Food okay However place needs more service and lighting

Overall food was decent. Butter Naan was soft and good. Items to try Sheek kebab, Mango pulp, custard, kheer, chilly chicken. Very few sweet items kheer, jelly, custard, Mango pulp, ice cream. All curry items (veg, non veg) are just average. If you are looking for lot of non veg items without worrying about taste or flavour then you will not be disappointed.

I been visit first time I swear on God food smelly old even bread was old nihari paya was old biryani they are joking its kitchri not biryani I paid them I come out in 10min I didn’t eat nothing without pizza and dessert don’t waste money if you like buffet I would prefer royal nawab they are mind blowing

Worst place pathetic food and service. Food in the buffet was cold and empty no refilling of food. No napkins when asked the person so called manager gave us kitchen roll to use. Please do not waste your money and time.

Husband and I had upset stomachs the morning after eating here, which caused us to nearly miss our flight back to the country where we live. (I should add that I am from Harrow, and my parents still live there and liked the food, so this was a disappointing outcome). The ice cream was the cheap pre-mixed variety.

Awesome food and service is amazing. Everything is fresh and tasty. There is cone icecream for kids that they enjoy the most. I have one suggestion.. They should play some Pakistani music too, to make atmosphere better.

Today I was eating and some India guy of the chef he came up the table and came to threaten us and having an argument and telling us to leave the restaurant wasn't happy with incident can you please sort him out tell him to learn manners he wasn't professional at least at least I work in hospitality and I have more respect than him

Reasonable priced buffet with lots of variety of food

I went with my family and they had the most amazing range of cuisines and tasty food. The service was very good and the staff were very friendly. Kids loved the ice cream too -10/10.

I am amazed by the profuse amount of high quality food, coming here with the family was absolutely delightful and the kids certainly enjoyed the ice cream facilities that were provided for us. We were given amazing customer service and were treated with the upmost care from each of the staff members. The food was lovely, flavourful and the aroma of it enveloped my senses. It left me feeling very pleased and satisfied. Seating was beautiful and modern. Thank you for the amazing service. Will be coming back soon. 😘

it was quite empty an the charged my baby under 1 10.00 and all he ate was 2 chicken nuggets didnt really wanna serve me the man at the desk looked bored like he didnt want to be there .... wasnt much options of food and only 2 options of sweet ice cream and jelly that was it would of liked more option

I experience first time this buffet all the items are finish in the containers when we enter and mostly the food is cold and there is no best service they give the tables are dirty it took 5 to 10 mint to find the clean table as per they divide the food in different cuisines american italian indian pakistani indo Chinese but the half of the food was finished by 8.30 no food hygiene was maintained we even not understand which spoon is for vegetarian and non veg overall my experience was worst hope they take the feedback seriously .

Food is absolutely appalling. I felt disrespected being charged £30 for food that was 3 + days old. The place was absolutely empty, my wife saw tiktok so I went there and now I've left with a sick feeling stomach and £15 less in my bank because they refunded my meal back. This place is just holding on for dear life they will close down soon.

Absolutely disgusting! The service, the food, the atmosphere everything is appalling! The so called manager or whatever he says he is (because it kept changing) was extremely rude and had no manners. We went on a weekday night, the food was all cold and definitely just leftovers reheated. Most of the food tasted off and we all left still hungry. When confronted the manager about these issues he started to argue and become aggressive. A complete waste of money and time. I would not even go there if the food is free. Please avoid ruining your day!

On the day we went there, granted it was Eid and everyone was celebrating and having a good time, but I think they weren't prepared to cater to so many people, although the restaurant was only at half capacity. It seemed like they didn't have enough staff to put food in the trays, while the food was finishing too quickly. I'm not complaining, it's just an observation. They did have quite a diverse buffet, ranging from american to thai and indian cuisines, plenty of options to choose from and lots of vegetarian dishes too.

We had an Eid party of 70 people, visited and discussed our requirements with manager Farrukh who was very helpful. On the day, Farrukh was available all the time helping of guests. The food was served hot and everyone enjoyed it, the price is also affordable. Some reviews does not reflect the experience we had, buffets can be tricky. We will revisit and organise more events in-sha'Allah. Soft Drinks, Bottled Water and Tea are very pricey, these must be reviewed which will increase their sale. Jazakumullahu Khair .

So we visited here for eid and I did not have the most pleasant of experiences. First off £19 was full on daylight robbery and that price does not include drinks. We were seated right by the door keep in mind it was bloody freezing and the doors were open and we weren't allowed to move seats; only the Asians were allowed to sit on the inside, yes I felt discriminated against kmt!. Moving on to the food I felt half the dishes were reheated from about 100 years ago, specifically the wings they were so dry and tasted like they passed there expiry date, most of the foods were not fresh and flavours were not at all nice, let's not forget to mention the overload on salt for each dish. I went home and had a really bad tummy ache and was toilet bound. Was extremely disappointed and would most likely never ever go back. The one star was for the ice cream machine and even that they used cheap ice cream mix.

Over priced 🥹and gave me food poisoning. Never again

It is a lovely large place. I am a vegetarian. Varieties are there but the food taste is just ok. It is also pricey. There are a couple of pure veg restaurants very close but which are more better in my opinion.

Excellent authentic tasting food in a no fuss dining environment. Superb selection of dishes for all ages and generations!

Everything mismanaged. Empty dishes, had to wait for refill for more than 15-20 min. Food quality was also not to the standards. Waste of time and money. Unless there are significant changes - I recommend avoid the place.

So the unfortunate thing about this place is that you end up trying almost every dish, only to realise none of it is any good, but then you're full from having eaten so much. But at least it has a self service icecream machine.

We wouldn't back again. All food is heavy spice and my children couldn't eat. Who love people spicy so perfect going there. My expect should be fair no spicy and spicy mixed up... there is nothing. Only spicy. I feel no fair because have paid. Also I never forget when my children ask fill water up and man service said themselves. I am suprise what they said. Also there most chairs dirty. I show you picture and floor as well. Not clean. When I go toilet and make me sick and very strong bleach clean. Not good health safety for children.

We were greeted by a lovely chap at reception...when through the whole menu and showed their popular dish. The starts were really nice..fried up chicken, chilli mushrooms...biryani was just lovely. Eat as much as you like...all the dishes was really good and enjoyable. Great for families ..good seating area. For the price your paying, it is cheap. I would defo recommend!!

The worst food I have ever tasted in uk.

One of the best halal buffet places I have been to. Good range of food from Indian, Italian and Chinese. My favourite are the freshly cooked Lamb chops and Shish kebabs. Top: Afternoon weekend buffet is the perfect time to go and uou can park for 2hrs at Tesco for free.

I totally loved this place! Since I was staying in Paddington, we took the Bakerloo train and then walked 10 min, and I swear it was totally worth it. You pay upfront for the buffet and drinks. It’s all self service. The food DELICIOUS, we ate as much as we could. I will definitely come back 🥰

The decor is strange with velvet chairs in a curry house, it won't be long before the chairs will be stained. The starters had no taste and the chicken was dry even with a fresh refill. I mean how hard is it to get chips wrong and this place couldn't even get this right. In all honesty looking at the food was making me feel sick. This is clearly not world food and Asian at its best, which does not define world cuisines. I actually didn't like a single thing and im struggling to name one, but I cant. There is no atmosphere and it felt like the setting was forced to welcome. I will be very surprised if this place will stay in business. Im glad I went during the week and therefore not that disappointed. What does this place need? Good chefs who can nail it, at the minute the food is below average border line disgusting. I feel violated! I wouldn't go back even if the food was for free.

Not a bad place for the price you pay. Fish Pakora and Sri Lankan curry dish were nice. Most other curries good for the price you pay. Clean and welcoming.

10/10! Food was very tasty, all food was very warm. There is SO much selection!!! The space is big and the seats are comfy, so many tables and chairs for big families. As soon as you enter you say what buffet you want order drink and pay, then you can sit anywhere you like. After you get your food and keep going as many times as you wish. They take card payment (not sure about cash) toilets were big and clean. The food was so delicious!! Credits to the restaurant, to the chiefs, to everyone who made it happen. (You can park in Tesco) we stayed for hour and half, as they were newly open they had promotions so we paid around 31 pounds for 2 people. There is gluten free food however nothing keto. Come in and enjoy!

This is a World Buffet for people who have never left the country. Should have just called it Indian Buffet...With Trimmings. Disappointing experience. They can definitely improve. If they don't they won't last long, paying the huge overheads.

Great food, variety of food to choose from. Everyone from everywhere has something to eat at Grand Palace World Buffet. My 4 year old daughter enjoyed the pizza and lots of desserts.. I wouldn't take anything away from the food. Downside, I did not like people handling food with no caps no gloves (those replenishing the finished dishes).

Please trust the 1 star review below. The food was probably frozen food that was heated up in their oven. Food was very tasteless and not a single item was enjoyable. Cheap price are set to attract customers but even then it is not worth it. Walk down to taste of Lahore for better options, tasty food, worth your money and time. Please don’t be fooled by the pretty interior just like me.

Absolutely rubbish! It’s not a world buffet the only things they have is pizza and spring rolls! The customer service is rubbish manager is rude and does not accommodate guest, they don’t have napkins gave us industrial blue roll Place is not good at all.

This is the second time we’ve come and the food has been excellent on both occasions. The Indo-Chinese section is a personal fave and overall, it is so worth the price!! One of our new favourite places.

Quality of food was not great… not many world cuisines available. Ladles were oily/greasy as they have not been cleaned often hence I am rating 2 for cleanliness. Desserts were good.

Sadly the options are limited, it's definitely NOT a world buffet as it was only curries. Most dishes were cold and not much flavor. Not many customers yet I waited so long for a Nan bread which I never got. The staff at the till wasn't friendly at all and the girl standing around the food area didn't know anything about the dishes. Overall very disappointing However the ice cream was delicious

Very nice clean place inside and good attentive staff. Only issue is curries need improving and rice dishes not authentic Indian/Pakistani style - very very nice lamb chops!! Decent starters option also. Deserts ok too just replace the mango thing with cake. & mains need improving please then 5/5

Wonderful variety of foods, so cheap for the amount of food available. The workers oh my gosh soooo nice and welcoming! If you ask for a refill they request it from the kitchen straight away. Very nice place, would highly recommend!!

Worse place I have been so far! We were very excited to try out this buffet turns out the worst. We got sick from the food they served, we couldn't sleep whole night and couldn't go to work day after. Please for your health sake don't go to this place. I hope I could give them less than a one star! Never ever going again.

I came in around 3pm, the food was warm and tasted good. The fried Fish, Chicken Biryani, Lamb Pasta and Ice cream were very nice.

Best Pakistani food taste in the town, Service is excellent by the staff/manager.

Good variety of food and value for money. Generally food was good but some dishes such as Nihari, paya were too spicy, oily and salty. The chilly naan were too chilly as well. Staff could have been friendlier, no-one smiled once which meant the atmosphere wasnt pleasant and the blasting Bollywood songs/dances on the screens don’t help and aren’t everyone’s cup of tree. I hope some things can improve as it’s a good location and much needed restaurant in Harrow.

A welcome change in the area. I had been meaning to try out for a long time. Their food is great with a lot of variety. They also let you take away Buffet meal if that’s what you want but I offered to eat in and it was a nice experience overall with lovely Indian songs and cleanliness. It was also cheap. They have an offer for 13.95£ per plate. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Have gone twice with my wife so far. Wide selection of fresh, tasty dishes. There is something for everyone here, from American-style pizza to Indo-Chinese chicken dishes, with a large selection of Pakistani curries and biryanis. They even have a dessert section with self-serve ice cream. The decor, seats and the buffet area all feel very premium. I love spicy food, so I really like their chopped green chillies and chili sauce which can be added for that extra spice kick. We both had an excellent experience which was made even better by Mr Farrukh K. He ensured we were always well looked after, and even provided some delicious garlic bread fresh from the kitchen, upon our request. This restaurant is a great addition to Harrow. Do yourself a favour and bring your friends and family. You can't go wrong with such great food and service, for a very affordable price. Everything is also halal!

Have been here with my hubby twice now. I am really surprised at some of the negative reviews - the place has been spotlessly clean both times, and the gentleman manager has been an absolute star. The food is kept warm in standard buffet-type fashion - so unsure of why people are complaining that the food is not piping hot? My favourite is the lamb biryani with some added curries, especially the chic pea vegetarian curry. Really happy that this is just down the road from us. Looking forward to coming back again soon.

This is the only Indian/Pakistani buffet opening all seven days in Harrow area. Its mainly a non veg buffet but they do have decent vegetarin dishes for selection. Briefly chat with people at restaurants and they told me that they are in the process of adding more food items in the menu, Nihari,Chapli Kebab, Chilli mushroom,Masala Mogo chips, Garlic Mogo chips, Indian desserts & etc. They are trying their best to make all the customers happy. As its the start, hope quality of service & variety of food items,taste, will increase over the weeks and months ahead. I visited the place again on 14/10/22 for Lunch Buffet. The quality/taste of food has improved dramatically within short period of time. Thanks to Management and all the staffs for all their effort to make it a better place.
