Order food tonight thought we would give it another try! After a few years of not going here! But got to say wish we hadn’t food was very salty again not much taste at all all the dishes seem to taste the same IE full of salt ! We had the spicy Thai chicken chow main, garlic and chilli deep fried shredded chicken which didn’t taste of garlic or chill and definitely wasn’t deep fried tasted more like gravy. Crispy chicken balls which were actually nice. Paid extra 50p for satay sauce which was awful worse one I’ve ever had ! The chips were the best thing to be honest which cost £4.50 ! Wish I had just gone the chippy in tean instead would be a lot cheaper and better quality food too ! my bill was £26.50 I won’t be going here again ! Not worth the money at all very disappointed! :-(

We regularly get takeaways here and have never been disappointed. Great range of options at very reasonable prices. Our daughter, who is coeliac, has always been able to enjoy a range of meals which have no gluten containing ingredients.

Always attentive and happily cater for gluten free dishes. Food is always piping hot, fresh and is often ready to collect quickly.

Got poorly from the food and wasn’t given a refund

The chicken chow mein consists of chicken strips noodles bean sprouts oinions . And not much chicken at that, a very bland meal .We won’t be using this Chinese again.

Lovely food at a reasonable price

Probably one of the worst meals I've had from a Chinese takeaway. It was devoid of flavour and taste and full.of salt. So disappointing considering it has some good reviews

Mmmm, I think some of the bad reviews are perhaps rivals?? Yet again a fantastic takeout delivered a lot quicker than asked. Hot delicious food, and a beautiful gift for new year!! Always polite, great food and lovely people. Our go to Chinese 🤗

Possibly the worst chinese I’ve ever had. Large order the only edible things were the sweet corn soup and chicken & mushroom soup just about. The hot and sour soup didn’t even remotely resemble a hot and sour soup was bizarre perhaps go and look at how to make one online properly please!! Very Cheap meat and over usage of salt. Even the boiled rice was bad! How can you get boiled rice wrong…!! Very shocking. Very disappointing.(Review from someone who is half chinese and knows my food! And eaten hundreds of times everywhere! )

Went back to bad. We have ordered some chicken and some beef. The chicken was funny taste and texture, more onion than meat in every dish, started adding celery into dishes, which I,personally, don't like. Not impressed. Next time will go to cheadle

We are very lucky to have this takeaway nearby and on the whole it's great. Fast service, cheerful smile on collection, never any fundamental issues with food and always piping hot. I would mark it as a 5 but only minor gripe is several of the menu items are doused in salt. Skirt round these and it's fab.

Chinese food OMG this was the worse food I have tasted it was bland none of the usual flavours associated with Chinese food beef & mushrooms, chicken chow mein the only thing that differentiated both dishes was the colour of the meat, they both had that lackluster taste and looked like cornflour thickened up as the sauce nil points won't use again wouldn't even rate them but as this field is mandatory

Unfortunately the food we received was overwhelming seasoned with salt. Been here a few times and unfortunately hit and miss. Shame as lovely staff.

I've tried various dishes from here, and all have been excellent. My favourite is their Lemon Chicken, as tangy and not over sweet like some. I've had many Chinese takeaways, but this is probably the best that I've experienced. I would definitely recommend.

Tasty food, large portions though so be aware...We over ordered and had loads left... highly recommended...

I don't normally write reviews but we had our first and last take-away yesterday and we had to throw most of it away :-( It was £34 and i wouldn't feed it to my dog. The ribs had hardly any meat on and crinkled up🤮 My partner's favourite from a chinese is the ribs and he only managed to eat 1. The chowmein was the WORST we've ever had and tasted like old bean sprouts which overpowerd the whole dish and more than half was binned. The shredded beef strips was inedible as they had no or little beef in and tasted old and fishy. The satay chicken dish was inedible as the taste was unbelievable. We had 6 people with us and no-one could eat any of it. The only thing we ate was the chips and chickenballs and sweet and sour sauce. My dad owns a thai restaurant and I could tell this food was old and not fresh. Once phoned, a refund or another dish wasn't offered to us.

We have just spent £34 here apart from the chickenballs it was all to a low standard. 2 of the meals we're inedible and when contacted she didn't offer a refund. The shredded beef had no or little beef in it and tasted like it was old and fishy and no-one out of the 6 people could eat it. My meat spring roll came with prawns and really low quality meat in it and was also inediable... Certainly won't be going there again and now to order a pizza 🤢🤮🤢 £34 in the bin..

Everything is perfect, don't change !! Ordered Peking duck, very good, bowl of soup and noodles are so big Perfect for the price and quantity, don't be afraid to be hungry after that They are very nice, careful and polite Like others restaurant, you will have to pay 12.5% charges

Been going here for over a year and never had any blips. The people are lovely and their food is amazing with great portions. No other chinese is the same.

Love this chinese their mushroom curry is amazing. I just wish they made mushrooms in batter like their chicken balls, my god that would be heaven!

The food is average and the service speedy . The menu is predictable for Chinatown and the waiters are as you expect. The take away charges vary for example if you ask for the duck to be boneless they have additional charge and it can vary depending on whoever takes your order. The worst part is that when you open the food later it is more scappy skin and with BONES. bulked with rice This has happened to me personally and friends on Six occasions.So we will not patronize this one any more. Move on to the next one or find more than one restaurant you are happy with and visit them on a rota basis as you do not, sadly have consistency as a loyal regular diner but the opposite. I have enjoyed many over 35 years in the area. Good Luck

Food was disgusting and used some kind of ketchup for the sauce on ribs, when rang this didn't seem to phase them, that the sauce was not made, it came from a squirty bottle. To sickly to eat. Will never use this place again. Shame to, as its my local where clearly they don't care about they're customers. Also business next to a pub. Not everyone will eat garbage, because you think they are tanked up to death. A Chinese that can't make Cantonese sauce. Ludicrous. And oblivious,,, to constructive criticism. From you're customers on you're doorstep.

We visited this chinese takeaway whilst visiting friends who live in the area. Just want to say how fantastic the food is here. The portions are plentiful with deep style plastic tubs unlike other takeaways which are quite shallow style you certainly get your monies worth here folks! I recommend the roast pork with ginger and spring onions.. mmmm delicious! 👍 the chips are to die for really tasty unlike other takeaways locally. We also got a big bag of prawn crackers FREE, again this was good to see. If your ever passing by and looking for quality chinese food make sure you check this place out. Really nice food with great customer service as well. Keep up the good work.

Yes we stayed in Alton towers, came here to feed family of four. Great portions and pricing, and still piping hot when we got back, which is 20mins drive. Definitely will use again when I come back to alton towers

Delivered to us at Quarry Walk Lodges ,great portions and great taste, highly recommended! Menu was quite varied and we ordered a combination to feed 4 of us. There was enough food left over for the next nights meal as well. Very impressed. friendly service.

This used to be Wan's Garden, but changed owners some months ago now. Very good range of very good food, Chinese / Thai / Vietnamese. Able to do gluten free.

Good food ,plenty of it, takes a bit of persuading to deliver out in the sticks. All though overall good
