings service is entirely average. 5 people making coffee 5 people stocking the shelves, nobody at the tills so you can buy anything.

For as long as I can remember, the building on the corner of Windsor Street and High Street Uxbridge was the National Westminster Bank, in fact it may have been there from the time that what is now the Pavilions Shopping Centre was first built....

We stopped in to get something quick before riding into the city. It was a good, quick snack, and we were on our way in no time!

Per una trasferta di lavoro ho avuto modo di provare vari prodotti, da panini ad insalate. Sia in modalità asporto sia consumati in loco. In ogni situazione e con qualunque cibo mi sono trovato benissimo. Non ho avuto modo di provare altri locali di questa catena ma se sono tutti così, wow!

Never disappointed when we stop here for coffee. Out door seating - if weather permits. Small and cosy inside. Lovely variety of food - different from the other coffee chains. Staff always friendly :)

Le prêt à manger, un titre français de ce restaurant est une sorte de brasserie qui est bien pour manger ou prendre un verre. L' ambiance est originale et la propreté exemplaire. Comme la plupart de brasseries, ce café est self. On n'est jamais servi. Il faut passer par la caisse. Les plats sont bons et assez proches aux goûts des français. My go to place at lunch times. Friendly staff and great selection of food however the place is too small even when you want to takeaway. It's too crowded! It would be ideal if you moved to bigger premises!
