The whole experience from the bad tasting food, to the slow service. There was no ice for the drinks as well. I can’t believe I payed a 100 quid for that crap! Anyone reading this please do not go to this so called “Indian” restaurant. Save your money.

I have dined and also ordered takeaway from Namaste Highgate, the service is excellent and my favourite waitress is Victoria, she is absolutely charming and helpful when coming to ordering. I enjoy their biryanis and all the starters including their vegetable dishes. I can highly recommend Namaste Indian food.

Muy contento de estar de vuelta aquí durante nuestra visita anual de diciembre de Londres. Tenía mis dos platos pequeños habituales - bhajis de cebolla y saag paneer - bhajis deliciosos con aderezo de tamarindo y ensalada, paneer era grande, piezas suaves que eran encantadoras, al igual que la salsa, pero el saag era un poco sombrío esta vez, así que no terminé este plato. Mi amiga tenía un plato de verduras del tamaño del plato principal que dijo que era delicioso, y compartimos arroz con limón que no parecía tener una espiga de limón particularmente. Sin duda volveríamos a comer aquí de nuevo, probablemente durante nuestra visita de diciembre del próximo año, pero elegiría un plato diferente. El servicio es excelente y el personal es eficiente, encantador y amable - el restaurante tiene un ambiente encantador - tuvimos una charla muy agradable con la señora que estaba muy ocupada de hecho atender a los clientes, nada parecía ser demasiado problema para ella.

Amazing Biryanis and innovative menu options

Absolutely delicious food, with a friendly homely atmosphere! The chicken was so tender and naturally flavoured, by far the best Indian cuisine we have had for a long time. The owners are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We booked for our staff Christmas dinner and when we arrived it was fully booked and no space for us. This is despite a call from them the previous Friday to confirm followed by a courtesy call from myself 7 hours prior to reservation. Absolutely shambolic display, we were lucky to find an alternative place to host our celebrations. Excuse given was simply not good enough, something about " an app they don't have login details for" accepting bookings they don't know about. If you know about the app it is your duty to solve this problem, disgraceful. We went to this restaurant for last year's department Xmas do and had a good time so were all looking forward to this year only to be massively let down with no good reason.

Had booked for a group of 10. Called to confirm on same day of booking and said everything was fine. Arrived and there simply was no table for us. The staff were totally unapologetic. Would recommend avoiding totally. Can't believe this level of poor service.

Don't trust anything they say on the phone. If they say you have a reservation. Or if there are OK for a table to have multiple transactions. Don't believe them. They'll say anything to get you in the door and then change it once you're there. Food is fairly run of the mill in terms of quality. Low on quantity and authenticity. Service is really, really, very poor.

Había algunos grandes cócteles, incluyendo algunos sin alcohol. Mi esposa probó un Nimbu Pani y estaba delicioso. Los entrantes eran muy inusuales. Modern twist on traditional Indian cuisine

It was my first experience in there, and actually the food was amazing and tasty…. And also the services was very much satisfying…. I had ordered a fried rice and it was really good…i had noticed one employee in there, she provided me a superb service in there and also guide me everything in for payment process

I have come often to the Kerala area in India - and I ate their Kerala Fish Curry. It was tasty, and nicely toned down in Chili level - which suits a Danish stomach well.

Very delicious Indian food. Got a butter chicken that tasted like a real butter chicken from India. Their nan bread was nicely crispy and was suitably stuffed with garlic. Customer service is top notch and the staff are super nice.

The quality of food was exceptional. Not crazy prices but really nicely presented and tasty food in a pretty quiet environment. If I was back in the area I would definitely visit again.

La qualité des plats n etait pas malheureusement ce que j attendais. Le tika masala ressemblait plus a une sauce tomate. La raita tres sucree… bref je n ai pas retrouve les saveurs indiennes. Dommage

"Overpriced, Poor Service, and a Huge Disappointment" I had heard decent things about this restaurant, but my experience was nothing short of a disaster. From the moment we walked in, the service was indifferent at best. We were left standing at the door for nearly 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, despite there being empty tables everywhere. Not exactly a warm welcome. Once seated, it took ages to get anyone’s attention to place our order. When the starters finally arrived (after a 40-minute wait), they were cold and clearly not freshly prepared. The portions were laughably small, considering how expensive the dishes were. To make matters worse, the flavor was completely lacking – bland, tasteless, and uninspired. The main course was an even bigger disaster. My steak was overcooked, chewy, and completely flavorless. I’ve had better meals at cheap pubs. My friend ordered the seafood pasta, which arrived lukewarm and smelled off – she barely touched it. When we brought this up to the waiter, we were met with an eye roll and no effort to fix the problem. The atmosphere didn’t help either. The lighting was harsh, the tables were cramped, and the noise level made it nearly impossible to hold a conversation. Not exactly the enjoyable dining experience we were hoping for. To add insult to injury, the bill was outrageous for the quality of the food and service. There are far better places to eat in London at half the price. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place isn’t worth the time or the hype.

No fui al restaurante pero pedí una comida para llevar. El plato de Kebab como principal que se entregó no era nada como las imágenes, la comida sabía rancio, similar a pre-cocinado que se recalentó. El pollo era como cartón y el pescado debería haber sido lubina, pero recibimos salmón que sabía mal. La porción en la imagen parecía que sería suficiente para 2 personas, pero era para 1 persona, las porciones son pequeñas y sobreprecio. Nunca pediría desde aquí de nuevo. Qué decepción. Si hubiera una opción para dar una calificación negativa lo haría.

Absolutely amazing! Best Indian food I’ve ever had. We are from Austin, Texas where we have over a hundred of Indian restaurants - and I’ve never had anything so delicious. Service was great, restaurant was clean and cozy atmosphere. We happened to be staying near by and we hit the jackpot with this one!

Be careful of attempted SCAM. We ate very well. But the boss tried to rip us off by “forgetting” The Fork discount at the end of the meal. He started talking very quickly when bringing the bill and explaining to us his calculation for the discount offered when booking on The fork website, then made us pay just as quickly. Luckily, we took a closer look at the bill and remembered the price of all our dishes. We then realized that he had not made the delivery at all. After several minutes of checking, we got up to go meet him and then SURPRISE, he had just realized (probably by a miracle) that he had forgotten to give us the discount... He handed us a 20 pound note who didn't even match what he owed us (18 pounds in this case) and greeted us in a much less welcoming manner than when we arrived... (probably upset at not having managed to fool us) In short, you will eat well here, but be careful when adding the bill.

Nice Indian dining experience in a stylish and intimate setting. I enjoyed the Vegetarian Samosas, Grilled Ananas Tofu Shaslik, Mango Kulfi, and Masala Chips. I also had the Local Farmers Seasonal Veg Biryani but not sure if true "local farmers" vegetables were used as it seemed like the typical "mixed vegetables". It would have been nice to see the bell peppers and herbs from the Shaslik incorporated into the basmati rice. Overall the service was good and very friendly and they pride themselves on exquisite table settings. I do recommend being mindful of settling the bill. I had no issues paying with a card but noticed a couple of tables who had concerns finalizing things. Namaste.

First time ever in an Indian restaurant, good impression. Staff was very helpful and patient, guiding us through Indian cuisine. Every dish was delicious from main course to dessert and we found a relaxing atmosphere.
