Honestly shocked in not local here for work ordered to the hotel 3 mouthfuls 20 mins vomiting £20 in the bin How can it be that bad 😳 Clearly frozen- defrosted? Meat no idea!! Hope I’m ok tomorrow

Food always comes piping hot, prices are fair and delivered on time! Had chicken curry tonight with out mushrooms and peas and it was absolutely banging. Chicken melted in my mouth. Curry’s are a lot better without mushrooms and the peas.

2nd review so last week we ordered our usual chicken curry egg fried rice ,the chicken was raw ! So I rang spoke too the young lady who apologised and said next order you can have a chicken curry for free ! So rang up 11th spoke too a gentleman who had just started yet he knew nothing about it ,I asked for the chicken too be cooked!! It was hard and chewy , I have ostomies and so does my partner , so since using these we've had onion skin in rice , a curry that arrived an hour and 10 mins late , a raw curry with pink chicken, so gave them benefit of the doubt as we have had some really nice food from there ,had it hard and chewy a curry that was supposed too be free but wasn't, so they've lost a customer il also be getting on too trading standards , the service is disgusting

Food was pretty awful, to be completely honest. Had a Singapore fried rice and satay chicken. Rice was like little greasy bullets and the satay just pure slop. Girl behind the counter, had her mates visiting and they were completely obnoxious while I was waiting for my order.

Rice burnt and full off grease never order food from there again

Ordered house special curry,absolutely disgusting think it's changed hands beware rice gooey beef chewy very big slices can't be arsed to slice it down won't be ordering from here again waste of money

Not long moved to area up to now we've tried 2 Chinese takeaway who were 5 star !! We didn't get what we ordered it was disgusting, but ive tried these and wow foods amazing, quick delivery very polite staff will definitely use as our Chinese, thankyou

Just called up to ask a simple question to see if they did sweet and sour chicken fillets rather than the chicken balls, the man on the phone answered my question but I did not hear what he said, so I asked him to repeat it. I relayed what he said, just to confirm that they do not do chicken fillets and he said "no" and hung up on me. What sort of customer service is this? We shall be taking our large order elsewhere

Some time good or bad warm / cold food

This place was recommended to me and I am happy to say that the food I got from the was very nice cooked well and as I and my daughter like it so would recommend this takeaway

Been having take aways from here for a long time but to night was very poor I must say the beef in the curry was not chewable must of been re cooked did not enjoy at all Feed it to the dust bin

Waited nearly 2hrs for food came cold chips fried out crab claws cold worse I've ever had Avoid As for your response your driver told me what happened and it was nothing to do with car breaking down my order had to returned to shop before my delivery as the ribs had leaked out so please don't bull me just another excuse So my review stands as you have just lied on your comment 👎

Been using Rainbow for around 5 years. Never had a bad meal. Always very quick on getting it ready when collecting. Haven't tried delivery as close to home.

Ordered from here for the first time last week and can honestly say what a little gem. Been having take aways since the 80’s so tried loads. Can’t fault what we had, everything was lovely, nice and hot and delivered in good time. Really nice food and will deffo be going back, the owners should be proud, well done and I will spread the word for you guys 👏👏👏

"The fastest delivery service in town !! " I dont think so, waited nearly an hour & when the food arrived, it wasnt very warm, the chips were soggy & the fried rice should have said DRIED RICE. !! Terrible, wont be ordering from them again.

We use Rainbow fairly often always a nice meal, my only criticism would be the chips can be inconsistent, but I'll forgive them as to be fair chips aren't really a staple of Chinese cuisine. Other than that, never an issue, and the staff are great too. Would recommend to anyone.

Only eaten from there a couple of times but food was average on our best experience. Walk past regularly and see the staff smoking in or near the kitchen doorway which does not appeal to me, and it just looks a bit dirty. Go to a new Chinese now that gets a 5 star every time.

Food just like the name all colours especially when you throw it all back up

Chicken that was most likely cat! Chips that were closer to cardboard! And rice that was so damn dry I had to down a litre of coke after a single grain touched my lip just to save my life. It was terrifying. The food was clearly reheated, hence the terrible cardboard chips and dry rice. I dread to think what animal I’ve just eaten, but it sure as hell has never layed an egg. Not impressed.
