Fabulous place to eat in our local town. All staff are brilliant food is lush

didnt enjoy at all, there was so much grease everywhere when we opened the bag

awful, potato skins rock hard and pizzas not nice

Beef was tough and unable to be eaten.Vegetables poor quality and I would not have served that swill to my pigs 50 years ago.

Delish food all round. The arribiatta tagliatelle was amazing - the perfect level of spicy heat!

The beef lunch was very poor, potatoes were not fresh, very dry, like they had been reheat from the day before. Beef wasn’t off a joint. Wasn’t worth £13.

Order was on time but all the food went in the bin it was absolutely terrible and a waste of £46 the food was bland 0 taste whatsoever I was hoping the mains would be nicer than the starters that went in the bin after one bite but no the pasta was freezing and just tasted like butter no garlic or Parmesan the pizza was even worse I want my money back!

Got take out. Got served by a young man and was really good service. Food was amazing. Went here today at 19:00

Rang to do delivery and they did this over the phone. Much cheaper than Just eat. Staff brilliant on the phone. Delivery was quick. The food was piping hot still and very fresh. First time using this Sambucca and will most definately be using again. The food was amazing!! Arabiata was perfect not too spicy and the carbonara was devine!! Thank you!!

Food was quite bland didn’t have any taste to the carbonara at all, garlic sauce also tasted old and stale

We were in a bit of a hurry but everything was good

got the trio of meats dinner ! meats yorkshire puddings roast potatoes and gravy were spot on absolutely beautiful 😍 l Let down was the veg I did leave a note for no broccoli or cauliflower which they did read and follow! But the veg i got was a little mash a teaspoon if that of swede 4 carrots and about 8 peas just really not enough veg ! also paid £5 for cheesecake and was sent the smallest piece of cheesecake I've ever seen !

Order for takeaway on a Friday night food was ready in 15 mins and very nice.

Ordered for a specific time, arrived to the minute. Food was the best we’ve had delivered from anywhere in a long long time. Pleasant driver. Received a cheesecake for my partners birthday. Perfect delivery order.

Like to meet up with friends for lunch time permitting never had any problems getting a table and food always good.

The poor rating was given in relation to the so called lasagne- was an inedible box of slop looks like tomato sauce with chunks of melted cheese husband struggled to detect much of anything else. I gave him my chicken dish instead which was much better to be fair - lasagne went straight in bin - wasted money

Food quality is pretty poor considering the price of it, carbonara was very bland and wasn’t a big portion for the price at all either. Fudge cake was also a tiny piece for a high price and it’s just not worth it at all.

Good restaurant offering many different dishes , we're well presented and tasted great , good value for money , staff also very attentive.

Very disappointed visited today for Sunday lunch we were told it was brilliant so we booked up early in morning for 2.30 on plate was 2 roast potatoes 3 carrots 2 what looked like parsnips a dolip of mashed potatoes little piece of colly&cheese and meat mostly fat sorry for £35 not go back again

I ordered from here and there was an offer for ‘spend £30 get a free item’ i didnt get a free item. I wouldn’t have ordered the extra pizza that went to waste because it was stone cold and had a weird smell/taste about it. Just eat doesn’t give an option to report this. Not happy customer and wont use this restaurant again.

Went with friends for a catch up. I had risotto jambalya with king prawns . I asked for no olives and was not a problem. Service was really good and the food was delicious.

Had a drive out today and past this place so decided to give it a try. Lovely food although was too much gravy on my plate but the hubby was happy I opted for chicken and my husband had the roast beef which was all very nice and the Yorkshire puddings were huge. Glad we decided to try it we noticed a lot of people taking away dinners to.

The pasta Arrabbiata was the worst I have eaten, no spice at all, it was like a Chicken Roma sauce. Complained through just eat they won’t do anything!! Will not order again!!

The Italian stuff was good but the roast dinner wasn't great. Parsnips and carrots were rock hard and there wasn't much other veg. Meat was ok.

Food always good. Great fillet steaks. Visited yesterday and had the christmas fayre 3 course meal for £25:00. I chose the winter broth, turkey dinner and a lemon sorbet. All the courses were very tasty and I will be back to try the other options in the near future.

We had a lovely lunch. The Server was so attentive. We did not have to wait lomg for the food come out. Chicken Risotto, Lasagne with homemade chips, stonebaked crust Pepperoni Pizza all scrumptious. Weirdly the Chicken Kiev was a large chicken leg surrounded by sauce! Only complaint the music was a tad loud!

We visited Sambucas in Bedlington for a Sunday lunch , food , service , prices & atmosphere where all 5* , definitely will be going again .

The order was on time and very hot! The chips were nice and chunky and there was loads of pepper sauce! The steak was a little overcooked for my preference but still very good! Would mark it 8 out of ten! Thank you

Went in for their brilliant 2 course for £8 deal. Sit in or take away..!! Lovely plate of well stocked Minestrone soup then Calzone pizza with a tomato sauce.

Food was very hot but... I ordered a chill and a garlic sauce with the potato skins and then paid £1.60 for 2 tubs of Parmesan cheese and received 4 tubs of garlic ? Not sure how this could be mistaken as the garlic and chill were written together and the cheese was ordered separately at the bottom. Would have rang up but I live in blyth and didn't feel like waiting 20 minutes for some cheese but orders should be double checked.

Food was cold. Arrived 32 minutes after I received the notification to say driver was on the way, yet we live 6 mins from the restaurant.

I ate dinner with my family and grandparents we all had meals and drinks. Service was amazing and food was packed with flavour! Great selection of options on the menu and overall a great place. Would highly recommend considering the area.

Quiet lunch with my Sis & Nephew

Just had a lovely meal as part of their Lunchtime menu, you might expect a skimping on ingredients(there wasn't) the Starter (Minestrone) was spot on and the 2 pizza's were very nice. Service was very good as well. Just been again (4/7/23) for 2 pizza's to takeaway and the service is still great, the pizza's were wolfed down by the Grandkids along with the skins. Looking forward to our next visit for a sit down meal. Really good value.

Really disappointed obviously didn't read restaurant notes steak was asked to be medium rare and it was really overcooked very tough .the chips where undercooked and soggy .the prawns and garlic bread were nice .not up to its usual standards not what you want when your spending that much money on food

The food turned up 45 mins early. We also reassured no mushrooms in one of the risottos and they both had mushrooms and we requested to have extra Tomato sauce on the pizza and there was even less than a regular one wigh hardly any on at all and the cheese stuck to the box so when we opened it it took off what little tipping was on the pizza. Disappointing to say the least

The stake in the pasta smelled foul, I couldn’t eat it also I rang the resteraunt to add Parmesan to order I paid never received it waste of £35 only thing I’ve had a peace of is the garlic bread I won’t be ordering again
