Royal steak house in Bexley

I organized a team bonding day at Royal Steak House in Welling, and it was fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious—I ordered the chicken platter, and it was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. It was such a great experience that I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great dining experience!

I am very fussy about steaks. My fillet - which is the only steak I risk eating - this was beautiful. So tender and juicy. Excellent sides and great service.

My third visit and I still love it here. Cannot find anything to complain about. The food is excellent.

We had a Christmas party @ Royal Steak House restaurant Welling. We had a wonderful time here with great hosts and chefs providing great meals .

Very good food, the drinks are very nice and it’s good for my kids as they do not serve alcohol so they enjoy all the mocktails and shakes. The meat is well cooked and my son enjoyed the burger and overall satisfied with the food. Service was quick as well👍🏻

Ordered 2 ribeyes one was good but the other tasted off and when I told the waiter he said they where from the same batch I challenged him and told him to try some and tell me that it’s fine he wouldn’t touch it so that speaks for itself really. The chips where frozen the salad wasn’t fresh and garlic sauce looked like off milk honestly there’s a better restaurant up the road failing that there’s a tescos nextdoor a meal deal would be nicer and probably fresher

Scammed out of 3 kids meal drinks. Agreed when ordering the food that the kids drinks would be upgraded to be paid the difference with a milkshake. Unfortunately management then reneged when it came to paying the bill. Small and shortsighted gains, as you have now lost the custom of a family of five who would have frequently dined at your premises.

Most delivery places food is cold by the time it arrives but this food was hot and fresh absolutely amazing I don’t think I’ll order from anywhere else again sooo many options to chose from and plenty of deals I ordered bbq chicken shashlick and rice with garlic mash and the flavours were immense and my partner ordered double cheeseburger and chips it was so moist and yummy 10/10 freshness 10/10 taste 10/10 over all super happy and definitely worth the money also amazing desserts everything you need in one place they really care for their customers

The Staff were very friendly and attentive without being overly so. The Restaurant was perfectly clean. The food was Amazing. There were no long waits between courses. We were not rushed. Over all 100% great experience.

Amazing restaurant. Our waiter, Ali, was really nice and ensured we had the full experience, he was also very patient and respectful. He also made sure food was up to our standards in terms of cooking, spice etc. Food was amazing and REALLY quickly served. Food was hot, fresh and juicy. Place was really clean, spacious and you have a lot of privacy. Prices were perfect. However, salad and sauce could be improved. Other than that, everything was a 10 out of 10. Definitely will come back and reccomend to others.

Such a lovely restaurant. Very clean and spacious. Amazing food! Steaks are perfect, burgers are lovely and juicy too. Kids portions are just right. Family friendly with high chairs and great seating. Staff are so polite and helpful. Prices are reasonable. All in all it was a great experience - Will come again for certain. Everything halal too which is a bonus for families that want halal. So impressed! Thank you!

Went here on a whim and recommendation, Haroon welcomed us and with great hospitality. Food was fantastic and very flavorful. Would highly recommend.

Ordered 340g ribeye steak. When the steak arrived, it was, and this is no exaggeration, wafer thin. It very much looked like a small steak that had been beaten out to make it look bigger and cover more of the surface of the board it was served on. The steak was one third grissle, which i left on the side of the serving board.The pepper sauce was absolutely tasteless. When I was asked how my meal was I explained the above and after some wrangling back and forth £14.99 was taken off of my bill. Would not recommend this establishment, for similar price you can go to miller and carter and be garaunteed of a good steak.

Last week I visited Royal steak house with my family what's the taste of food...I never described you in my words guys come and eat.Nice and comfy sitting place, clean and hygiene are superb.one guy served food to us his name was Haroon very nice and smiley face he served food to us very nicely...

I had the best dessert here yesterday 'Waffle Royale'. It was one of the best 'after dinner experiences' I have had in a very long time (and I'm not really a dessert type of gal). A big shout out to Kasaf as she made the whole experience really nice for us and the reason for why I have given Service a 5-star.

...the place looked a bit empty for a friday evening but the food was nice and service was very prompt (the waiter was very attentive and got us a new fork when the mrs accidentally dropped hers - so gets 5 stars for that) ...the burgers and steaks were just right and the spicy sauce hit the spot without being too hot on the heat scale (only complaint would be the shakes were a little too sweet and the mango sauce wasn't mixed in properly - so it felt like it was sugary cream milk with some mango syrup squeezed in)

Food was a bit cold but don't blame restaurant blame just eat. Goin further away from my house to make a delivery and then comin to mine. Noton

If you would like a thick, juicy, tender, succulent, melt in your mouth steak, please don’t stop here. Venture up the road for better options. My steak came out thin as paper and as expired as spoilt milk. When I complained they said it was my head but then proceeded to replace my steak with an improved, thicker steak. I wish I had take pictures to compare the two because they were like night and day. Please don’t even bother coming here where you’ll be disappointed.

This place offers great value for money i had a tex mex burger which i enjoyed the side of wings not so much Its a bring your own alcohol place soft drinks to be bought in restaurant ,they cater for parties are children friendly all in all a great inexpensive place to have a family meal

The space is expansive and well-kept, with immaculately presented food and a friendly staff. I highly recommend trying out their lunchtime deals!

We went for an early dinner with the kids on Friday night. We were the only people in there. Burgers all round, amazing food. The milkshakes and smoothies are fantastic. Added bonus that you can bring in your own drinks, which makes it a cheap meal out. Atmosphere loses points for the delivery drivers sat in the main restaurant. The waiter was friendly, but he was a bit slow to clear plates / glasses.

Waited 45 mins for any food, cola flat, food was awful. Mac n cheese like soggy pasta. Coleslaw tasted like it had gone off mayo in. The garlic mash never arrived. Meat was very dry. Atmosphere was awful, people screaming and shouting, across the restaurant while you’re eating. Kids running around feral. Absolutely do not recommend. A wasted Saturday evening. VERY disappointed.

Came here with my partner for a nice dinner out. Royal Steak House serves high quality halal steaks and has no alcohol on site which is a massive bonus :). The steaks were very tasty, especially my fillet steak! The sides were also really nice so the combination is fab. The service was absolutely outstanding, we were met with such kindness and treated so well throughout. Overall, a very nice experience. Will definitely be back. Please visit this gem everyone!

The food was amazing. The Big Ben burger was amazing nearly put me in a coma. The lamb was juicy aswell. Portion size is also very good too

Top steak place in the whole of the South East! The food is always fresh and tastes absuloutely mouth watering. It's always a great place to go for on a lunch date or dinner. The restaurant is very clean, staff are brilliant and always accommodating. The steaks are just so yum. Especially the rib eye steak, which is my number 1 favourite, I love all the fat on it and cooked perfectly medium rare 😋 with their strawberry mojito (always end up buying 2- its just too addictive). Can't wait to continue coming here. Great work guys. Keep doing what your doing! A very very happy customer!

Delivery was late, the driver was too scared when confronted about late Delivery and went running back to his car when asked about his name. Restaurant very unhelpful, they don't care about their customer's satisfaction or loyalty just their money.

Celebrating a birthday party of 8 people mixed ages. Cannot fault the food at all, all came out together absolutely amazed with the lamb ribs 😋 delicious. Food was affordable so could order 3 courses for everyone. We were Happy to bring our own alcohol and staff happily offered glasses for them. The only negative thing was the service door bell from the kitchen kept being rung, obviously was for waiter service but an annoying noise to keep hearing while having a meal. But wouldn't put me off We will 100% be back for our next family birthday celebration. 👌👍

Anniversary meal. True & honest review. Thought we would try this establishment for a change, have a steak. Wish I hadn't bothered. 1 waitress, read the whole menu, twice, finally took our order, fillet steak, ribeye steak chips peppercorn sauce coleslaw. Steak, medium cook, by the time the chips arrived the steaks was well done as still on a hot griddle , Chips cold, waited again for more chips, waiting again for peppercorn sauce, coleslaw bought bulk, not fresh & homemade, chips were like makro chips, peppercorn sause thin & watery. Would not go to the place ever again even if it was free. Table behind us had chicken, it was raw. They were not happy either. My husband cooks a really nice steak, so next time I will stay in and enjoy that. Really poor don't waste your money . I cannot comment on further questions as I couldn't recommend nothing

Was about to go East London for a Steak which can take a long time but decided to give these guys a go. Was pleasantly surprised at the high quality of Steak and drinks so will definitely be going back again and again. Large seating area and tables not crammed together. Lovely temperature inside aswell not too hot or cold. Halal food aswell.

3 of us ordered steaks (all different cuts) they were thin, fatty and half of it couldn't even be chewed. when one of us complained about one of the steaks the manager came over looked and said 'whats wrong with it' was told what the problem was then said 'its meat. But ok. I'll change it if you have a problem' second steak was also the same. All of the steaks were over cooked. Kids burgers were absolutely drowning in tomato ketchup. Food wasn't hot it was warm, the garlic sauce was watery and lumpy at the same time. Waited ages for the bill. We did get 20% off the bill but only because our server went and spoke with the manager and said we weren't happy with the quality of food Our server was nice, but the service is poor, had to keep waving someone down to get drinks or order. Wouldn't go here again. As a steakhouse that serves poor quality steaks.

Absolutely love this restaurant. The food is to die for. My son had a rack of ribs and it was like half a lamb on his plate and they were so succulent. We had the steaks and it was cooked perfect. Tried the garlic mash and wow! Although you can't buy alcohol here you can bring your own. Will definitely be coming back,soon!

Ordered through uber eats. Mash potato was lumpy and had no flavour, chicken wings weren't cooked through and malteser cheesecake is unbelievably tiny but yet costs £5.45. Not happy. Wouldn't recommend.

The ordering time was extended after ordering but it didn’t spoil the experience

Restaurant was not to busy so we thought we would try it. We was seated in an area that was so dark we had to use our phone torches to read the menu. After 10 minutes our waiter arrived, we then found out they don't serve alcohol but you can bring your own. So we ordered food and 2 wine glasses. I then went to the shop to grab a bottle of wine. My girlfriend poured the wine whilst I went a loo. (Smelt really bad of draines). On my return she said you won't like this. I smelt my glass and it stunk of wet damp cloth. Told a member³of staff about the situation and to change our glasses as I've just wasted 2 glasses of wine. He said sorry and he would do that straight away. My girlfriend then see him smelling glasses. 10 mins later still no clean glasses. At this point the table behind us returned their food they just received (No idea why). That was it for us, we got up and left. Definitely do not recommend this restaurant, very poor service. No idea what the food is like.

Did not listen to what I have written for requirements, and the so called “chicken kebab” wrap is vile. Would not recommend

Went there last night with family. Great food in a modern and clean setting. Succulent and juicy buffalo chicken steak with mushroom sauce and chips. Would definitely go again!

Everything was literally perfect. The steak was delicious, and cut like butter. The mashed potatoes were flavorful, & creamy. Our host was extremely kind and attentive. Although it was our first time but the staff made us feel like we were regulars. Lots of good choices to eat and drink from. Highly recommended. I will definitely be back.
