Ramo's fast food in Knowsley

Visited tonight and was disappointed. Ordered three large chicken and lamb kebabs and two large chicken kebabs and three chips. We got two large chicken and one large chicken and lamb and two medium chicken and lamb and three cold chips. To make it worse the put chilli on everything even tho we only asked for it on two so three of us couldn't really eat our meal. Not the first time mistakes have been made won't be using again.

Very bad customer service . No respect… very rude people

Disappointing tonight. Ordered large chicken and doner kebab. An hour later, small lamb and chicken kebab delivered. Phoned them back, and hour and 15 later, large cold doner and 1 peice of chicken kebab.

The food was poor quality and was delivered cold I nearly broke a tooth on the chips waste of money

Date of visit - 27/09/24 After waiting 2 hours for a delivery I wasn't expecting much. Ended up with what I expected. Cold substandard food. Kebab, shawarma and calzone. After reading earlier reviews I always like to give things a go before pre judging. Final analysis... Should have saved the cash and listened to reviews.

Very, very, very small portions. You have to spent 2000 Pound to be full. Never again because is not worth

Pizza was burned, and when I’ve asked for another one he told me to go somewhere else, he was very rude to me and told me to get out, never ordering from here again.

Ordered a chicken wrap. Thought it was going to be chicken donner style meat but it was 3 flat pieces of frozen fillets. Not worth the. Money. Paid 5 90 could have bought a whole chicken for that. Man serving didn't speak much. Won't be going again.

Ordered from here tonight and they sent a message on one of the boxes saying no more Chicken hotshots we cannot get them,when I've opened it there was Chicken nuggets instead, Why not call me back and tell me that they didn't have the food that I ordered, Won't be buying from here ever again.

Always order from here and they are always friendly and the food is great. However what the hell the food was exceptional tonight, best chicken and lamb kebab i have had, just everything was 11. Plus the only local place you can get tahini sauce

FED UP OF COLD FOOD. SPEND £35+ EVERY ORDER AND ITS ALWAYS THE SAME. Few Quick tips for the owner: READ YOUR REVIEWS - LOADS COMPLAINING OF COLD FOOD. 2nd tip: do something. People are getting fed up. 3rd tip: wrap ALL food in tin foil, then place in container. Then paper wrap the container as normal. BASIC PRINCIPLES OF KEEPING FOOD WARM. NOW PUBLIC YOURE COVERED. (Unless someone is too dumb to understand these basic instructions)

Donner burger and chips was nice plenty of meat and chips hot chilli sauce was nice

Have been a loyal customer for years but lately prices have gone up, delivery takes over an hour and food is cold and poor quality. Ring to complain told manager isn’t it, emailed & it bounced back. Just lost my business

Waited 60 minutes which didn't bother me but when it arrived it was freezing cold the lettuce was brown the cucumber was dry and the food was squashed ended up in the bin won't be using again

I went the other night I thought I order kebab calzone pizza only shop ten minates and was done got open it took first if fell part really soft didn't taste right so I took another open all up the pizza dough wast cooked right up all night with cramp in my stomach worst pizza every been never again

Waited 2 hours for food. Rang up twice and got told it was out for delivery both times, We only live 2 minutes round the corner. Food arrived barely at room temperature. Was a regular customer but won't be ordering from here again.

I ordered a Chicken Kebab & chips bit pricey £11 but it was really really nice charcoaled butterflyed chicken. Not burnt picked up ready in 20mins.

Ordered online. Came fast but order wasn't correct. Put sauce on the wrong meal and the other meal dry. One meal not edible and the other one disappointing. Called to try get it rectified to be told that I was wrong and they were not at fault despite it clearly being stated on our online order receipt.

First time trying here, 11:30pm I ordered my food and within 20 minutes it was at my door. The kebab meat was great quality, with fresh salad and plenty of mayo. The chocolate flip is the best one I've tried from any takeaway, just perfection in every bite. To top it all off the delivery lady was friendly and really lovely. Perfect experience.

The meat pizza is fit, and they do nice kebab's too.. never waiting to long when ordering on their website for collection and it's always nice and hot with plenty of meat on the pizza and really filling, Even enough for the next day. Staff are friendly too!

Ordered a quarter pounder cheese burger for the wife then ordered a triple cheese burger for my self was served thinking everything was ok got home my triple burger is a quarter pounder but got charged full amount for triple taking advantage of people who have had a few drinks

Just had KFC style chicken.. dreadful very soggy pale batter on outside, also ordered 2 lamb Kebabs, dreadful, small thin pieces of very burnt hard meat... inedible... eurosupper bar next door do much better Kebabs ... know where I’m going in future....

My go-to takeaway now. Good food, big portions, great service.

Do not visit even if it was the only place left on earth. Mucked our order up and meat was as tough as John Waynes boots. Ive rated them just the one star for being open. Do not recommend to anyone.
