The Indian guy prope selected people who want go to toilet girls when ask for code to toilet, he gave codes but no for white man, said you must buy something and code is on recipet. This caffe is joke

Ordered a hot matcha latte and was the worst matcha I’ve ever had - it was so watery and bland. This should not be marketed as a matcha latte, felt like it was 1% matcha and 99% watered down coconut milk. So bad. Forcing myself to drink it because I didn’t pay to just toss it.

Sandwich bread on the stale side and this outlet has much less sandwich filling than others (had egg mayo and tuna)

It is to eat on the go. The food was delicious, prices according to the product, and the tables were constantly full. To eat quickly and spend little it is useful.

The coffee was burnt and the attention was not good!

The manager (not sure) is bad educated and aggressive. The other staffs are nice though

Good place to eat with a very good location. The clerks are attentive and friendly. There is also plenty of room to sit. I would repeat!

Ordered hot chocolate and it didn't taste like the name says..I could taste only hot water including a lite chocolate taste.

Really annoyed having to write this as I never wanted to be that person leaving a bad review as I ADORE Pret, however I feel the need to raise a concern. There has been more than one occasion that I have come into this particular branch in Notting-hill to get myself a drink and have witnessed the assistant manager, Osama, (I think his name is), being incredibly rude to staff in front of myself and other customers, at first I thought he might just be having a bad day, but I continue to go there as I work around the corner, to see and hear the way he speaks to his colleagues is absolutely disgusting and especially in front of customers just isn't right, he speaks in such a rude, degrading manner is makes me feel uncomfortable to even go in, the customers around me also notice this and look shocked, no matter what anyone has done, there is a way to speak to people and it definitely should never be done on the shop floor in front of others. Everyone else that has served me is always so kind and friendly, so I am fustrated having to leave this review, however, a manager should not abuse their power and speak in such a way to others.

Not the nicest branch we've been in. You even had to have a code for the toilet!

I went to drink coffee and eat something but I asked before that about toilet key before the staff member told me I have to buy something to get the toilet code?????? Never More will come to that Company there's no Respect for the customers!!. if that's is the corporation policy even worse for them. If this is just rude staff member then they need to get more respect or will lose customers. Regards. Witold.

Pret coffee as a traveler Highly recommended The coffee tasted good and the toilet paper and cleanliness were all better than raw toilet paper.

Small shop but well stocked with all food and drinks

Cancelling my subscription because of the treatment this morning. It’s not the first time at this branch I had been forgotten about. It seems to happen nearly everytime which is fine as everyone makes mistakes but this morning the man who served me and the lady were offhand and unapologetic. Do not need to be treated like that. If a mistake is made an apology would be normal instead there was none of the kind. A sarcastic “have a nice day” from the man because I silently took my coffee and left. I will not thank someone who offered me no apology.

Very good food, especially the salads and soups. Staff absent during the service (self-service) but present in the restaurant, beautiful and modern, and at the payment

It’s ok but I don’t like frozen food

The staff is disrespectful. Especially the cashier named Sebastian. Service quality is very poor. The latte we got was cold.

Fui ayer a pedir 2 cafés para llevar. Uno de los hombres que servía sin uniforme fue muy grosero con nosotros. Mi primo pidió un café con la leche no muy caliente y el hombre le sirvió la leche de la nevera. No intentó comprender a mi primo, simplemente quería servir y deshacerse de nosotros. Mi primo jizo el gesto de intentar expresarse y el señor sin uniforme (con pinta de manager encima) nos echó a un lado para servir al siguiente.

We visited at 2pm on a Sunday. This Pret unfortunately did not impress at all - only half the fridges had food, the behind-counter pastries were also half-missing, the staff seemed slow and/or inattentive, and tables did not seem to be being cleaned: there were piles of cups on most tables from what looked like multiple groups who had come and gone. The floor in the seating area was also horrible. The quality of the food we did get was fine, but this won't be a location I'd be rushing back to soon.

I come here very frequently since I live around here in Notting Hill, the staff members have always been respectful & great. Especially the Asian one! Thank you!

Sebastian was really so generous helping and serving my family and I. Even in a really busy patch he went out of his way to be polite and generous

Just been served by an arrogant barista who was getting everyone’s orders that came after me before mine. I finally spoke up and got his cocky response like “this is a coffee shop not a hospital” (what?!) and then he happened to run out of milk ( not my fault) and then as I was exiting - without a full cup of cappuccino I may add - I heard something that sounded like “don’t come here again” that sealed it for me. Usually demure I had to speak out about this. Respect works both ways. I walk past that Pret every day but now doubt I will use from now on. No apology for his oversight just defensive arrogance.

Edit: This review reached the Global Head of Customer service and I appreciate that they were very quick to respond and to look into the issue. I was impressed with that and so am editing my review to 3/5. Am hopeful that the toilet issue at this branch gets addressed soon. As per several other reviews here, the toilets have been out of order forever and a day. This is a disgrace for a venue that can sit 40+ customers and this has been incredibly infuriating for my parents whom have ordered drinks and food only to then find out that the toilets are out of order (again) and then have to endure an uncomfortable time. I will never be going to this Pret again and I used to go here a lot. If you can't be bothered to maintain toilets, expect a reduction in patronage.

The staff at this coffee shop were fantastic! Their warm and friendly service made my visit truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The baristas are so friendly and pleasant to talk with and are committed to great service. It’s in a great location, right next to the underground station. I like this branch because it has a good ambience, free Wi-Fi and it's not too crowded during the evening. I really like their new range of coolers.

Nice Pret, right outside underground station exit. However!!!!! Toilet as many other Prets, IS NOT WORKING!!!!! It puts off customers. Shame on this branch.

Toilet has not been fixed for ages

There wash room is always not available and they have the audacity to casually insist; with directions to their neighbouring cafe facilities. Not once but repeatedly especially nearing closing hours.

Perpetually no toilet for paying customers. Doesn't change long term. It's enough to turn me off visiting Pret again as it seems to be the modus operandi for many branches all over London.

The toilet in this #Pret_A_Mqnger shop has been broken over the past two years, and they serve you cold coffee with terrible service. 👎

I've never had a bad experience here but today was the exception. I ordered an extra hot drink and the waiter heard something else and charged me for a strong hot drink. I said I didn't want a strong drink but an extra hot drink, he changed the drink but didn't give me a refund. He was explaining to his manager what happened and I said I never said hot strong and he so rudely and aggressively answered me and did not apologize for getting my order incorrect. He has no customer service skills at all and is not a credit to the branch. The manager however was very helpful.

Disorganised, and terrible service!

It's UNACCEPTABLE that the toilets have been unavailable for more than a year now. There is genuinely no excuse to this disservice and it's actually such a shame that I ALWAYS have to leave earlier than I want just because I need a wee and it's constantly out of service. FIX IT!!!

Please start offering Vegan Croissants!

Toilet out of order. Best stay away until it is fixed. According to section 20 of the 1976 Local Government Miscellaneous Provisions Act, toilets should be provided to customers if food and drink is being sold for consumption on the premises.

The Barista's here are great. I come here every Sunday with my friends and kids. They are amaizing, patient and very friendly. Although they are busy they continue to smille and give great service. 😀😀😀 The only issue is toilet. It's always closed/ out of service on Sundays.

Fix your toilet it's only been a year and a half

Cuando de alimentos de calidad y sustentables se habla, este lugar cumple con todo lo relacionado y además con un servicio bueno. Al lugar le faltan mejoras en la limpieza de mesas y salón pero aún así no deja de ser bueno por el hecho de hacer un cambio en la alimentación.

Another Pret with a conveniently out of order toilet...

Very poor customer service, always closing earlier than stated. Passive aggressive near closing time. Morning staff are significantly better. On several occasion have seen them making fun off customers.

Customer service very poor they had the wrong price label for the soups instead of honouring it the charged me the price the thought it is would not recommend.

Love this Pret in London. The staff is always so nice! I go there every week when I work from the office for a quick sandwich. Also it's dog friendly, which is great as I always go there with my dog

Почти всё пусто для вегетарианцев. Может стоит заранее ставить в печь горячие бутерброды, а не ждать когда полки станут пустыми? Грубый персонал. При заказе смузи сказал что он продаёт только горячие напитки и соки. Не понимаю, где тогда купить смузи, если они есть в меню. Да, и очень грязно.

I love Pret. Staff was very nice and chatty ;) Sometimes they run out of ice what is shock in this weather...I think they should listen to the customers more ;)

The one on the left is more expensive, but the packaging of the two products says it has the same amount, 100g... but in the photo you can see that the one on the right comes much more... that is, the one on the left is expensive and doesn't have 100g ! This is a shame

Standard Pret, visited many times. Just outside Notting Hill Tube Station.

Nothing is in stock here its mental!!!! No ice, juices, cups, straws, caramel syrup and thats this week- it's Tuesday... pretty rubbish when you pay for a subscription and can't have half the products... Staff are nice though, they're the only reason it has any stars!

Never has anything in stock, no frappes or smoothies ever, whether it’s early morning or afternoon. Barely have ice even when when it’s boiling..I hardly want a hot coffee in 30 degrees! Staff do not listen to customers and are quite rude. Genuinely would rather go down to South Ken to go to a different Pret. Don’t waste your time here!

Good place for fast eats. The meatball wrap I ordered was a little dry and felt that it had been out for a while.

My favorito coffee in London. For many reasons they have many types. They have amazing smoothies, amazing frapes. Great milkshakes and also the prices are very good . You can always find a PRET around the corner

Good coffee and excellent croissants

Hardly ever has decaffeinated coffee, maybe twice in my last ten visits.

Just 25mts. Time to close no much to say. People still take your money and then start to clean, spraying cleansing staff and you leave with a headeach. Why LONDON people still cleaning while the customer is at the premisses?

This is one of my favourite Prets..But is always very busy and comunication behind the counter is confuse leading to big delays for get a simple Capucinno ..For the rest is Amazing and I always enjoy the view...

They have the best food and drink ever

This store (like many other pret stores in General!) never has things in stock! Never in the last 6 months they had/made any cream (how do you even sell special drinks??? And charge for them!).. Regularly no matcha, no coconut milk, no ice…. probably the whole store only has coffee beans and milk! And once I came in, there weren’t even coffee beans available! What a joke. 1 hot milk please!?

Poor customer service by the store manager and most members of staff (black lady, Arab barista, store manager and so on) They were rude and inconsiderate to me They make fun of some customers; totally unprofessional....look at the other reviews pls This cannot be excused but LISTEN, Pret a Manger: you get what you pay for! You pay low wages (below £15 is peanuts) you get poor service. This applies to all coffee shops in London unfortunately. You put staff in a shouting factory and that' s how your staff reacts. . Rudeness cannot be excused though. They lack manners

This is the worst pret in London because of the Costomer services. The guys are not serious nor professional. Many times I come here and ask some of the products they answered is ‘ Sorry it is not available’. Sorry, manager needs to look in to this.

Arab barista is very unprofessional, flirting aggressively with female customers when there is a long queue. He also lacks good communication skills

I am a regular customer, staff are usually friendly and provide excellent service.

Great coffees, clean tables, & friendly staff! There's also a few plugs, if you need to charge your phone/laptop - highly recommended!!
