I used to go a few times a week but it's too expensive now.

Had breakfast at our local Pret at Tavistock Sq every morning. Excellent quick friendly service, great lattes, almond and chocolate croissants (crunchy, not too sweet or greasy) and a wide array of sandwiches on baguette, loaf and wrap bread. Really enjoyed it. Nice open space, with plenty of room and view of the trees through the windows. Will return!

I looked for ages for a caffe that had matcha and finally when i found pret, i gave it ago, even thought their recipe uses coconut milk instead of cow, oat…etc. the barista probably took 8 seconds to make my drink. i’m no expert but she added the matcha to hot water and proceeded to add it to the milk. when i got it i mixed everything but it was extremely hard to get rid of the chunks of matcha. every sip i take has a chunk of matcha powder that’s not very pleasant. i will never buy at pret note: picture is 10 minutes mixing everything

This one star is not for pret it’s for google map that took me to the wrong address which is in north London.

We ordered food for 30 people for a chairity event for beraved young girls on Mother's Day. The food was ordered one week before the event and we did already pay for it. On Sunday morning, 2hrs before the delivery we got a message from Pret saying that the kitchen was closed and they cancelled our order I have never experienced something like this before!!! Did you not know the whole week ahead that the kitchen would have been closed on Sunday???? This is the worst ever customer experience I ever had!!! What happened next is that our group of volounteers had to sort out food instead of dedicating time to the girls, and as a result the event started later than planned. We eventually orderd by another Pret, 100 meter away from this one, and we had to pick up the food under the rain, carrying everything on our own. There were no other choices in the area for such a quick order, so we had to use Pret again. But - I will never order food by Pret anymore! Not serious at all!!!

Good hot chocolate but you need to add extra sugar in my opinion, also closes really early

A staff in black t-shirt is extremely rude. He cannot understand me when I simply asked for milk alternatives and starts shouting at me as if it was my fault. I don’t know why but he is just so angry at his customers. Very unpleasant experience.

I don’t know how they manage but every single barista-made drink they make tastes horrible.

Absolute rubbish, I checked with guy 5 times said I wanted a iced matcha latte and a soy milk separately, and still I got both of them wrong , hot and soy milk with coffee ….. and he looked at me as I done it wrong …. Absolutely ridiculous

This place is very understaffed, leading to long queues and even longer wait times. I frequently see as low as two employees being made to deal with massive amounts of people. Because it was so busy, the last time I came here both me and the two people in front of me were given the wrong drinks. This is not meant as a criticism of the staff, who are clearly trying their best in an overwhelming and stressful environment, but of whichever manager or franchise owner does not hire enough staff to manage such a busy location. This would be a much nicer experience if there were enough people working here to deal with the amount of customers that they receive.

Waited 20 minutes to pick up toogoodtogo but manager just disappeared for 20 minutes to ‘get the food’. Rest of the staff were also unhelpful. Ended up leaving empty handed.

Great coffee and rapid service plus it's open on Sunday. Really great overall.

I have been to this Prep a few times, as it is close to my campus. The location and space are well-designed and generous, and the food selection is quite diverse. As it is in a busy road there can be waiting time during the peak hour. But the staff are friendly and helpful, so I have always been happy to come back again!

WHAT !?!?!! The only place in the WORLD where water (1.90£) is more expensive than coffee (1.50£) 🤣. And the coffee is better than Starbucks lol 😂. The place to be! Good vibe and nice people both behind and beyond.

The shop was very busy but the team where on top form looking after the customer. I've been in this Pret twice and its alway busy which is good after the covid lockdown.

One if the few places we found that readily took cash. Great selection of sandwiches and breakfast items. If you’re from North America, be aware that the price displayed is the take-out price. If you want to sit in, you’re charged a higher price. Pret is everywhere so no shortage of places to grab a coffee or a snack when you’re out and about.

Toilets supposedly out of order

i was overcharge of £100. I bought flatwhite and pastry from the the power station caffee and my bill should have been £10.99. I was overcharged and today the transaction on my bank account is £101.99.

Spacious. Electrical outlets available for charging devices, phones, etc. Paper napkins not freely available when I was there, but probably a fluke. Not crowded at around 10:00 Monday morning. Calm patrons. Quiet, peaceful.

Sadly nothing special variety wise with the food I stay in hotel near there go in every morning however would be nice if they did for example a sausage buttie something you could heat up and have as a breakfast with coffee instead of sandwiches or toasties they could be more creative with the menu may I say in this particular branch the management and staff are very friendly

Staff are efficient and friendly.

A bit chaotic so wouldn’t study there if I had the choice but the staff deal with the huge amount of customers well and they actually are servicing cold drinks, which a lot of the Prets in Bloomsbury aren’t doing at the moment!

The only branch I can find providing smoothie and frappe so far. Not sure what happened to others…slightly disappointed with the subscription since others barely provide those products.

Never had frappes, now have pre made melted watery "frappes". 😒

Brilliantly staffed, great service

Usual Pret Fayre but not very good standards which I am surprised we're allowed to occur. I had a bacon & cheese pastry which was burned (unfortunately all were ), an egg & Bacon roll which was so tough I thought the filling was trying to escape every time I bit into it. Not much wrong with the coffee though. Staff only 50% masked up and only 2 small sanitiser bottles on the counter and not that visible. There were none conveniently situated where the customers were actually sitting, creating an unacceptable high risk for those, like myself had decided to eat in. All the more disconcerting as I had sat for over half an hour and not once was a table sanitized. Terrible example from the hospitality sector who were so badly hit in lockdowns and if this was commonplace, could be the very reason we could have problems in the coming months.

What a lovely little place and the food is always excellent. Sunny and bright with very efficient staff.

My first visit to a Pret and likely my last. Over priced and nothing special about it. I highly recommend any unbranded sandwich shop over this one.

The branch stops making smoothies 15 min before closure: why? Didn’t have whipped cream and one of the Christmas drinks wasn’t available. It is December 7th. If the store is open, then it should be able to serve its customers. Drinks should be served until closure, otherwise why is the store open? Just clean your smoothie machine AT closure, NOT before. And the store shouldn’t be out of the most popular drinks. Unacceptable.

Discovered turmeric latte ! Wow ! Truly delicious ! That was then... New review - Pret's spicy chai latte with coconut milk (ask for it) is even better ! And the best one in all of the rival chains. Bravo !!

Came in at 18.40 to get my filter coffee. Was told there was nothing left. Asked them to offer me an Americano instead, answer was: No Oops, there is a Starbucks next door. Got my filter coffee there, and it actually tastes better.

Really enjoy Pret, they have good vegan options but I'm limited as my favourites either get taken off the menu or they add pickled veg. Not a big fan of that. This is just my preference. Love the dark choc almond cookie. Please keep this all year! Acai bowl too. Yum!

Usually Pret serves good coffee but the the staff in this branch is not so great. The lady today gave me filter coffee when i asked for an americano. She refused to acknowledge it! It tasted absolutely terrible!

Not far from Russell Park and Gardens and if you want to eat outside you good place to go to. You have very wide selection of cold and hot sandwiches, soup and good selection of hot and cold drink. The service is quick and what you buy to eat what you can see and like.

It is a very good place to eat and drinks also it has sover prices.

Very disappointing. On three consecutive  occasions now i have popped in at 5pm to find there's hardly any food at all. No 'meaty' soups, no Swedish Meatballs, no Chicken Ceasar baguettes, no Tuna baguettes etc. And if you do find anything you usually have to wait ages in the queue at this time as there's only one person at the till. Also, I recently asked for an extra napkin but was told by the miserable Eastern European woman that they only give one napkin per item, even though she was told that two people would be consuming the item I purchased. PS if you want a decent coffee, go to Starbucks next door - its far superior.

Prets, same price no matter what location and great pain au raison. Efficient service, shame Sainsbury's don't serve this quick. Good choice of food and drinks, enjoyed a ham and cheese baguette . Being picky the table needed a wipe otherwise 5 stars for value.

Love Prêt in general, but this one has a distinct lack of vegan options. Where are the acai pots, mango sunshine pots, chocolate almond butter cookies and tomato, Avon, olive baguettes etc?? The new avocado on sour dough is soggy and gross! If you can do the avo separate so we have to put it on ourselves, please do that!

Super friendly staff and value for money

Very big, has everything big Prêts offer. Right in the middle of Tavistock Square and a 5 min walk away from Euston Station. Great to meet someone before catching a train but avoiding the stress of the station.
