Muy buen personal y especialmente chef y muy buen personal y la señora trabaja hasta que muy dulce y chef es muy dulce y haciendo buena comida solo ir y probar pescado y patatas fritas.

Insultando al personal. Entró a comprar pescado con papas fritas este mes, agosto. Me equivoqué de precio, y él agresivamente declaró: "¿Quién te dijo que ese es el precio. " Pasaba por delante de su tienda a finales del año pasado y fui testigo de cómo manejaba a un cliente. Evita este lugar si es posible y tampoco son higiénicos.

these shop needs to be inspected and shutdown for lack food hygiene and decent customer service. They do not explain that there is 30p charge for using the card machine and if you dare question them they are quite aggressive in the way that they explain and all the while cussing you blind in their language aggressively. Second time purchasing this week and the oil used in frying the chicken is so stale you can smell it. Binned the lot on getting home!!! Not worth the visit there a few better chicken chip shops with much better attitude and pleasantly fried chips, fish and chicken round the corner or down the hill towards palace station! The local environmental council will here about this shop. Life is hard enough customers make your business without customers you will not have a business and vice versa!!!

We ordered through uber. The restaurant packed the wrong food into the correctly labelled bag, then when I rang them refused to accept it was their fault and blamed the uber driver who delivered everything as he should. We can't even eat the food they delivered as we're pescatarians, and the chips were cold and soggy anyway. Embarrassing service...

Great quality fish and chips. Chicken is also delicious. Nice prices, large portions and friendly service. Would definitely recommend!

?????????? Es pescado, papas fritas, pasteles, guisantes blandos, pollo frito y salchichas a precios razonables. El servicio está bien, y la comida es exactamente lo que quiero de un chippy.

Had a lovely plate of cad and chips, with mushy peas and a cup of tea on the side. Everything was fresh and tasty, exactly as it should be. Will come back here when visiting Crystal Palace in the future.

The chicken has a weird gone off smell. They gave me a breast piece despite me requesting for a thigh, then they refuse to correct, such scammers. The fish is also not freshly made, the batter is way too thick to be freshly made. Avoid if at all possible.

Chicken -- Gave us a breast when agreed to give us thigh. Refuse to change. Taste was off. Fish & chips -- batter was too thick. Reheated in oven and took 20min. Not fresh. Card -- they said no min. spend and no charge, but there was! NOTHING IS FRESH

Considering the place is in a London postcode the food is cheap and value for money. The chips are traditional and they are very generous. The fried chicken and sausages are tasty. Highly recommended.

Thought I would add this little takeaway / restaurant for their service and food. We fancied fish & chips one day so called in. They were cooked while we waited. Very nice, tasty and enjoyable. Staff were friendly and it was clean. Recommend if your in Crystal Palace and want fast food.

Really great authentic fish and chips at a reasonable price. Don't know many other places south of the river as good as this one.

Had lovely battered sausages and chips, and southern fried chicken from here. Paid just £8 for two meals and drinks which I thought was great value. The guys who work there are always nice and friendly.
