What a find! - got tipped off or wouldn't have found this place as its just past the fire station outside the centre. They do homemade Sunday roasts, sandwiches, Yorkshire pudding wraps and pie and peas etc I had the amazing Yorkshire pudding wrap and a portion of roast potatoes for lunch.....it was amazing quality and quantity!... trust me when I say I can eat....but even I was full for the rest of the day! Also, good value and great service.

Great tasty food served here, this was my first visit to ROASTIES and really enjoyed the food. I had the Breakfast Box with 2 bacon, 1 sausage, egg, baked beans, hot tomatoes, mushrooms, black pudding and a buttered t/cake, my wife had the hot turkey with stuffing, both of us really enjoyed our meals. The service was friendly and polite, they also do breakfast sandwiches and hot roast sandwiches and roasties and gravy (lunch in a box). You can tell it’s good because of the queue outside the shop. Enjoy

We stumbled across this place whilst wandering around the old town. It’s near the swing bridge on Grape Street Small menu so we tried most of it - everything we had was great. Loved the kimchi dumplings and the sushi. The bowl of delight which I forget the name of was delicious as was the sweet chilli chicken. All freshly cooked and tasty! We will return to try what we missed!! It was very reasonably priced, friendly service and can’t recommend enough.

We accidently discovered this cafe while hunting around Whitby for something more "homely". The staff were very accommodating for our party of 7. They ensured we got seated and looked after us all the step of the way. The food was plentiful, tasty, and very reasonably priced. There was a good selection that suited both adults and children. If you want to avoid the mass of marauding tourists and seaguls. Take a stroll up the hill to Stokers.

My wife and I visited after seeing a sign scribbled on a chalk board during the day. It's an innovative little pop-up based in the vaults under Scarborough Market Hall, where there are craft and vintage shops by day. Manned by owner Paul who is very knowledgeable and chatty, we were treated to some superbly kept wines in a quietly informal atmosphere. It's a far cry from the hoi-polloi and bustle of Scarborough drinking holes, and one which must be prized. Top work, we'll be back.
