Good pasta, good space and good service. Nothing very remarkable but if you want to eat good pasta in the center of London at a reasonable price, it is a good option

Where to start? Already if I could have put 0 I would have put it!! Disgusting welcome, disgusting dishes = intoxication for everyone! Waitress not smiling, then literally making fun of us! Payment only by card, scam! The French should really FLEE! There are much better elsewhere!!!! A hefty addition... my word it's better to relearn the trade!

The portions were massive - at such a low cost too. They taper the seasoning perfectly. They really know how to make sure the customers don’t fade away!

We came for lunch with a friend I haven’t seen in ages, and left completely disappointed. The food was absolutely delicious however the service was horrible. I do understand that the restaurant was busy, having worked myself as a manager in a restaurant previously I understand busy times, but that shouldn’t sacrifice service. We waited ages for someone to take out order and when the food finally came the waitress just dropped the food on the table and run away, while i tried to quickly ask for extra plates as we were sharing. When I asked to remove the service charge ar the end, the waiter was giving a lot of attitude and acted extremely shocked. No one asked how was our meal, no one approached our table besides taking the order and bringing the food. When asking for the bill I had to finally stand up and stop someone to ask for the bell, as no one was noticing our ‘excuse me’. The food is delicious but the service is awful.

We’ve visited London on many occasions over the years and love to try new restaurants every time we are here. However, every time we return we always end up coming back to Prezzo at least once per visit. The food is fantastic, the atmosphere buzzes and the staff are great at what they do. Not our first visit and certainly will not be our last. Whether you’re dining as a couple, group or with a young family, this restaurant caters for all. No higher recommendation could I give. Visit, dine and enjoy!

The food wasn't that bad but we were completely over priced and got charged way more than what we should have paid. We had a voucher to use but they didn't let us use it because it was the holidays, so that was a bit pointless. ( a birthday voucher) We also asked after dinner for the dessert menu and our waiter forgot to give it to us, we were waiting for about 10 minutes and then we had to ask them again. Same goes for when we needed to pay the bill, they took a long time to bring it over and when we brought up the fact we had been over charged they didn't care! Don't waste your money and your time go to Pizza Express instead Xx P.S: If you do waste your time going here, watch yourself on the set menus that i where they messed everything up >:(

We ordered pizza with prosciutto, calamari, and pancetta. the pizza was overcooked, hard and tasteless. I do not recommend this establishment.

We were very disappointed by our visit to Prezzo's on 14th December 2024. We arrived and were promptly seated which was great as we expected a wait. So far so good. The waitress came to us within minutes asking if we would like to order drinks and our food. We hadn't even looked at the menu fully at this point. So quickly ordered drinks. Drinks came and we ordered our food. We were then asked if we would like any sides I asked if everyone would like garlic bread to share, they agreed. So I asked of we could add garlic bread as a side and the response from the waitress was appalling. I was told (very sternly) You should have ordered that first, not now, I will add it this once but no more! I was horrified at the manner in which she spoke to me. My daughter even asked if I was OK as it was that bad! I'm not confrontational so I let it go (furious on the inside) our meal was served quickly. Full of flavour, and very nice. (Although the portion of chips on my husbands plate was a mouse portion) while we were still eating the waitress returned and cleared my plate away, she then took my daughters and husbands whilst my step daughter was still eating. (She had a pizza and it was very big - great value btw) As she picked up the last slice the waitress took her plate! I was flabbergasted! I have never felt so unwelcome and rushed in a restaurant! I'm sure other waiting staff are more pleasant than the server we had, but I cannot comment on them, just the experience we had. The waitress then came over with the bill. My husband paid and mistakenly put his PIN in incorrectly and she harshly said to him that's the wrong PIN whilst rolling her eyes. He became flustered and eventually put the correct one in. We left and it wasn't until we later checked that we realised the cheeky waitress had added a service charge!!! No way would we have paid it, we were treated appallingly by her. Our only tip would be for her to grow some manners and respect for paying customers. Rant over! Now a formal complaint is on its way too!

I had a disappointing experience at this Italian restaurant. The pasta we ordered was overcooked and overwhelmingly spicy, which completely masked the other flavors. The Pasta Ripiena Spinaci e Ricotta was particularly disappointing—it was made with mozzarella instead of ricotta, which is misleading and not what we expected. I raised my concerns with the waiter, but nothing was done to address the issue. Overall, this is not a place I would recommend for dining.

10/10 place had chicken Milanese with spaghetti starters to share. My friend got the burrata salad and said best burrata she ever had. Amazing experience in the heart of London, the manager Ylli gave us a great table and recommended dishes, he was a star!

The service was incredibly slow, we were waiting for almost over 30 minutes for the desert.

Had a great night out. Our waitress Leticia was brilliant, she managed a party of 24 guys with humour, charm and efficiency. Pizzas were really good and excellent value.

Everything was wonderful! The food was absolutely delicious, we had spaghetti bolognese, a margherita pizza, and a piece of tiramisu. We got our food quickly even though the restaurant was busy. The staff were very kind and courteous. We loved the atmosphere, it really is a beautiful restaurant. 10/10 highly recommended!

Tasty meal and dessert! Our servers were attentive and kind. I enjoyed rigatoni arrabbiata and my mom got ravioli. We both really enjoyed the sticky toffee pudding for dessert! Thank you!

Me and another person in my family ordered 2 burgers which came out cold because the waitress forgot to bring them to us starter was fine after our food came out cold they were sorry and were quick to bring new food to us nice staff it was probably because it was a Saturday and the restaurant was very busy Thank you for bringing the new food out so quickly I know it was just a mistake

Started out nice, got seated, placed the order, and then, unfortunately, our waitress decided that prancing around the restaurant and coziness up to her coworker was more important than our food order. It took another waitress to realize we had been sitting around watching other couples enjoying their food before ours came out. What makes matters worse was watching the waitress who forgot us...eat off another customers plate on the serving line. Don't believe me, roll the camera back and have a chat about tonights service from your employee in the pink shirt!!

We loved this place!!! We are from Australia and were in London for four nights in November. We went to Prezzo on our second night. So impressed with this experience we went three nights in a row. Great service, super friendly and happy staff and the food was absolutely sensational. We totally and thoroughly recommend this restaurant and its staff/food wholeheartedly. Looking forward to returning on our next visit !!

He visto algunas críticas negativas, pero para mí la experiencia fue excelente. La comida era genial y el personal era aún mejor. Personalmente pensé que los precios estaban bien. De hecho, para el centro de Londres diría que excelente. No podría recomendar más y sin duda volvería.

My pasta tasted like it was made in heaven. I still don’t understand how this isn’t a 3 Michelin starred restaurant. This is the unknown gem of London Italian cuisine.

My recent visit to Prezzo in London was, unfortunately, far from enjoyable. From the moment we stepped inside, the experience fell short of even basic expectations. The restaurant was completely empty upon our arrival at 8 PM, yet no one was there to greet us. After a few minutes, a server finally arrived and led us—curiously—to a table right next to the bathroom, despite the abundance of available seating. When I politely asked to be moved, the manager, Elena, responded with a dismissive and almost hostile attitude, insisting that all the tables were “reserved.” This claim seemed absurd given the empty dining room, which remained half-empty even by the end of our meal. It was disappointing to see a manager who not only lacked warmth but also appeared disinterested in her role; Elena was unprofessionally dressed and looked visibly irritated, making it clear she didn’t want to be there. Honestly, it felt as if her attitude cast a negative shadow over the entire experience. As for the food, it was mediocre at best. The bruschetta was especially disappointing—it came on a pizza-like crust rather than traditional bread, which wasn’t indicated on the menu. This was a surprising and unpleasant twist on a classic dish. The fries were unmistakably frozen, lacking any hint of freshness or quality, and the calamari was overly fried, resulting in a rubbery texture that was hard to enjoy. Overall, the experience left much to be desired. The poor service and lackluster food showed a clear disregard for both quality and customer satisfaction. With so many other fantastic dining options in London, I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or money at Prezzo. This was, unfortunately, a memorable experience for all the wrong reasons.

Quick and friendly service by the waitress. The atmosphere was nice, not too crowded but busy though our food arrived very quickly. Tasty and simple food, really satisfied with the classic pasta dishes we’ve eaten. With a touch of sweetness and little spiciness from the Rigatoni Arrabbiata and the pesto gnocchi nice and fresh.

We arrived approx 5pm a Sunday, there was a queue of people waiting to be seated but tons of empty tables! Food was slow to arrive, it appeared there was 2 ladies who I'm guessing were managers that made service worse than better. It appeared they annoyed staff rather than helped #Teamwork Childrens garlic bread was 90% burnt and food was thrown on the table when it arrived. You had to throw in what you wanted from the waiter when he appeared otherwise he was off and never seen again until he wanted rid of you! Which is why the service charge automatically added is a slap in the face and when I heard another table ask if it could be removed, he said it couldn't!!! Waiter tried to give me a white wine when I ordered red. Then asked if I was sure it was definitely red I ordered - wow!! Children pudding came as the wrong one. But as I say you didn't have your waiter long enough to tell him!! I was grateful by the end of the meal to pay and get out!! My advice would be eat somewhere else if you can, unless you like being treated like rubbish for £100 for 4!

A restaurant where everyone is overwhelmed. First, other people who arrived after us and who did not have reservations either, were placed before us. A Caesar salad limited to a thin bed of salad, a few pieces of chicken and a bad dressing. No parmesan as advertised on the menu and the waitress told me that I should have asked for it before eating the salad! For 16 pounds... And I was offered the addition of another table, more expensive to finish. Instead, go push another door!

Very happy to be surprised by good attentive staff, no wait at all for food and this at 6 on a Thursday evening.

Good Italian restaurant in the center of London. The service was a little slow but it seemed like a temporary problem, the food was quite good with a reasonable portion and plenty of gluten-free options on the menu.

Lovely place to visit when stopping by for a relaxed dinner or lunch. I walked in with 12 people and got served with a table immediately by a kind hostess. The seats were clean and the food was great. However, when splitting the bill it wasn’t very efficient and one of us ended up paying the bill because they said they couldn’t split it. This wasn’t that big of an issue but maybe something they could improve on! - I will come again! 👏

Visited this restaurant on Sunday evening and just want to say a huge thank you to the waitresses who were extremely welcoming and friendly and made our little boys night with a paper chefs hat ! Our child has additional needs and the girls were brilliant with him ! Enjoyed a pizza and a chicken dish along with the children's fixed price menu, the service was quick also so we were soon back enjoying the sights and sounds of London on our last evening and our boy didnt take that hat off all night ! Thanks again !

I ordered the Chicken, Wild Mushroom Rigatoni but with the vegan chicken alternative as I have been vegetarian for the past 5 years. Despite ordering the vegan chicken alternative, they made the mistake of serving me real chicken. Having taken a bite of the chicken I immediate realised there may have been an error which was later confirmed by staff. All they did was take that one meal off the bill which didn't really make up for the fact that I had just eaten meat for the first time in half a decade. If you have any allergies, religious or moral beliefs surrounding the consumption of meat, I would be very cautious eating here.

The quality of the food was poor, the toilets were a disgrace and the servers try to bribe you to leave a positive review regardless of service received.

The biggest advantage this place can boast is the location - it's near Trafalgar Square. I ordered a seabuss with a side of roasted potatoes. Both the flavor and the presentation weren't impressive. The service was quite slow, but it was after 5 p.m., so it's understandable. Maybe they make tasty pizzas, but if you fancy fish, go somewhere else.

Had an amazing time genuinely the servers were all so lovely and sweet even though we had unfortunately come at a late time they were still extremely welcoming and very sweet and didn't rush us to leave even when we were trying to get take away boxes they insisted we enjoy and take our time and it was just such a lovely experience and I'm very grateful. Especially to (I hope I'm not butchering his name) Ilea who was very lovely and made sure we had a great time. Very lovely food, vibe and couldn't complain about a single thing. Thanks so much. Also the Morello cherry sour or what ever bangs 100 percent recommended.

I visited for the first time a few days ago with my partner, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. There was no greeting upon our arrival, and no one checked on us during our meal. I ordered the gnocchi with pesto and added burrata for an extra £3, only to receive half of a small burrata, which was not as described. The pesto seemed diluted with extra olive oil, as if there wasn’t enough to properly prepare the dish. Additionally, both the Passion Fruit Martini and Aperol Spritz were made with flat Prosecco, raising concerns about how long the bottle had been open. This was my first and, regrettably, my last visit.

I came here because it was close to my accommodation. As I looked at the menu, I ordered Bolognese pasta, but what came out was a completely different pasta that wasn't even on the menu. I thought it was strange, so I asked, and he said that I had ordered it, and showed me the machine I ordered in an unfriendly manner. I had no choice but to eat it because it said so on the machine, but I ordered by looking at the menu myself out of fear of being confused by the English pronunciation, but it was very difficult to make a mistake, and even if I did, I had to confirm my order at the end. It's normal to do this, but it became my fault without going through that process. The food tastes so-so and the service is lacking compared to the price.

Nothing special... average pizza. Nice environment. High prices for what you need. I expected more. The garlic bread was half a pizza.. We found better during our stay in London.

I don’t usually give bad reviews, but I was quite stunned by the terrible experience we had at Prezzo. The hostess almost rolled her eyes when we asked if a table for two was available. She practically threw the menu at us when we sat down and walked away without saying a word. We should’ve left right then and there. The menu described a dish as pasta with creamy burrata, which sounded appealing, so I ordered it. Well... that was a mistake. I’ve never had such a disappointing burrata, especially at an "Italian" restaurant! Honestly, there’s probably a better chance of someone in your Asian or African family being related to Italy than this restaurant is. The pasta was cold, the portion was small, and the burrata was hard and tasteless—like it had been sitting in the fridge for weeks. And the price was outrageous for such terrible food. To top it all off, the waiter decided to have a smoke right next to the tables. Fantastic. It’s unbelievable that they automatically included a tip on the receipt. Don’t go here.

2 adults & 4 kids meals and drinks came in at not an unreasonable £100. Food was good, small mistake on garlic bread bringing standard when gluten free was ordered but resolved without a complaint and much apology. Also left the 1st garlic bread behind a nice gesture

AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED!! I attended this morning and ordered breakfast with friends as we work in the area. We each ordered our own breakfast but two of us got the pizzaulata and upon noticing the £10 deal with a coffee or tea normal or iced, we got that deal informing the waiter YUSEF of our order. The food itself was lovely and would order something similar again at any other restaurant. When our bill arrived it was approx £10 more than it should have been. When I asked our waiter YUSEF about the £10 deal he stated that we didn’t get the deal as we didn’t point it at the menu when ordering. When I challenged him that there is no time or conditions shown on the menu he became aggressive towards us and argumentative he has been walked away and stated we have had to speak to the manager but then said the manager is not there and we will have to wait which we did patiently while waiting for the manager. A group of young tourits had entered and I informed them of if they are going to order, but we had as I can see from where I was sitting they were appointing at the same part of the menu I advised them to inform their waiter, if they want a ice drink or a hot drink their meal that they have to point directly at the menu as otherwise the deal would be not valid. The waiter use then started shouting at me stating that I’m in a restaurant and could not do that he’s been order and said that they didn’t order drinks so why are we getting involved? Shortly after the manager has arrived she has spoken with Yusuf privately. He is then come to our table and amend our bill without saying why it has been amended neither has the manager has spoken to us and avoided any interaction. ultimately we felt as they were trying to rip us off and taking unfair advantage of this tourist destination I will not visit there again. I will not attend a Prezzo again.

Came here for dinner. Horrible service. Hostess was not happy. Server was even worse (even snapped at our kid). Maybe they are understaffed or overworked, but horrible service from entry to end. Food was not much better. For London, the pizza is quite pathetic. Beef burger was absolutely horrible (think like you are eating in a mess, with a dry bread and meat). Water is 6 pounds a bottle! I wouldn't have paid 1/4 of what I paid for this food and experience. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The food was great, it only took approx. 10 minutes for the food to arrive. After the main course, I asked for the dessert lists, we waited for the waiter for about 15 minutes. Finally the waiter arrived, but we had already decided that due to the slowness of the service, we would not order dessert. When I informed the waiter about it, he didn't even apologize for the situation. The service was rude.

The food was OK, the staff was not friendly at all. We needed to yell in their ears for them to come. Not recomended.

4 stars for kids as they have a great kids 3 course meal but you do get stuck with them having desert. 3 for adults, the food was okay but the service was poor. They didn't even give a tip option as the end which is probably why the service is so bad.

Went here with family for a nice meal, and left with an absolutely abysmall experience. Eventhough barely anyone was in the restaurant, our service was still lackluster, with waitresses idly walking by as if they were on vacation rather than working. Despite the long service times, the food that we received was nothing short of atrocious, bland and overcooked. Couldn't finish any of the food, the crab pasta tasting like it had been doused in fish water, instead of having any actual flavour. The chicken pasta and salad was also the same, tasting more like rubber. Everything was inedible. Except for the water. Do not come here and waste 20 pounds on a dish that tastes worse than Tesco frozen meals.

I had two dinners here it was fantastic. We were served by Ollie twice in two nights he was fantastic and had great service. Food was excellent and so close to our hotel. When we are back in London will definitely be back.

First time at Prezzo and in London, was served by our lovely waitress Emma who happily answered all of our questions and requests. Service was quick and the food came out at an appropriate time - would return if visiting the city again :)

Great italian restaurant just off Trafalgar Square in London. Stopped by for drinks and a quick bite in the afternoon, and went back with more friends for dinner. The food is delicious, the atmosphere feels very authentically italian, though the service was just a bit slow, perhaps from the restaurant being packed. Luckily, the drinks came quickly.

Good food but service was quite poor. We needed to chase for our drinks, for a water, as well as for the cheese. It's the only Prezzo where waiting staff did not attend the table with the cheese to be added.

Staff refused to heat up baby food in the Microwave claiming it's a health and safety issue then shouted back 'it's the law' as they were walking away. Never had any issues at cafe rouge with them heating up baby food in the microwave. If they were that concerned with health and safety then you would think they would fix the straps on their high chairs given that the one they gave us was missing one preventing us from securing our baby. Only eat here with a baby if you can heat up their food with hot water or the child is old enough to eat from their kids menu. Won't be eating at Prezzo again any time soon.

After being let down by a nearby restaurant we walked over to this place. The service is excellent and we had our drinks within minutes of ordering. Pizza and sides came out within 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was very good.

This restaurant feels like a factory. Expect mains to arrive whilst you are still forcing down the oily calamari. Moving onto the main as it's now at room temperature, be ready for the big surprise. It's even worse than the starter. Stay clear.

We had a really good meal here this afternoon. A Spinach Cresta Gallo and a Spaghetti Bolognese. Both were delicious. The staff were very polite and the atmosphere was great, as it has always been when we have visited before. Definitely our favourite place to eat in London!

Very disappointed with this restaurant. We ate in a draft. The waitress was not smiling at all. The meal was not very hot (not to say lukewarm) and the taste was really average. Bad experience.

I love to stumble upon restaurants with a nice vegan menu! Had a delicious vegan bolognese and a great beer.

Feels like fine dining. There is a lot of foot traffic near the area. Staff is very courteous. Food is filling and has excellent levels of spice and taste.
