Amazing food and outstanding service. One of the best shisha spots in the capital if you looking for a chilled and friendly atmosphere. Rym is an old school classic shisha cafe.

It was a very enjoyable visit. All the food was delicious, especially the brunch vibes. The coffee was well prepared and creamy. There were many types of food, lots of fresh options. The team was welcoming and warm. Their service was excellent. They were very helpful. My rating for everything from service, food, cleanliness and welcome is 10/0.

I went to rym cafe yesterday the staff told me the cafe is under new management. The staff were lovely, the food is amazing and fresh and they gave me a milk cake for free with my order. plus they have 15% off the menu. I highly recommend it for you guys.

Rym Cafe is a fantastic spot, especially for burger lovers. Their truffle beef burger is a standout dish—juicy beef patty paired with a rich truffle aioli that adds an incredible depth of flavor. The soft yet sturdy bun holds everything together beautifully, and each bite is a delightful mix of savory goodness. Served with crispy fries, this burger is truly an experience. If you’re in the area, Rym Cafe is definitely worth a visit for this delicious burger!

Came to Rym cafe to get some coffee after a long day, hands were freezing so I popped in. The atmosphere was absolutely incredible. Very clean and the staff were super quick and helpful. Thank you Hassan and Mustafa for the speedy service and making the best coffee!

Having driven past on several occasions I had seen plenty of tasty tradies sitting outside this cafe next to Lords Cricket Ground. My friend and I decided to give this cafe a try. The lights were off but the door open (13:00), we had to ask if the man was open. We entered, between no lights, the stacked up chairs the creepy atmosphere was enhanced when the knife wielding owner (I guess) stares at you blankly. It was like a horror movie from the 80s I didn't know if I'm the next victim, my lady friend was very uncomfortable. We persisted and although my friends option for her jacket potato was jacket and tuna, cheese and Tuna or mayo tuna we ordered. I don't know what happens in the back but there was a transformation, the food appeared at the same time was hot and infact my egg on toast (I wanted a quick meal to leave) was delicious and the tea awesome. I even got a smile from Mr Hatchetman. No tradies in sight when we went and were the only customers. Having read the reviews it's a hit and miss place our visit was so so. Food good, atmosphere appalling, but then again we hadn't come for shisha or maybe we just came at the wrong time. Even if they have naked tradie night (yes it's a thing in some places) I would take my chances with the muggers at the regents canal next door. Won't be back.

Looked attractive from the outside, the menu looked good: great local cafe for a quick, light lunch. Double doors wide open at the front gave the impression of being welcoming. Hmm? The server, busy towards the back of the room, made eye contact. However, his eye contact and facial expression indicated disapproval as I stood wondering if I should just sit at a free table. He looked away, so I sat at a small table from among the many unoccupied places. After a whole ten minutes I heard a voice from behind. The voice became louder and then the server, who had ignored me 10 minutes before, appeared and asked if I wanted to order anything. My request for a menu was greeted with an explanation that usually you get a menu from the front. Whatever that was supposed to mean. At that point I stood up and advised the server that it's okay, I would go somewhere else. I can't comment on the quality of the crepes because that opportunity was avoided. As far as the "service". In my limited experience at Saturday lunchtime, I'd describe it as dismal. Plenty of other places in the vicinity thankfully and I took my custom elsewhere. I would suggest that anyone reading this, does the same.

Proper Turkish coffee. Well made, excellent. Friendly attentive service, laid back atmosphere, quiet time in morning but obviously popular with regulars. I was very welcome as a visitor.

The lads are doing their best here I suppose (it was a busy breakfast before a Test match) but it doesn’t help that whatever you order you end up with a Set Breakfast - and sadly they are well trained not to listen when you are calling for a forgotten tea or coffee. Probably ok for delivery drivers or builders but disappointing if you’re expecting quality.

Middle Eastern food on offer, carefully prepared. Tables outside under cover. We came here half way through our walk on the canal path. The other places actually on the canal path were very crowded. The owners made us very welcome and provided exactly what we wanted.

Shisha is average here and the selection not as extensive as other places. Witt recent changes staff are quite friendly and always able to get a table which is a good thing. Bear in mind it's next to o a main road which cane make it quite noisy.

Just thought I would leave my review for people thinking of eating here for an english breakfast. This cafe serves halal meat which is not what an english breakfast requires. - The bacon is a some very small slither of streaky pork substitute. - The sausages were ok but obviously weren't pork. The eggs are nice. - I have as strong inkling that the food is pre cooked and then just heated up to hot food temperature which is not my cup of tea either. - They didnt have brown bread at the time of my visit, but the white toast tasted very nice compared to the quality of bread used in most cafes in London. - The brammalls tomato sauce served here was some of the worst tomato sauce i've ever tasted and ruined half of my chips. I exchanged beans for chips on the menu. Why cafes dont buy heinz ketchup wholesale I dont know. The english breakfast is £4.95 for 2 sausage, 2 bacon, 2 egg and beans with 2 toast. They dont include a tea/,coffee with that, so the total price will be £6.45 with tea or £6.65 with coffee. Overall I will not be visiting this cafe in the future whilst working. The person working at the cafe was accommodating and as pleasant as can be but the breakfast was just not up there for me.

I really love it here. We come here for our breakfast before a day at Lord's. The staff are so lovely and friendly, we are always made to feel very welcome. The service is also excellent. The food is high quality and delicious, not to mention amazing value. Can't wait for our next visit! Highly recommended!

Friendly staff and good service

Staying at Eamont street and a late night Sheesha craving, Rym cafe was at rescue as they serve sheesha until 2 AM in the night. They have an outdoor seating and it kinda turned out to be a great experience. London, good sheesha, great weather, drizzle and a couple of friends to hangout with. What else could one long for :) The tea ordered alongside was decent and complemented the weather.

This place only for hookah, hookah is 5 of 10 bad experience

This is not a review of the establishment but of the staff. My wife slipped on the wet road outside the Rym Cafe last night and grazed her hand when she fell. I went into the Cafe to try and get some tissue paper to clean her hand but there was nobody behind the counter. Someone who was sitting outside sprinted in as I got some tissue paper from the toilet and started yelling at me. I explained the situation and that I didn’t know who worked here to ask for help. He continued yelling that I must ask him for what i want. I pointed to my wife who was outside and said that she was bleeding but he couldn’t care less. His aggressive behaviour only added to the stress of the situation. As tourists staying nearby we’ll be walking on the other side of the road for the next few days.

Ok place not highly priced but most food is pre cooked where id prefer to wait 15min for freshly cooked

The best place for a full English

Location wise it's great and right by the park. You'll most likely not enjoy the indoor seating as it's quite bland and are relegated to the outdoor crowded seating which is by the street. The shisha is quite expensive but good or somewhat average. Do take caution eating here as their food standards hygiene level is 3/5. You'll also need to bring some patience with you when having shisha as you'll be waiting for a good 10 minutes or so for coal.

Shisha here isn't so bad. Although, try not to sit at the front right corner. They burn the coal just behind you, and it can get really hot.
