Sent the wrong item and when we rang to ask for a replacement/swap, was dismissed and told we had to go through Deliveroo and they would not sort it for us. When we tried to query this, we were hung up on. Really unhelpful attitude and, quite frankly, rude.

Lovely desserts, staff were lovely and they serve the food on a cute robot, which was very unexpected and amazing

GOOD environmnet to dine in but we ordered ice cream the taste was like salty milky bar only and milk shake was not good enough to go with next time.They need to work out on ice creams and shakes

As I first entered the waiter just provided me with seating arrangements and had left me with an iPad to order from, the process was quick and easy, and also had a great conversation with him, he seemed really friendly, had a good laugh and answered any of my inquiries. When the robot came to deliver the desserts, it was amazing! Never seen that before, which was really cool. Ordered an Oreo Cookie Dough with strawberries, it was fantastic and filling. Will be coming back again.

Very good visit food was delicious, just a shame I couldn’t finish mine. Quite cheep for the amount of food/drink you get. Too overstimulating with lights and robot very friendly staff tho ;).

Total rip off ! Hi went in there for a family treat only to find this a very demoralising/degrading, establishment due to the fact you make a order and they want the payment before the (order) goes through very bad manners in my opinion so if you complain about anything later they won't offer any sort of refund they got your money. Also they do old school puddings etc cornflakes, tart flap jack, sticky toffee, but want £2 extra for custard or ice cream scoop total rip off how can u have jam roll with out custard ! All the staff are students not word of clear English all sign language takes ages to get through to them won't recommend this place. As you can see below they give you a small jug of custard for £2 Extra total rip off ! So it's £9 for a custard and jam roll ! If go to any other place it's £2 ! Rip off 100% Please go to potato oven shop few yards away and have any sweet with custard for £3.50 do your mathes guys !😀 Or see picture below of mother Hubbards shop across road they sell the same pudding for £4.99 and see inc custard this place total rip off see below prices list for your self !!!!please !!!!!

Bit of a wait as they was short staffed so that was to be expected but the friendly staff was very apologetic and very polite… we all enjoyed ourselves although I think I need some insulin 😂😂😂 Would recommend to anyone to come try this place. If you’re not a sweet tooth this is not the place for you.

Awesome, delicious, fun and vibrant and that's just the food. Multiple choice of ice cream that includes crepes, waffles and many more deserts that are made to a very high standard and delivered on a cute cat robot it's so cool! Kids will love visiting here and very reasonably priced, a great treat for the kids and even bigger kids. Portions are generous, tasty and presented to a very high standard. The premise is very vibrant and lighting to compliment a fun place with a family friendly atmosphere. It has been opened for many years and only recently we visited and blown away by the whole experience, so we have visited again for my birthday. Wish we had of visited when it first opened and could of worked through the menu so much to go at, spoilt for choice! The facilities are very clean and offer very pleasant toilet facilities amongst other facilities. The staff are very professional, caring, courteous, friendly and cater to your requirements and make your visit memorable (A special thank you to Solani I hope I have spelt your name correctly many apologies if not... You work extremely hard, this is the second time you have served us and each time your service has excelled our expectations. Your table manner is off the charts, your work ethic needs to be recognised it is 10 out of 10 nothing is any trouble, you smile with everything you do and hope you get credit or get to see this review from Rassams). Finally, the owner has certainly established a gem of a desert place and definitely deserves to be credited. It is a very well thought out place and has had much care put into the business, it is a place to be visited and can see why awards have been won... Proof is in the pudding! Rassams thank you for a pleasant afternoon eating top quality ice creams and waffles be proud of your achievement!

Two Words...Robot Waiters! Food and service excellent as well, Raffiq the human waiter was very helpful and polite. Definitely recommend and we will visit again!

Overall the food is mid. Too much sauce, thats its overwhelming and taste bud numbing. Its a dessert place, but they only give you a fork and a knife (no spoon for ice cream, tbh i dont think you should ask it is a dessert place). The service, however is good, they are welcoming and check up on you. They have this robot that should be muted or turned down a bit because it is SO LOUD, the whole street would know you ordered. My peanut butter waffle came with more caramel that peanut butter which is a whole disappointment because i came in for peanut butter lol.

Went here with family a month ago, we ordered our treats, took very long time and one had to be made again as wrong flavour, as a result of the long delay we got parking tickets in the car park. The whole thing should have been 45 mins max, it took over 1.5 hours. Another negative is we ordered online and for the second time very little custard with the puddings, come on guys how much does it cost to put a decent amount in.

We went for a simple waffle and cake. But the person serving us Darshana, really amazed us with a special set of donuts worth £12+. Definitely recommend for any cravings!

Very disappointing visit last Saturday, we had booked in advance for hen party but had to wait and were shuffled between tables. When we finally got to our table, our order had been mixed up- several things came out twice (some to the wrong table) and some not at all. After constant reminders of what we were missing, one person was still left waiting- their dessert arrived cold and undercooked, 2 hours after we had got there. When we raised a complaint we were told nothing could be done (aside from a discount for a future visit...which will not be happening!) as we'd already paid- which we were made to do upon ordering. Would not reccomend, especially for anything important, although our server was lovely and did what he could to help.

I was with a party of 11 on a special night out I had to wait 2 hours on my part of order, the pancakes finally came but was undercooked and cold (must have been using a candle to cook them.) The table was pre booked we waited 30 minutes to be seated at another table whilst we waited for the table. We eventually got moved to the bigger table where we only the drinks and one desert. After over an hour we received 3 more deserts, the rest of the table had to wait for another 30 minutes. We had to ask for cutlery and we received plastic spoons and forks. This is 2 hours of a special night ruined. We were trapped as you pay before you get the food so we had no option but to wait for the tepid undercooked inedible pancakes; this made us late for the other planed activity.

I was the Hen from the below hen do comments from Saturday. Had a very poor experience as the others have said. Your response to Paty about offering 10% off and complimentary drinks, these were offered when there were only 3 left who were walking out of the door, not exactly a genuine or helpful offer at all. We eventually got 10% off after having to argue about the poor experience we had, and being told you can't offer refunds but here's £10 off your next visit. You need to figure out how to deal with your busy periods when you have a large booked in. It's not like we turned up without booking for such a large group.

I was very disappointed with the experience I had at this establishment. We booked a table for a hen do for 11 people and we waited 30 minutes to be seated at a 8 people table. Unfortunately there were no diet soft drinks or anything catering for people who have dietry restrictions other than gluten free and vegan food. On top of that there was a charge for sweetener for tea that was not listed on the menu when ordering, yet the sugar was free??? Because of this we had to redo our order and that caused a mixup. In the end we got moved to a bigger table some items from our order were placed on the table, mainly the drinks and one desert. No cutlery tho, until we asked at which point we received plastic spoons and forks. After an hour and something we recieved 3 more deserts, the rest of the table had to wait for another 30 minutes. By the end, they still forgot to bring one person's order after 2 hours of waiting, the pancakes were undercooked and cold. We waited 2 hours for the last person from our party to recieve their order at which point we were late to our next scheduled activity for the hen do. Bearing in mind we booked this in advance. We asked for a partial refund and we were told we can't have one. I definitely won't be ordering from here again or recommending this place to my friends and family for their special events.

Just now we ordered on Uber eats, we’ve received no cutlery and the sauce options for the ice cream weren’t fulfilled.

Total of waste of time... Like the other reviewer said.. order the food and pay first....order on a tablet..which doesn't make sense .. same amount of items as Amazon... Extra for custard!!! What's the point of a cold cornflake tart .or without custard? Tea was bogus. The whole setup has no atmosphere no human interaction. Order on a tablet for the student waitress to come and take a payment..then the food which takes ages comes on a stupid robot like a robotic vacuum.. a total waste of time... Wouldn't come back even for a free meal..

They don't skimp on the ingredients in your desert. They make you feel welcome and important. The staff are friendly and helpful. It feels like a special occasion whenever I go there. Update 2024..Rassams has changed...way way too loud for me... Kids out of control running around and screaming. No fabrics to dampen the noise just tiles and glass and loud loud children... Not coming back

I visit Rassams creamery with my family often and since renovated I have been disappointed , again. Asked the waitress if had crepes on the menu to order for my son and she said no, clearly she didn’t have a scooby! The crepe we ordered was not done properly and the fudge chocolate cake tasted as it was taken from Costco with a splash of chocolate syrup on top. To top it up, I ordered a fresh mint tea and came warm. Asked the waitress to make a new hot tea and instead they added more warm water in the cup. Unacceptable! I gave up and asked for my hot drink to be changed to any hot drink as it was pointless asking again. The service, product and quality have drastically dropped since it was refurbished which is very disappointing.

A best place for dessert . Im a regular customer here. Cookie dough are my favourites. I rated 4 for the food , i ordered pizaa dough i felt the chocolate topping they poured a way to much .
