Had a meal delivered tonight. It wasn’t very warm. Large portion but the spices were not cooked into the food. They tasted raw and I couldn’t eat the meal.

The staff are very friendly and the food is tasty: can't fault the place!

Awful service everytime we have ordered a takeaway there have been several issues. From the food being 2 hours late to the wrong items sent. The staff keep lying on the phone and promise the manager will rectify issues but they never do. Avoid this place at all costs, there are so many other nicer restaurants locally!

Food was absolutely inedible got lamb chops biryani and samosas but 1 samosa was probably the only edible thing. The lamb biryani only had four bits of meat in it, filled with red chilli powder for some reason don’t understand that? The lamb chops were completely burn. No Taste horrible, horrible food. Stay away and save your money!

Celebrated my son's birthday, with fabulous, traditional Indian meal at Punjabi Junction. We're luckily spoiled for choice in Gravesend when it comes to Indian food, but you can't beat this place. The service was excellent, too, and all very good value for money.

Canno't knock the food. I ordered from the house specialities and was thrilled with the flavours and quantities. The staff were attentive and helpful. The decor has recently been improved but not entirely to my taste.

We love the food here but it was the first time we ordered online, I don’t think it was the restaurants delay more so the delivery driver, the courier didn’t have their GPS on the app so we were unable to know if he was on the way or not, I called the restaurant and bless they were very apologetic and got straight onto the case and the food was with us in five minutes of the call and it was hot, so not entirely sure what happened??

Absolutely beautiful tasting dishes , very fresh and zingy flavours in both meat and veggy dishes . Fish pakoras were epic 👌. Delivery bang on time . Thank you guys

Had a bad train journey home from work with a half hour stop over in graves end so I headed to the closets pub for a beer. I had no idea this place also served up curry! Unfortunately I had no time to dine but it smelt incredible. The barman said it was fine to just have a beer so I went for a kingfisher at £5 a pint which I think is decent, it tastes great. The barman was very friendly and gave me some chatter which I find always nice. Definitely coming back to eat some time. Visited 8.20ish pm 6th Oct Cheers guys

Food tastes awful, not as described. When I called to check the order I was told it was traditional style of food. I ordered a chicken tikka masala, this was spicy. They said it would be. Order different next time and they hung up. No where on the menu on just eat or there own website does it say it’s spicy. It’s meant to be creamy AS DESCRIBED- it was watery. I have video footage. The naan was rock solid. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Could not eat it and it went into the bin.

It showed delivered on app but its over an hour late. I still haven't received it.

Delivered wrong food after waiting 90 mins. for delivery. Food delivered very salty too so inedible. Called to complain and ask for refund. Ignored and person walked away from phone leaving us hanging for 20 mins. then hung up on us!! Called again, 2nd time, same thing happened again. Awful, awful people and place and food is very poor.

And the order was not complete. 2.5 hrs late. no apology, 2nd time so I won't be ordering anymore from here.

The only thing I can commend about this place is that the chicken was fully cooked and didn't give me food poisoning. The curry sauces were bright synthetic colours and frankly didn't taste great. Instead of adding any flavour to the dishes we ordered they threw in as much spice as possible to mask the absence of flavour. Our food was supposed to be delivered between 6:15-6:40pm, but after 6:40pm had passed we heard nothing from them despite requesting updates, and at 7pm we had to phone them. We were promised it would only take another 5-10mins, but waited a further 20-25mins for it to arrive. In total we had to wait 1.5 hours to receive our food, and by the time the food arrived we had lost our appetite, especially when opening the bag to see cold and disappointing food.

Their delivery is advertised as 40 minutes. After an hour, we phoned and we were told they were awaiting someone to deliver it. They had it in the kitchen. If we knew after 25 more minutes we would still be waiting, I would have walked there - it is a few minutes away. I went there to query what was happening, and they said it was out for delivery. I returned home and they were still not there. If they were out for delivery, how can I get home before them! (I know the answer, but really over an hour and a half which is twice the advertised length). This experience was a shambles, and we are highly unlikely to use them again.

The Methi Lamb was very salty!

worst tasting meal we've had in a long while.....2 dishes looked like green sludge n chicken was water filled processed junk. So disappointed...wasted £53 for two. Not even a complementary poppadom to share ! obviously wouldn't return.

Worst food I ever had, I ordered bhindi masala and got karela with no taste and smelled a lot, and naan bread was not cooked freshly .one more important thing they charged extra at shop because I ordered online before and tI was cost me £20 something but they canceled the order after that I called them for order and it was cost me £26.70 when I asked about it she said prices are up at shop what is this nonsense!!

This place is very bad , we was served very stale food and tasteless, when we try to contact manager ,his behaviour was rude and aggressive, they taken our ,75 % of food and didn't replace, and charged fully,I recommend should not go this place

It was ok, tikka masala was more like a butter chicken and the bhuna was a little bland and the lamb was tough. The naan bread was amazing though. Don’t think I will be ordering from there again unless it was for naan bread only.

It was my first time ordering from Punjabi Junction and all I can say is wow wow wow the food was wonderful and definitely the best I have tried in Gravesend and I will definitely be ordering from here again

It was already a long wait to be a bit late was annoying but the food is soo goood

Arrogant didn’t supply what we ordered. Substituted our order without consent. Disgusting attitude when asked just said was really busy. In this case should not accept orders if cannot fulfil according to the order that was placed. Had problems with this restaurant previously but thought might have improved. No still the same ….will not be ordering again and everyone should take immense notice of what you are getting.

We waited 1.5 hours till the delivery slot time - then a further hour. Kept being told driver was on his way. Then the restaurant wouldn’t pick up the phone (I have about 30 or more calls logged on my phone). Had to go down to the restaurant only to find out the food hadn’t even been prepared yet. A further 15 mins wait and then we finally got it. Not really acceptable and we didn’t get a delivery as we had to go get it ourselves.

One of my best places have been there twice for pre wedding parties now love the food,people and atmosphere will be having my 60th birthday party there recommending anyone to visit there guaranteed you will get good value for money

Honestly, where to start. We were in a group, 9 of us so I'm not expecting lightning fast service. But one person got their main with their starter and had one starter missing, so their main in the end was just plain rice. So I shared. Service. The main course took almost 90 minutes to make it to the table (so those, like me who didn't get a starter waited a long time). I was then missing a main dish. And while I was told they would make it, I had to say no. I mean, it already took forever. Then my naan had clingfilm in it. Admittedly in the end I was offered a free drink,when I was paying; So I took a bottle home. Atmosphere. People from outside use the the toilet like a public toilet so the door was left open when it was chilly with the same guy in and out. For over 2 and a half hours we saw him at least half a dozen times. So it was dark, cold, and not the best. There are better takeaways in the area and definitely better eat in restaurants in the area so be kind to yourself and eat elsewhere. You deserve it.

Turned up very late. Had to call and chase the order after 30 mins delay. When I received the order, I had ordered chicken korma and chicken tikka massala, got korma and I think butter chicken. Wasn’t hot. So delayed, cold and wrong order. Not a good experience. I won’t bother again and wouldn’t recommend at all. Went in the bin.

Amazing Food quality and great portion size. They do took time to deliver food but it was totally worth it. Food was fresh and really well cooked. Definitely worth trying.

A total disappointment in terms of food and wait! With only two tables up serve (one served as soon as we sat), a cold starter (chat) took 20mins to come. For papdi chat, there were no potatoes in it and it looked like everything was just scrambled in there and served! Next, after requesting the dal rice to be served quickly as we had a 5 year old, and for the dal to be not spicy.. it took 4 attempts to ask for it (35min) in total from order and it came out spicy with green chilies in the dal. When asked why, got told it was mild!! For a Punjabi restaurant you would expect top notch dal makhani.. this one had chunks of tomatoes and onions and nothing tasted like dal makhani! What was irritating was there were just 3 of us and the entire restaurant was empty otherwise. A definite NO GO this one!!

Food had been on its way for more than 20 minutes. Delivery is not free, they charge £2.50. There are better options I'm afraid. Food tasted good and was still warm, and the restaurant answered my call, not all politely, but it's something I guess.

Some of the starters like the onion bhaji seemed a little bit undercooked in terms of the batter. Noticed flour in the samosas. However the chana masala and bhatura was very nice and tasty. Overall it was okay.

We had a very nice taste of sarso da saag it was very delicious and we all love dal makhani as well. You should've increase the space at the sitting area and add some more pine beers 😂. Service was good and quick as well. Overall we all had a very good experience at your restaurant.

Well what can I say it was not nice at all I've had some biryani and this was the worst let aloan the dal was even worse I will never order again from there I know quite abit about Indian food as my father is Pakistani and that was just bad right down to samosa worst 23 pound spent
