Exceptional all round. The incredible salad/warm buffet to structure your plate followed by skewer after skewer of delectable meats at perfectly the right pace for rumbling bellies. All of the staff who served us were excellent. Well presented, attentive but allowed room to breathe and enjoy - faultless. We attended during their lunch service which saw a healthy number of customers attend, dine and reluctantly turn their Rodizio card to red signalling they had reached capacity - unlimited for just shy of £17 a head in the afternoon! Amazing! The same deal is around £30 per head of an evening and you would expect an even faster procession of delectable treats on a busy night. I’m remiss that we live in Derbyshire and can’t come every week but equally happy I shan’t have to replace my entire wardrobe with several sizes larger - I could eat here all day, every day!!

Amazing! I’m gluten free and all of the staff were knowledgeable and gave me everything I could have. The meat was amazing, and Oscar was an awesome carver who was attentive and kind. For desert, (I didn’t get her name :() she went to the kitchen and told me everything I could have for dessert which was incredible, I had the pudding flan and it was just fantastic The price is great for London and it was an overall enjoyable experience will come again and reccommend to friends!

Disappointed I never took pictures because this place has a massive variety of meat and vegetable options, the Brazilian buffet where they bring different varieties of cooked meat to the table is great 👍🏻 really good experience with delicious food and friendly staff. My overall rating is 12/10.

The meats didn't seem fresh and the service was bad. I always go to the Soho branch which has excellent service and good food. I was really disappointed.

This is our third visit to Preto. I was very satisfied with the first two visits, but this time the meats felt a bit bland. Some were overcooked, and the first rounds of meat were served too quickly, causing them to pile up on our plates and cool down before we could properly enjoy them. The quality of the meat is still good, and some cuts were excellent, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars.

Carne dura, l’ unico buono era il pollo!la carne ovviamente passano loro su tutti i tavoli , mentre le verdure a buffet! C è scritto che paghi 36 sterline e mangi quanto vuoi, mentre noi abbiamo pagato 50 sterline a testa perché se ti bevi una birra o un bicchiere di vino sono altri 10 sterline a bicchiere e poi alla fine senza che il turista appena arrivato se ne accorga ti piazzano il 12,5% di servizio che nel nostro caso erano 25 euro! Devastante! Purtroppo ce ne siamo accorti dopo e quando siamo tornati a protestare erano chiusi! I intanto il servizio era a buffet e i ragazzi giravano per tutti i clienti con la carne sullo spiedo, pagare 25 euro per nulla anche no! Sconsiglio!!

per far capire che peggio di così non si poteva mangiare racconto solo che la carne servita fredda con poca scelta, buffet da mensa aziendale di pessimo gusto e per finire servizio di bassissimo livello, ciliegia sulla torta in quasi tutto ciò che si mangia c’è la presenza abbondante di AGLIO dove tra l’altro ti dicono che non c’è, insomma se passate da londra non passate da questo pseudo ristorante. esperienza veramente da dimenticare

The worse customer service ever

We had an amazing experience at this Brazilian churrascaria, Preto Rodízio at Victoria. The service was absolutely exceptional, with special thanks to Bruno for his attentive and friendly care throughout the evening. The bbq guys were always on point, ensuring our needs were met promptly and that the meats were served to perfection. The buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. However, the true highlight of the night was the lime caipirinha crafted by the talented barman, Caíque – it was simply the best I’ve ever had! I couldn’t be happier with today’s experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for authentic Brazilian flavors paired with top-notch service!

Food was great but service was very bad, the worst Brazilian Restaurant visited in UK ( visited a lot in all UK). Wine list it's horrible, great food ask always great wine and wine served is wine that in a normal restaurant it's used just to cook. We saved for the CAIPIRINHA, that was top! Fair play to the barman, great job! We will never come back, it's a shame because the CAIPIRINHA but lot things very bad.

At first very good, we were well served at the tables, but when we ordered a wine that we didn't like because it was very weak, from then on the service at the tables was no longer friendly. Whoever served the meat was spectacular, the guy at the bar is to be congratulated because his caipirinha is a very good 10, I even recommend it. But the waitress left something to be desired after the complaint, unfortunately whoever works with the public has to know how to receive praise and criticism, but unfortunately they didn't know how to deal with the criticism... If I went back there again, it would only be for the caipirinha.

A first time, quick visit for an early lunch. Service was swift, food delicious and plentiful, Bruno was friendly and very attentive. Satisfying and very filling.

went for a work dinner party and everything was great, the only thing i wish they told us is how actually the meat service worked. i had no idea that meat keeps coming one by one and i over ordered some while thinking i wouldnt have more chance of steaks.

I went there for lunch several times just for the salad, not the meat because it smells and I don’t like the meat there and I paid £17 each time. Today I went there for dinner and they charged me £30 for the same food without showing me the menu and even they give me a table in a corner at the hallway which was freezing cold. I definitely won’t get back.

Me and my husband decided to come have dinner today and OMG didn’t disappoint. Even though is not our first time here I must say the service was EXCEPTIONAL 10/10 5*! The team was AMAZING, in all senses from manager Gustavo ( going around with his team making sure all was clean, buffet tidy ) to Javier and Bruno that really stand out to us. Was a busy night but oh boy they a dream team in Preto Victoria. Thank you all for the most amazing night guys you don’t even know how much of a difference you made tonight. <3

Great service, they constantly come around for Rodizio with different meat and carve into your plate as long as you have your card with green side up. There were chicken, beef, steak(one tender and one chewy), lamb, pork, sausages and a very salty kind of pork. We were stuffed after trying all of the different meats. You can help yourself at the salad bar, garlic bread, fried bananas, wedges, chips and some meat stew were available as well. You should go in the morning for the fried bananas while they are fresh and crisp, we went in the afternoon and the fried bananas were soggy. Desserts were on display only and you have to order separately.

Carnes recién cocinadas entregadas y talladas en la mesa, una gran selección de artículos buffet frescos (la polenta asada era mi favorita) y el ritmo pausado del servicio (sin presión para comer y salir) fue refrescantemente excepcional. En un futuro no muy lejano se avecina una revisión definitiva.

Bruno was very cordial, he explained to us very well with reference to food allergies. I loved the meat delivery service and various types, the only detail is that I wish they could cook it a little more. For the rest everything is fine, the site is recommended.

The black lady who greets us at the entrance is a complete fiasco. We went with a reservation (they didn't take it the previous evening), he made us wait outside, not inside, then he came and stated that he didn't say outside, he said corridor. He wandered here and there as if he were kidding... Even though we made an early reservation, he found us worthy of a place at the entrance, at the corner of the stairs. Okay, but you can't sit at the table because it's in a tiny corner. Of course we didn't sit down...

Everything was dry in the buffet apart from the bean propably because they were in sauce. The staff was not on point with the service at all apart from the meat server who were too often at the table . Some of the meat was very stiff. It wasn’t a pleasing time at all.

That was yesterday, I thought that given the area and place it would be quite popular but someone in this restaurant has a light hand and likes to steal other people's things.

When I went abroad before, I always went to Brazilian restaurants. They would all be incredibly impressive and beautiful. I would be satisfied with meat. Thank you very much, I have had my fill of meat in this restaurant. Do you look for ones that don't cut with your teeth that feel like straps? Do you look for ones that come raw? Do you want to be constantly harassed and bullied while you're gnawing on one? It's all there. Instead of eating so much and poor quality meat (because we are human beings), go and eat a soft English steak, steak, etc., and you will also enjoy a nice ambiance for the money. Not to mention that the place is just like the village coffee house. It's a bonus that they tried to deceive me by paying 7 pounds more on the way out. This place went down in history as my regret in England. The stomach and intestinal system were immediately disrupted. I couldn't go to the hotel because I was looking for a toilet.

I'm sad to say after tonight I'll never be back to Preto in victoria. I booked a table for 2 last week for 7.30pm tonight. When we arrived we were sat in the corridor at the side of the restaurant away from the dining area next to someone's pushchair. After complaining I was told I needed to wait until a table was free. Is this how you treat someone who has booked a table in advance? We used to love this restaurant but shall not return again

A very lively Brazilian diner on a busy street. It has seating Inside and outside, with more downstairs for private dining. Traditional Brazilian grill with pork, beef and chicken. Green card for more food, red card to say you are done. There is also a vegetarian menu and a Great drinks menu with cocktails and wine available. Very good service and Decent prices for central London. The 24 bus stops right outside.

As a Brazilian my only advise would be: don’t go there. Meat tasted like old meat that has been in the fridge for too long. It was also hard and dry. And well done. They don’t know what churrasco means. Worst churrasco I have ever had.
