Sainsbury's in Swindon

Sainsbury’s Restaurant is now closed . Permanently and replaced with an Argos store . Such a shame as the food and drinks used to be pretty good I don’t know why Sainsbury’s are doing this to a lot of the stores I’m guessing to try and save money now you have the opportunity to have a sandwich and a packet of crisps and a drink to go

7pm and only one person on checkout. Poor service and no support staff. If I wasn't hungry I'd leave.

Good price for a breakfast. Service was quick and the food tasted good. Only thing is the whole layout is kind of confusing. Wasn’t sure where to order or pay and some items that should be near to each other seemed really far apart

We have been here twice recently and the meals are always very nice and fresh and filling, the staff are friendly and very hard working (as there doesn't seem to enough of them ) to do all the duties. Ham eggs and chips are just great.

We were told there would be a 25 minute wait for food even though the restaurant was only half full. Not impressed so went elsewhere.

Just avoid this cafe. Dirty cups. Disinterested staff to sort the issue and coffee that tasted of..... Well not really sure. Certainly not coffee. Go somewhere else. Toilets dirty and overall a bad experience.

Pros: Good prices Decent food Clean Speedy Peas Cons: Abundance of old ladies chatting and distinct stench of savlon Despondent looking labourers with butt crack on display That bloke over there has shifty eyes

Nice and clean Kids pack value for money Bacon sandwich was lush Only problem finding someone to take your money

Again shopping in Sainsbury's had to have something to eat ,we had a bean jacket potato and a chicken and salad sandwich with two teas .All were just great ,good portion size and fresh .

Visited super market and fancied some thing to eat , visited the restaurant to try again . The first time we visited , I was not very pleased as I had a sandwich with hardly any filling (see photo ).This time we had a jacket potato with beans and a cheese baguette with a carrot cake for a sweet .These were all very nice , plenty of filling and salad no complaints . A cheap brunch , keep away from the sandwiches ,go for the baguettes .
