Horrible customer service. Cancelling our order after waiting 2hours with bad communication, we had to keep chasing them up.

Everything is disgusting there ordered my food came over 1 hour late and cold Found few hair on it

Didnt bring my popcorn chicken.consisted of saying that they bagged ny popcorn chicken however they didnt.i had to call numourse time to attempt to get ny food and i still didnt get it . Wont even give me a refund . They were also argumentative and made me feel like i was in the wrong!

Waiting over a hour... delivery man didn't look at us or say anything... chips cold... chicken wasn't very good...no apologies being so late..

The worst place to order food from. If I could then I wouldn't even give that 1 star!! It's not the first time they've been careless. Chips are always cold, and meat in the burger was cold as well. Sometimes, they're taking more than 2 hours to deliver, sometimes; sending order with missing items. It's more than 3/4 times, they sent the order which is missing and when you call and ask them they're very rude. I told him it's been 1 hour where's the order he said Idk where the driver went I'll send with another one. Also when I said he's very rude he said his voice is like that. Is it a joke?? Bro, learn how to talk to your customers first and then do the business. Will never ever order anything from this place again. I've had enough. Maybe they think I can talk to them the way I want. No! You can't, just keep that in your mind. (To that disrespectful rude staff or the owner or whoever) Totally bullshit!!!! Worst attitude!! Go, get some knowledge and discipline.

I asked for chicken strips and 4 cans, they sent me 3 hash browns and was about 30 mins late just to rub it in.. least I got my cans tho

First of all it took an hour and a half and secondly there was a none in my BONELESS chicken fillet burger Once the owner was informed he gave 0 help what a joke

( Chicken shawarma meat )was fabulous taste and ( full grilled chicken ) was awesome.. must try 👍👍.. But food delivery was very late please work on that. 👍

My chicken came with no skin on it and the chip were cold and only gave me two instead of four. Man on the phone was so rude put the phone down on me three times when i asked to bring the rest of my order. Disgusting behaviour will never be returning again!!!

Asked for two burgers with Tom sauce and all salad got no salad mayo and dry stale bread and meat fking rank.

was working in the area, popped in as it was the only place open at the time, chips were ok salted well, the chicken burgers were a let down the buns weren't warmed the came straight out the packet so while eating the bun broke apart, should of steam heated them or warmed them on the grill

Took over 3 hours to deliver the food from when I first ordered it. Was told 15 minutes, 10 minutes, 2 minutes the whole time. Completely wasted my day.

Absolutely terrible the worst food I have ever had second time in the last few weeks i thought I would give them another chance after the first time my chicken strps was burnt and freezing cold the second time I had food from there well I don't know how they're still open my chips were freezing and the chicken strps was like rubber its supposed to have crispy coating but it was soggy and when I rang them they had the worst attitude ever they put the phone down on me 3 times because they couldn't understand what it l was saying to them all the same it cost me £27 .50 and the lot went in the bin never go again since it's been taken over its terrible

Worst fillet burger ever had in my life. Breading came off and taste horrible. Fries and hasbrown were cooked in burnt oil. Never ordering again. Thank you

There’s no place to sit and dine in, just take out. The food is good, staff is nice and approachable, environment is not so clean but it’s not dirty. It wasn’t busy so I was able to get my meal ready quickly. The pictures were taken from my work

Probably the best chicken and pizza place in Wigan! Either takeaway or delivery, they won't disappoint you! They open till early morning all days! So, party hard; they'll cater to your chicken and pizza needs!

They took a ridiculously long time to deliver food. We wouldn’t have minded if they were just honest with us about when food would be actually delivered. But, every time we tried to call them to get an update, the phone line was busy (probably taken off the hook so that they don’t have to deal with complaints), so they clearly don’t care about actual customer service. Avoid this place if you care about getting your food on time and service.

Genuinely awful. We waited over 2 hours for the food we ordered and then gave up. Order from somewhere else. Do not order from here. You only have to look at other reviews that if your food does turn up it will be cold and burnt. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Chicken was burnt. Pizza was alright.I guess. The chips were ok. Would I have it again? No. There might only be one letter difference between this and KFC but I'd stick with KFC.

Don't bother with this place, the floor is lovely, hence the 1 star, but the food is really bad, apart from the chips, which were a total rip off.

I wouldn’t even rate this place a one was meant to have 2 fries and 2 drinks and needed to pay £2 for delivery and he only brought me one of each and when I rang up they was really rude to me and said in delivery you only get one of each and as I was talking they put the phone down and not only that they gave us the wrong pizza

I think they should get a person who understands English to answer the phone as my order is usually wrong when I get it

Order arrived wrong with missing items from meal rang 3 times to try and sort it but the rude person on the other end kept on putting the phone down. Was ordering regularly from here but won’t be anymore .

I have order a few times maybe 4/5 times over the last few years. Once it was amazing other times it's been obviously cooked in very very over oil (25% legal checks) but I have never questioned it because it wa hot and alright but honestly the food I have just got 15/20 minutes after eating I can't stop throwing up it was like my body just couldn't accept it which points to food poisoning. I'm tempted to report it properly but hopefully they will just look into and not make anyone else sick

Very friendly fast service only thing wrong is there strips frozen kind I prefer fresh they can get them fresh because had some one time cos ran out of frozen all rest of food no complaints and well priced bonus can phone then walk in to pick up open tull 3am and sell alcohol

The chicken had no flavour, it was unseasoned and it was burned and greasy at the same time. Absolute waste of money

first time ordering and will order again. food was piping hot (had to actually wait to let it cool down) delivered on time and the milkshakes were delicious

Will never order from here again. Pizza arrived bashed about and part of my order missing, I contacted the takeaway straight away to be told the driver said the food was fine. I wasn’t aware he’d checked my food considering he got it out the bag at my door and walked off! Ended up having to contact the ordering platform for a full refund.

worse place ever, order my food friday, peri peri chicken and chips, they dident deliver my chips, so i called, the man says we can put you extra chips on your next order, I replied why would i want to just eat a bit of chicken on its own, i want them now, they put me on hold for about 4 times, them pretend to call me an say the driver had left the rest of my order on my door step. Ordered food whilst at work paid from my hard earned money there driver put it down as delivered even tho they never gave me my food i paid for in simple way stealing money when you ain’t providing the service i paid for and I’ve spoken to deliveroo about this once I’ve got me refund i will delete this and my other review on deliveroo

ordered a full grilled chicken with chips and onion rings from this takeaway and requested in the notes box that I would appreciate it if the chicken had NO SPICE AT ALL AS I don't like spicy food and cannot eat spicy food as I have IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). However when I received the chicken, I had a bite of it and it was very spicy and blew my head off. Also I noticed that the chicken was very pink inside and wasn't cooked properly , it was undercooked. I had to throw the rest of the chicken away as I was unable to eat it. Then last night due to the chicken, I had full on diarrhea and also stomach pains for the gull night and most of the day today. I rang up to complain about the chicken and to make the takaway aware and they just insisted that the chicken had no spice at all on it (when it did) and that the chicken was cooked throughly when it was very pink. They tried to say that maybe the diarrhea and stomach was due to anything else I had eaten when I hadn't eaten anything and kept fobbing me all day saying 'oh u need to speak to the boss', 'oh the boss will be I'm between 7pm and half 7' and the latest 'Oh boss did not turn up, call tomorrow'. I am absolutely disgusted in this takeaway and will NEVER EVER be ordering from here again. Would definitely tell people to avoid this place if you don't want food poisoning! I for one, will be seeking compensation and will be going to my solicitor for the fact that I was very ill because of this takeaway food and also the unresponsibility of the takeaway towards their customers. Rest assured once I claim compensation and go to my solicitor, this takeaway will not be open for long.

Needs shutting down this place absolutely terrible food had to take it back do not eat as it Is not fresh , stale food and would of make me ill. Lazy and bad customer service. Did not give me full refund!

Delivery was on time, always within the times stated. Pizzas were cooked well, ingredients tasted and looked good. Calzone was yummy. 5* again. There's lots of takeaways to choose from, but this is our favourite. Thanks to the staff 👍🏻

Food is OK and you get good value but prices should be updated coz when it says 6.99 per portion they always bring it up to 7 pound so we loose out on 2 p everytime we go and with the cost of living these days every penny counts

If you’re looking for cold, dry, burned food which turns up eventually then this is your restaurant. Also, when calling to inform them of their poor food to be asked “is it really though?” Just adds to the humour of this place. Ordered twice, both times appalling, never again!

Absolutely shocking service. Food was over a 2 hour wait, an hour and half after delivery time. When I rang they said 20 minutes max and 40 minutes later food hadn't arrived. After 2 hours we rang again to ask for a refund due to it taking so long. I then heard the guy speaking to a delivery driver about our order and asking if he was delivering it, to then tell me 10-15 minutes. What a surprise 20 minutes later our food arrived and they had not listened to any of our allergy information and smothered our food in red salt. This has meant it has been binned and now left with no food and out of pocket

Good choice of fast food. Tasty and prepared fresh plus the opening hours are fab! Pizza or kebab for lunch!

I ordered my food at 12:20pm and it EVENTUALLY arrived at 14:59pm actual joke. The guy recommended me cancel my order if i wasnt happy with the wait (said this at 14:15) when it arrived i had a message saying sorry referring to my order not being complete and to make matters worse the only thing warm was the pizza i didnt order! I called several times too. -1/10 zero stars Hope the business goes bust inshallah

Grabbed some chicken burgers and chips whilst running late on the way to Adrenaline escape rooms around the corner. Burgers were nice enough, the big bonus was they didn't have the massive queue that the well know food chain next door had.

Food didn't arrive after 3 hours!!! When it did. They missed about £25 of food off our order and gave us a nasty HALF pizza bread that tasted disgusting that we didn't order. Customer service was awful too. Also convinced that the breaded chicken wings weren't fully cooked, straight in the bin, avoid!

Found a piece of wire/metal in the chicken burger, lettuce was brown and the burger bun was rock hard. Phoned to complain but the person who answered struggled to understand English. Safe to say we won't be back

Worst experience ever. The chicken we ordered smelled horrendous, had to throw all of it into the bin. The oil they use for deep frying has not been changed for a long time. Couldn't even taste the batter as it was just dripping in vile smelling oil.

Very quick delivery and pizza (stuffed crust ,pepperoni) mouth watering delight, gorgeous 😍 chicken strips not great but was well impressed with everything else especially as I ordered just slightly after 3:30am received my order at 3:55am with a very cheerful polite delivery man would highly recommend and will be ordering here again thank you Qfc chicken

This is by far the worst place I have ever ordered food from, so I am waiting over 3 hours for food. When it arrived it was cold and had hairs in it. Chicken was raw almost inside with the skin tasting like it was fresh out of the morgue. Cold and thick, and a hollowness between the actual chicken and skin. You could clearly tell it had been lying there for a while. I am lost for words I really am. If you don’t want an opportunity for a good meal ruined then dont go QFC

Orderd through just eat app... got a tect at 8.30 saying the food was on route called restaurant at 9.15 to be told ot was almost with us. It arrived at 9 30 cold and inedible... very disapointed

They didn't give us the bootle of drink and dips from the meal.
