Perfect food, great location, lovely polite service!

Food mediocre and it was way overpriced. Service was terrible and the bill came with a £12 service charge already added. Saw two other tables complaining presumably about the service and/or the food but as it was my wife’s birthday I didn’t bother complaining but can definitely say we won’t be back. Dire

Amazing food will definitely come back

12.5% service charge on both the self pay option and card payment. Not a choice. Not an option. Let’s be clear, any additional payment for service is optional, at my discretion. End of story. Add this to a nearly 20% increase in the cost of food and it’s a double whammy. The staff are great, the food is good, but taking service charges for granted is a deal killer. Bear this in mind before dining here.

Me and my boyfriend got the pad Thai and it was lovely. We loved the crushed chillis by the table aswell. The tables are pretty low for the chairs though so it was rather uncomfortable to Sit and eat. Staff were lovey and food was nice would recommend nice view of the water too

This is an amazing place. The staff are super nice and professional. The care for their customers is reflected in the service they provide. The food is excellent. I strongly recommend this place

Beautiful meal tonight . Fresh summer rolls were delicious, chicken satay skewers were so tasty with the dips . All the mains were so nice and flavoursome. The staff were very friendly and welcoming . Wonderful atmosphere. We would recommend . Also the dragon star martini was lush 😋😋. Lovely night thank you . We will be back

Authentic experience excellent food and service.

We had a lovely lunch here, 2 adults and a 12 year old. The veggie starter to share was delicious and everyone enjoyed their mains. We found the portion size to be good and the service is great. We got a good discount with my blue light card and we will definitely return next time we are in Liverpool!

Ordered “stir fry flat noodles” from Deliveroo. Food was very bland. No real flavor, just chewy noodles and tasteless chicken. I don’t recommend this dish.

We were squeezed in after the restaurant we had booked in at looked terrible. This place is a gem. Food came out incredibly quickly and was absolutely delicious.

The plain chicken noodles was served with fragrant chicken flavour. The soup was a bit plain but got much better after adding fish sauce and chilli oil with chilli seeds!

Located in the Albert’s Dock area, it is easy to find and spacious inside. Friendly service, good food yet very small portions, we had to order som extra dishes after the main course.

The experience at this Thai restaurant was a bit disappointing. The food was average overall, with the pad Thai being far too sweet and lacking in flavour, just sweetness with no balance. The Thai milk tea was overly syrupy and sickly sweet. The curry was alright but didn’t quite live up to the authentic flavours I’ve enjoyed in Thailand. The service was slow to take orders, but the staff were friendly, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, not a place I’d hurry back to.

I have been Rosas Thai in Bristol before but this place, the food were massive! My friends and me did really enjoy it! Fabulous for bubble tea. My friends definitely will come back another time. P Peach was friendly and beautiful!

My husband and I recently enjoyed a delightful day in Liverpool. The highlight of our outing was a wonderful meal at a charming restaurant. The ambiance was inviting, the location offered a lovely view of the dock, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The food was simply outstanding! We shared a starter that was ample for two, and both the pad Thai and pad kraw po were remarkable. The flavors were exquisite, the portions generous, and the prices quite reasonable. We were thoroughly impressed and certainly plan to return for another meal. We are more than willing to make the trip to Liverpool again just to savor this little slice of Thai culinary bliss.

Excellent meal in Rosa’s two nights on the run, both were beautiful. Hadn't booked got a table no problem, even though it was busy. Highly recommend, will visit again next time we visit Liverpool

Ordered through Uber Eats. Restaurant accepted our order, but then shortly after closed without telling us/the delivery driver/Uber Eats. Absolutely furious - thanks for wasting our time and leaving us hungry. This was our first experience with you and we definitely won’t be giving you another go.

It took one hour to get our main dish and it was incorrect. . Another was produced, but it was not hot .We had a taxi booked and had eight minutes to eat and leave . The manager was really rude! .She calls customers Darling which is intrusive and offensive . When we pointed out how long we had waited for just about everything we had ordered, she conradicted us and told us the customer isn't always right . This woman is in the wrong job .! She's not doing Rosa's any favours and we live at the Albert Dock, it's a local restaurant for us . It's fallen so far down in ourc estimation that we won't be going back .it used to be very nice but it's not that good and they seem to prioritise their take away customers before they attend to their in house dining customers . I pointed this out this Manager woman was adamant that this wasn't the case . It was obvious to us. Why the wait in a restaurant that wasn't that crowded at 5.15 in the late afternoon? As for the manager ,she's breathtakingly awful advertisment for the business.

Tenía alitas de pollo para empezar. Eran calientes y tan sabrosos. Luego tomamos los fideos con panza de cerdo. Estaba muy sabroso, pero MUY caliente. Me gusta el chile, pero maaaan! Tomé un cóctel. Reservé a través de The Fork y por alguna razón me dieron un descuento. 🤷‍♀️ El servicio fue rápido y amable. Si no viviera a 4 horas de distancia, me gustaría visitar de nuevo para probar algunos otros platos.

Piatti thai autentici ed eseguiti bene, molto saporiti. Servizio buono, molto gentili, ottima birra thai. Un po’ costoso, ma di ottima qualità.

Had fried chicken wings which were amazing! So crispy and so much flavour. I then had the drunken noodles with belly pork. So much flavour, really well cooked. But maaan there was some chilli in there! Lol Also had a boozy ice tea. Came to just under 30 quid with the tip and card fees. Would come again.

I'm a big fan of soup noodles I ordered Tom Yum noodles soup it's really superb my daughter ordered fried flat chicken noodles it was nice too The quantity is a bit less but the quality is really nice with good ambience if you are in for good authentic Asian food this place is for you

No hay muchos lugares tailandeses en el Reino Unido que realmente cocinen la comida al gusto como lo hace en Tailandia - esta es una de las pocas excepciones! Hoy hemos almorzado fabulosamente aquí probando los fideos borrachos y el curry rojo con pollo. Ambos platos muy bien equilibrado y sabroso, y porciones de tamaño decente. Si eres fan de la comida tailandesa, lo más probable es que la disfrutes aquí.

Ordered a takeaway during a visit to Liverpool. It was delicious, packaged well and even came with a little handwritten postcard and a “goodie bag” of crackers.

Lively food. Nice and clean and quick service. Was very busy so could not get perfect service but was very good. Curry had a nice kick to it. And good authentic flavours.

Estaba un poco nervioso después de leer críticas mixtas, pero nos lo pasamos muy bien. El personal es muy amable, es un pequeño lugar ocupado que nos sentamos abajo. Tuvimos entrantes, red y cócteles. Toma un martini de dragón que era precioso. Teníamos calamares y pollo satay, mis calamares eran los más agradables. Para la alimentación principal teníamos curry tailandés rojo y yo tenía langostino rey salteado con anacardos. Sabroso y picante. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra comida y bebidas. Tenga en cuenta que hay un cargo por servicio en la factura, pero estoy seguro de que podría pedir que se elimine si así lo desea. Costó 99€ bastante caro, supongo, pero como disfrutamos de toda la experiencia estábamos contentos.

Good place to eat if you really fancy Thai food

Tom kha soup was mediocre. I have eaten the soup for the past 30 years all over the world, this is the sweetest one I’ve ever tasted. The other meals we had were good, but the portions were rather small for the price. They also don’t include rice so that’s another charge. The spicy margarita and the lychee ginger cocktail were both very meh.

We had a beautiful dining experience on at dockside on a balmy late summer's evening. The food was delicious, especially the vegan options (they even had vegan ice-cream!) and our server, Peach, was wonderful and looked after us very well! A lovely restaurant, totally recommended :)

Lovely food, plenty of menu choices and nice cocktails. Service was a little slow but can forgive them as it was a busy Saturday night. Definitely worth booking in advance if you're thinking of going at peak times. Really tasty plates if food.

to be fair- didnt taste all the dishes but what we got- just untasty. what are we visit restaurants for??? to eat and enjoy. never enjoyed. very slow service. were told only 1.5 hours had before people come who reserved the tables, so had to remind about us. food just UNTASTY, thats it. and charged too much for their service. i understand- its a tourists area so all is dear- but price and quality arent descent sorry. never again.

Excellent food and quick service. We only had a Main Course and it was lovely….faultless. We ordered a Roti which was a little over cooked, we mentioned this and within two minutes a new fresh one was brought. Our only gripe is that they apply a 10% service charge which we feel is a bit excessive, especially in these economic tough times. As we only had one course, the service we received was rather little…..so a 10% charge was over the top. It would be far better if this was voluntary and a customer could leave what they felt is fair. Other than this it was excellent
