Good food, good excellent staff. A perfect dine dine in the heart of Knightsbridge to enjoy the spectacular view from. Service was A star, well done all. A note for my regular server Devansh, you did an amazing job mate, always present at the table, quick in taking order and giving an explanation as per the occasion. Good work.

My mum and I stumbled across this place in search of a drink and a sit down and it did not disappoint. The decor is magnificent, the drink incredible and the macaroons (though i have no prior experience to judge them by) were lovely. For knights bridge it was well priced, cheaper than I'd pay in my hometown. Devansh was lovely and attentive and made our visit here lovely!

Sadly there was some confusion our Bill was £33.60.By accident the waiter took an extra £20 cash by mistake.We contacted I believe was the manager.He gave us his mobile number awaiting to here.Sadly friends cake was also stale.We explained to the waiter.But he could not do anything after payment.I have never experienced any thing like this in cafe concerto ever.Usually go to the one's near fortnum and masons.

Glass was sticky, and all the dirty cups and glasses were left on the side in full view the whole time. Not a good appearance for the business. Staff were friendly and polite.

It took a long time to serve the place was empty We ordered the 5 o'clock tea with champagne, which we had to claim Brioche and saltiness on hard, old dry bread Attention: several times they asked us if we were finished when we had unfinished dishes and drinks We were surrounded by small flies who told us it was because of the sweets.

Terrible experience. Yesterday evening visited this busy restaurant. Was seated at the extreme end. Had bags with us. I was facing the wall, and my spouse and daughter went to the restrooms. Upon leaving, we noticed my backback missing. Fortunately, nothing valuable in it. From the surveillance cameras of the store shown to me, 2 elderly (late 50s) entered the restaurant and were seated behind me by the waiter serving us. These criminals left a few minutes later without ordering anything, and the waiter was not seen anywhere near them when they left. One used a long handle umbrella to pull my bag from under the seat whilst the other individual threw a jacket over it and left the restaurant. I am sure this is not the first incident that took place at this restaurant as these criminals knew what they were doing, and coincidentally, no waiters were there when they left (which normally has a person waiting to seat patrons, the restaurant's serving area and the cashier where these two criminals were seated). I am also the other surveillance footage will also show clear images of these two criminals. So all I can hope is for patrons to be aware and for the restaurant to report the theft to local police and to warn customers of these incidents. As I indicated, fortunately, there was nothing valuable in the bag, but unfortunately, this is a traumatic situation, especially for my kids

Do not bother if you have any allergies didn't want to know very rude said only carrot cake i said how about eggs no no gluten free its a joke.

The service was poor. They forgot about our order, they brought us the wrong items and added the tips without asking us.

We had to wait half an hour for one Coke some water and a mulled wine (which even arrived semi-cold at the table to add to the bad experience), and a furter 20 minutes for 2 slices of cake. When the waiter took our order, he was rude and almost made us feel like it's a privilege that we're there and being served. For the price premium of the location, we were disappointed with the service. We had to ask 3 times for an additional glass of water, and when they brought it almost together with the bill, they've added the 12.5% service charge even though they have seen our discontent with their service.

A real shame. December 31, 2024, 9:30 a.m. We entered the cafe with the intention of having coffee and macarons while we made time to enter Harrods, two adults and a 5 year old child. The gentleman who is in charge of seating the tables sees us and pays no attention to us until another family enters, also consisting of three members, and another worker at the bar makes a gesture to him as if to show him that we have been waiting for some time. He sits us down, gives us the menu and places the other family right next to him, two members of which go to the bathroom, take photos of the place and entertain themselves. After all this, they take note of the other family. And then to us. We order two espressos, a bottle of water and macarons, specifying that at least a couple of them are strawberry. They serve three of those super elaborate breakfasts to the other family. Not even water for us. After 20 minutes after ordering, one of us goes to the bathroom, when he returned it was already 10:10 a.m., we had been in the cafeteria for 40 minutes and they had not served us anything nor had anyone come to the table. We got up and started putting on our coats. The same man who had sat us at the table and taken our orders was looking at us from the space between the bar and the pastry display that faces Harrods. At that moment he takes a plate, places the macarons on it and shows us the macarons as we pass by him. I tell him that we have been waiting for more than half an hour for two coffees and some macarons that had taken 30 seconds to place on a plate. To which he shrugs his shoulders, implying something like "it is what it is" and opens the door for us to leave. There could be a maximum of 15 diners and no less than 4 workers in the establishment. The delay was at no time due to overwork. I couldn't say if he was upset that we went with a child, that we couldn't have a big breakfast, or that he thought we were "poor" compared to the rest. Be that as it may, he deliberately did not want to attend to us and was attentive to us to facilitate our exit when we decided to do so. A very unpleasant and discriminatory experience.

Incredibly slow service, staff don’t pay attention when called (just running around like monkeys). Have been waiting for an hour for couple of sandwiches which was all we ordered

Unfortunately, the established is very poorly ran, in terms of service and produce quality. Our party of three had to wait around 20 minutes just for the order to be taken and and additional 25 minutes for it to arrive. We only had a a coffee, wine and two cakes, which were already prepared. I want to mention that the space was not as big as a footbal field. Also the servers were at the border of being outright rude and unwelcoming. The prices were unjustified for the quality of produce. They also added a tip without asking, which wouldn't have been a problem. I ask managemnt to take a look at the services they provide if they want to have any returning customers.

Went In a group of 12, all family, most the deserts ordered were poorly rated by everyone. My son who loves deserts even left his half uneaten. Thats a first! My coffee was so tasteless had to request another shot...overall a disaster of an experience...understand the location driven tourist over pricing on the food n drinks etc but the 25% service charge was total rip off!

The only positive aspect of this place is the decor, which is visually appealing. However, everything else was a letdown. The service was incredibly slow, and the food was mediocre at best—not worth the price at all. The atmosphere was unpleasant due to the noise, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. To top it off, the bathroom was dirty, which is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place

Ordered a tea 7 times quando never arrived. Waitress started removing plates while eating 5 times after telling her we haven’t finished. Staff doesn’t care about feedbacks… Avoid going.

DO NOT COME IF YOU HAVE A NUT ALLERGY. Every cake on the menu has tree nuts in it. Since we came for coffee and some sweet treats, we had a look at the menu and worked out that only the pastries came without nuts. We discussed with a waiter and we worked out we could remove Nutella from the banana and strawberry crepes, and get some syrup on the side. When it arrived we only received a plain crepe( pictured). We asked for syrup we were promised, but the waiter we spoke to could not understand it. We realised there were no fruits in the crepes, and asked the waiter. Apparently, they were coming later because the kitchen saw the allergy notification. Either way, when the fruits arrived it was a small plate of banana, and we were told that the strawberry were out of stock. The service was also slow. In the end the manager did remove it from the bill, but it doesn’t change that this is a poor choice if your party has an allergy.

The most bland flavorless and terrible food that I’ve had in over a decade. Ewwww!! Save your money. We tried 4 dishes, and juices and shakes and gave them every chance.

The service was very inattentive and everything took a long time, even though we were there on a Monday. There was a gluten-free cake, which we were happy about, but unfortunately the rest was not recommended.

Average at best. All show and no substance. It's ok charging £9 for 3 small macarons but they have to be tasty at the very least. If we hadn't known what flavours they were we would only be able to guess 1 out of the 3. Cappuccino was weak, warm, tasteless and had very minimal foam, which dissolved and disappeared all too quickly 😞 Our experience here wasn't helped by the fact that a lot of the staff were coughing and sneezing into their hands 😵‍💫

The café offers a really extensive menu, including not only desserts and drinks but also full meals. However, we came just for coffee and something sweet. We ordered a piece of cake, which was truly delicious, and pancakes—perfectly fluffy and tasty. We also had coffee and mulled wine, and everything was spot on. The staff was very efficient, polite, and well-organized, which is impressive given the busy atmosphere. The décor is elegant and classy, yet cozy at the same time. This is a great place to relax with a good coffee and dessert. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates tasty food and a pleasant atmosphere!

We went to this place for my birthday, but unfortunately, my friend’s meal had frozen meat instead of just being cold. We explained the issue to one of the waiters, who was wearing an Indian silk hat. Instead of considering the customer’s complaint or being polite, the waiter started poking and stirring my friend’s food with a fork and knife, repeatedly saying, “Show me, show me.” Imagine someone digging into your food, touching it with your utensils, and pointing at it with their hands instead of addressing the customer’s concern. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. Even when we reported the incident to the manager, they defended the waiter instead of apologizing. The manager said, “I’ll deal with it myself,” but didn’t ask the waiter to apologize to us. We were disappointed to see that another customer at the same time had also complained about this waiter, but the manager handled that situation poorly as well. When I mentioned that I would leave a negative review, the manager responded with a indifferent attitude, saying, “Go ahead.” As for the food and cake, I would rate them 2 out of 10. Honestly, you can find this level of food quality at a third- to fifth-class restaurant. Very disappointing experience.

Don’t be fooled by the location here. Lamb was served cold Bathroom was full of smoke from the kitchen. I am not one to moan and groan and I thank the lord for giving me something to eat. However, worth noting this is not what you think it is.

The service was diabolical and we waited a long time to order, to receive our food and when waiting to pay. Ignored us and our request when asking to pay. It's the worst, don't ever go there. This is the best restaurant to waste time in London. Recommended to visit if you have time.

The place is not save at all . They even steal my umbrella which I rent from my hotel ( notice that I’ve told the employee to keep it for me ) And I’ve spoken to the manager and I think this happened often 🤣 No response at all ! He took my number and promised me . And run away .

Brunch visit was a bit disappointing. I had a full English, nice quality but just warm, not hot. My wife had eggs Benedict and it came with the hollandaise sauce split/lumpy. Waiter did offer a change but said no further hollandaise left at all?! Strange for a busy cafe. Ended up with me finishing at least 10 mins before my wife's replacement food arrived. For the cost, we expected more.

Probably the worst place in London. We got seated at 12.00am. We had been sitting for 15 mins when I called someone to take our order. We ordered 2 cappuccinos and 2 meals. The cappuccinos arrived at 12.40. The turkey breast was like cheap cold cuts and vegetables under cooked. The staff don’t know what they are doing. They are walking around as if they didn’t have anything to do while people are waiting for their foods and drinks. All of this just over £72.00.

We waited nearly 1 hour after we ordered. Several waiters checked on us and we said we had ordered. Obviously no one checked our order because after about 50 minutes our original waiter cane to take our order again. Admitted he had lost our order. We left.
