Increíble 🐔... Las alitas de barbacoa son las mejores. El pollo no está seco y la ensalada es fresca, las patatas fritas siempre vienen calientes y crujientes. Los batidos (barra de chocolate) son un plus añadido 😊😊

Staff are friendly. My family enjoyed the burgers. I am vegetarian so was pleased to see that have vegetarian and vegan on their menu. I asked where it is cooked and the vegetarian burgers are fried but the vegan burgers are cooked with the meat!!! I was very suprised to hear this as I can imagine being a vegan I would not want my burger to be cooked with the meat juices on the same grill! The staff member said its not worth getting a separate grill for the vegan/ vegetarian. I said that many people have diet,health , religious and even allergy related reasons for wanting this diet therefore it would be wise for them to put a sign up to make people aware. The staff member said that's a good idea and assured me he would put a sign up to make it clear. I didn't have anything from there. So just be aware. I really hope they do put a sign up though as its misleading otherwise.

Ordered food to be delivered for 18:15 as its dinner time with the kids. At 18:50 the food has still not arrived. I called them and was told we have 50 delivery’s so there is nothing they can do about it. They will be 10 minutes when I know the drive from the takeaway to my house is 20 minutes. No apologies, terrible service and rude staff. Shouldn’t say you can deliver at a time if you can’t. I could have collected the food or ordered earlier.

On my mums life your chicken is 100% better then kfc chicken they can never dream off making it so good like you guys do and your customer service is so good too love to come in there it makes me fill so comfortable bro by the way I’m from Brazil and I never seen no chicken like yours :)

I’m not a big fan of chicken when it’s from a takeaway to be honest but Rooster Shack is the best place I’ve been! I love it, unlike KFC it’s not drowning in grease and you can actually taste the chicken, also have the best fries! Just perfect and you must give the milkshakes a try!!! 10/10 to be honest!

My daughter and I fell in love with this little place. The food is fresh & amazing! Everyone is friendly and welcoming! We could’ve stayed all day! Felt homely. :) I’d 100% recommended this place with all my heart! :) Best Peri chicken in UK by far! :) Any South Africans looking for good Peri chicken..this is THE PLACE!! We’ll be back for sure!! :)

Went back here after six months to see if anything changed. The Chicken was nice but needs more flavour. The chips spoiled the whole meal was hoping they have changed the chips. Seriously invest in more nicer chips then these cheap ones they just don’t taste nice at all and leave a bad taste in mouth! won’t be going back in a hurry!

Waited 2 hours for our order only to find they have gone home and forgotten our order completely, hanging up the phone when we are calling, absolutely starving and very annoyed!

Visitamos por primera vez y he oído que el lugar había sido tomado por la nueva administración. Sin duda, el personal era extremadamente amable y servicial, y cuando pedimos una pequeña variación al menú el gerente fue rápido al paso y mostrar al personal como a la sobre-paseo en el procedimiento estándar. Básicamente es una tienda de comida rápida, sino que también tienen un par de mesas y ambos estaban ocupados cuando nos fuimos. Uno fue desocupado mientras estábamos eligiendo nuestra comida, así que decidí sentarme y comer allí. El personal era muy cortés y se aseguró de que teníamos todo lo que necesitábamos, y nos dio un servicio que no me deshonra un restaurante cuatro veces el precio. Fue un rápido almuerzo de trabajo para nosotros, pero tuvimos una experiencia muy agradable. Si estás en Woking y buscas el pollo piri piri, recomendamos este lugar.
