Ralph's Bar in Birmingham

We waited 40 minutes for food when there was only 2 other tables there so don’t get how it took so long. And the food was clearly frozen food wasn’t the best so very plain with no flavour.

Looks like a American food bar ... and then you walk in . Amazing interesting interior decor . Fire pit with cosy chairs. Friendly staff. We had a number of cocktails and fault one . Shame its not local would be a regular

Went to try the cocktails as we were passing by. Decided to have a meal too. Everything was great. Lovely venue. Great food and cocktails. Will go back again

Absolutely disgusting service. Waited nearly 2 hours for a burger and chips. Ladies behind the bar have the worst attitude ever. Have been here a few times and no issues, but this last time was shocking. I will never return and will make sure no one I know ever enters either. This place should be shut down as it clearly cannot be run professionally.

Called in on Saturday for lunch. Has 2 cocktails, expertly made and well proportioned alcohol content. Food quality was excellent, good portions, hot and fresh. Service polite and efficient. We will be back!

We have visited this bar a few times and are never disappointed! Visited a few weeks ago as a table of four, we had a tricky order for both Lechelle and Rosey couldn't have been more helpful! We did have an issue with one of the meals however it was resolved swiftly. Best customer service we have received in a long time, rest of the meals and the drinks were brilliant, we would definitely be returning again! Thanks both for the brilliant, experience, truly a credit to the business :-)

Popped in here whilst waiting to take in a movie - glad we did! It was 2 for 1 cocktails so we chose an old fashioned. It has got to be one of the best old fashioned cocktails I have ever had - and I’ve has a few from around the world! If you get Shakira the bar person, you are in for a treat - she makes the best cocktails ever. Her long Island iced teas were great too. This bar is definitely worth a try, especially if Shakira ( hope I have spelt your name right!) is bar tending!

I have been for Sunday lunch twice at Ralph's Bar and once for a weekday lunch; also several times for a coffee. The cleanliness is good, as is the unusual and tasteful décor (fires emanate from low tables), and the food (especially for Sunday lunch) is excellent. Plenty of tender beef cooked slightly on the rare side with well-cooked vegetables, together with good desserts such as bread and butter pudding and apple crumble. One very minor quibble - are we really so in thrall to US cultural imperialism that we are served "fish and fries"? Good old "fish and chips" would be more appropriate in Brum!

I've never been until recently but now been 3 times in 4 weeks and been impressed every time. The food is great the staff very friendly and a lovely atmosphere imo too.

Our team of 28, who work in a nearby office block booked for a team lunch here which took place today (19th June). We pre-ordered food, so it was all ready within 15 minutes of being seated, fresh and hot. I had chicken kebabs with a side of cajun fries - heartily recommend. Everyone raved about their food, everything everyone ordered looked appeing and nothi g was more than £10. Staff are friendly too, and the bar is tastefully decorated. Definitely worth repeated visits!

This bar is next to the casino on Broadway Plaza. Large and modern looking with different seating arrangements. Good choice of drinks and bar food. TVs for sport
