Great pub, comfy seating and great decor with cool sports memorabilia, spotless and clean, great atmosphere and friendly staff and locals, large tv’s, large outdoor seating area, prices are good, highly recommend a visit.

Everything about this place is enjoyable its a must for people who like sports tv and a beer owner and all staff so friendly

It is a nice non food pub which suit some people, reasonably priced beers

Dare I say this publicly..? Possibly the best pub in the area! Well kept beer, great staff & service, good pool table, ample beer garden. It's definitely a local favourite

Good old fashioned pub....not many left sadly.

Brill staff polite and helpful the boss pat goes out his way to help hus customers in anyway.

Great proper locals drinkers pub. No food, no kids, just how I like my pubs to be. Normally has 3 well kept real ales on offer alongside the normal range of lagers and Guinness etc. There's an outside area where you can watch the Willenhall world go by should you wish for entertainment other than the sport offered within the pub. Extremely friendly staff and locals alike.

I enjoyed my visit here, a nice, comfortable old fashioned pub in a modern setting. I was afforded a nice welcome by staff and locals alike. Beers & service were equally as good. If you are shopping at the nearby 'Street Market' then that would be a good time to drop into the Royal George and judge for yourself.

Lorry driver who's been using this pub for many years, always a warm welcome and a good pint of real ale.

Best pub in the Midlands and best guiness

Lovely little (little being the operative word) pub with a good selection of drinks. Very friendly staff. Don't do food only a small selection of pre made cobs or sandwiches. I had a cheese and onion cob and it was lovely. Crisps and snacks are available, an outdoor area with seating is available when the weather is good, it's not a garden as such as it's in Willenhall town. Run a loyalty scheme which saves you a few pence when you buy your drinks, you build up a bit of cash on your card which you can then use to pay for your drinks instead of getting your wallet out.

Small bar. We'll lit lots of TV screens always some sport on. Only 2 ales on, a selection of beers. Good top shelf selection.

It had been about 15 years since I last visited this pub and it has changed a lot. Very friendly staff, great beer (Butty Bach) and loads of Television's so if you like sports then this is a great place to watch them. Highly recommended.

This is a traditional pub mixed with modern, it is well maintained and provides comfort to any traveller. Beer superb. Current government restrictions well complied with.

Been using this place for many years now. All the staff are very welcoming and the customers are friendly too. They have all the Sky Sports/ BT Sports on the biggest TVs I’ve seen in a pub! The COVID policy they introduced has made me feel safe to come out and enjoy catching up with friends. Highly recommend it!

Once this was a really friendly place where everyone was made to feel welcome, even the truckers staying the night on the wakes ground car park. However it's nothing like that now. Last night myself and some friends were rather rudely turned away from a fairly empty pub as apparently you have to be a member to have a pint there now. They didn't even tell us how to become a member. Maybe they only tell you how to become a member of their super secret club if they like the look of you. Who knows or cares, there are plenty of places that actually are very welcoming in Willenhall. I'd recommend trying the Malt House across the road instead.
