I must say that we are not vegans, so we entered purezza because it was one of the few options open until late. However, we got a VERY PLEASANT SURPRISE. The pizzas were incredible, we honestly didn't expect such well-done flavors and textures. On the other hand, the place was very nice, impious and pleasant. The service is also outstanding. If in doubt we recommend it.

For non-vegans: don’t let the fact this place is full vegan put you off. The pizza is fantastic. Toppings are full of flavor, and the crust is fantastic! Vibe is neat, service is good. All in all, a good place to visit. Our server, Jess, was great! Full of recommendations that were spot on.

There was a big group of loud people to our side and they were just ruining everything because of their annoying nature. They stuck out like a sore thumb as it is a quiet resteraunt. They were the only loud people in the room while everyone else sat and tried to enjoy their meal. The waiter told us to wait until they are gone after we asked her to tell them to be a bit quieter. She didn’t help the situation so we had to sit there in pain listening to their loud laughter and chat. We would have left a massive tip but now we will not because of this. The tiramisu was indeed disappointing.

Beth was a lovely server. Just the right amount of attention. The food was gorgeous, this was my second time here and everything lived up to my memory. Love the amount of GF options. My husband doesn't usually go for vegan fare but loved everything. Defo recommend ❤️

I've never in a UK restaurant had a mandatory service fee on a bill before until I went here.I always tip a few extra pound at restaurants for courtesy of the waiters, however after having a look at the bill I realised there was a mandatory tip added to the menu price of roughly 11%, I still tipped despite one of the waiter still didn't seem pleased by my extra tip of £3 for a bill of £28! As for the food, the starters of meatballs was undercooked, and for the pizza there was burnt around the crusts of the pizza. The chairs were wooden basic kitchen chairs and narrow tables. However for the waiters they were friendly mostly, and waiting time was fairly average. I'd recommend for vegans who are wishing to dine in Manchester to go to Zizzi restaurant instead as they're similar prices but far better food atmosphere and no hidden extra costs at the bill.

Just popped in to get myself some takeaway lunch. Gluten free base margarita pizza which took 10 mins to make. Absolutely beautiful food, lovely customer service.

I absolutely loved my lunch at Purezza this week; the lunch set menu is great value for money. There were a couple of ingredients not available, but the team made great suggestions for alternatives. My only wish is that I could buy some cheese to take home like I can at the one in London! 🤩

We pre booked a group of 14 people for a festive menu and drinks for a Tuesday night. The place was quiet, not exactly buzzing so I was not expecting any issues with service or food. What my group and I experienced was not that of a 4.8 out of 5 restaurant. The carrot soup was cold. The pistachio Mac n Cheese was cold and tasteless The festive calzone was tasteless and also cold. The service was poor. Drinks were requested and not delivered, starter plates were not taken away before the main meal plates arrived. When drinks arrived, empty glasses weren't taken away. Really really disappointed and a complete lack of responsibility in increasing the customer experience.

This has to be the worst group meal I have ever had. 14 people, preselected options from a very limited christmas menu. After 45 mins, most of us had drinks, then food started to arrive. Soup was barely tepid, I don't think anybody finished it. Pizza was slightly warmer, some of us were hungry enough to eat it. Desserts were OK. At no point did restaurant manager or chef come to see how we were doing. I felt really sorry for the waitress who tried to be positive, but she was unfairly landed with an impossible task. I will not return.

£8 - Marinara pizza. Gorgeous. Bring your student ID, and come before 1pm for a £5 pizza.

Stopped in for tea on a Saturday evening. Absolutlet fantastic. Really lovely food. Good friendly service. Make sure you book. The resteraunt was always full but not over crowded.

A nice venue with friendly staff. Great to have gluten free options and they take extra care if you tell them you are coeliac. I had a parmigiana pizza. So aubergine and cheese. However, I personally would have preferred a bit more topping, and a bit more flavour too (maybe some herbs in the tomato sauce)... I also ordered a kombucha as I wanted something without sugar replacements and additives. But unfortunately the brand they stocked had erythritol and other sweetners in. Which isn't To my taste (and I wasn't aware kombucha could be made with these things so didn't think to ask). My friend is on fodmap and cant have onions or garlic. They had a couple of options suitable for her. She opted for a margarita. I can't give top marks for atmosphere because it was really quiet because of the weather.... But it was a nice place overall.

Always love coming here but recently went gluten free and I must say the GF options are just as good as the normal pizza bases. The meatballs and chocolate brownie didn’t disappoint either. Jess was also very welcoming and service was on point. Purezza will be my go to place for GF pizza.

The seasonal calzone was incredible. One of the best pizzas/calzones I've ever had even if the gravy could have been thicker (wasn't really gravey more a broth dip) The potatoes were ok, nothing special but nice for the price. The Mac and Cheese we got, was terrible. Not really another word to sum it up other than that. Ilthe cheese sauce (yes I'm aware it's vegan) was thinking to the point of being a water like consistency, and the pasta itself was mush. The flavour was pretty much bang on a cup Mac and cheese you'd buy and add boiling water too, really bland unfortunately. Overall the pizza itself was a saving grace and my advice would be definitely worth going and trying out, but avoid the side dishes entirely and stick with a few pizzas and sauces for the table. Staff were great but the service was a little slow.

A great vegan restaurant in the heart of the NQ... Visited around Christmas and had the Carvery Calzone, probably the best calzones Ive ever had. The garlic potatoes were okay and sorry but the Mac and Cheese was terrible.. watery and flavourless... No creaminess to it but the Calzone made up for it. Service and atmosphere is good, though at times it took a fair bit to get attention.

The food was fantastic! Cannot wait to go back when we are next in Manchester. We came about 5/6 weeks ago and found the review card and had to make sure we said that Carter was the best server ever! He was so lovely with great recommendations and gave fantastic service. Extremely welcoming restaurant that we can't wait to come back to!

I really wanted to love this place and the reviews I'd read were amazing but it just didn't live up to the experiences of others. We wanted to try a few things as a starter then pizza to follow, we couldn't because they just bring all food put together- even if you ask them not to. The food is OK but a bit bland, the cocktails were also lacking the wow factor. It just didn't live up to the hype we'd heard about it. The building is beautiful and having a vegan menu like that is fab this just needs better service and a bit more va va voom.

The pistachio mac & cheese was very very nice! I also got the calazone meaty option which wasn’t really my cup of tea. Shame as I think that’s my fault for choosing the wrong pizza! Until next time, definitely worth a visit they have some really good options

Had a lovely time at this restaurant tonight. The gluten free pizza was absolutely amazing and I had gluten free cheesecake too!! There were so many delicious pizza toppings to choose from. I have Coeliac disease and definately haven’t been glutened! I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend, thankyou 😀

Pretty amazing vegan pizza, I haven't found a vegan pizza that doesn't have the cheese problem where it sticks to your mouth but the flavour and char in the stone oven baked pizza out ways this problem easily, me and my sister recommend the aubergine pizza, was vry vry yummy

Disappointed. We were not made aware that this restaurant was vegan. No signage or mention on the menu that it was either. The menu especially is misleading as it says “cheese” not “vegan cheese” or pepperoni not “vegan pepperoni” so we were none the wiser. If we knew it was vegan we wouldn’t have gone so felt deceived to be honest. Shame because staff were lovely.

Visited on 06/11 and had a lovely time. The pepperoni pizza was gorgeous, the hot agave was such a nice touch to the flavour. Klaudia was a wonderful host, very attentive and friendly. She made our meal that much better! We look forward to returning soon!

Went for an anniversary meal with my mrs and it was bloomin lovely I tell ya. I’m only a veggie and this was by far the BEST meal of my life. There was a lovely atmosphere with pretty plants, relaxing vibes and some nice tunes. Our server Klaudia was so kind, funny and made sure we had everything we needed (and had v cool hair). I love that the toilets are gender neutral and clean. Also - if you’re wondering what we got - it was the mac and cheese, parmigiana, black truffle pizza and the cheesecake and the cheapest (let’s not talk about it) bottle of white wine which was delish! Well done Purezza, we will be back!!!

First time experiencing a vegan restaurant with friends, one of which has a dairy allergy. The food was surprisingly amazing and the service fantastic!. Who would know you could run into a server from the same state of Indiana in the United States! Lagoon made the experience all the better. Cheers to making non-dairy cheese; I had no idea it could taste so real.
