They were treated well in addition to their delicious hot food. I highly recommend a visit store for loaded chips and peri peri wings.

Sandun’s service was very good, took my order quickly communicated well and friendly. Food was good. Overall great service will come back.

this guy so danger in very rude is absolutely not suitable for this business. My opinion he should not work in this company is shouting with every single customer. If manager check the camera he can see how he talk with the customer in also one thing is very important, he cannot speak very well, and also he don’t care about the hygiene when he prepared the food he is not using the gloves I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not occur again in the future. This used to be a great place to get food from but sadly standards have slipped of late. As a regular I used to have no problem getting my food delivered quickly. Lately for some reason they are always delayed and they forget stuff. I’m going to stop using them now. There’s no point in ringing up enquiring about your food. They’re too busy to answer

sorry but was not happy with my order 12 pieces o chicken i requested in my order thighs and drumsticks only and got a variety of pieces i am very very unhappy and couldn't eat what i didn't order i have pictures of order list and the chicken pieces need your response thanks

The chips were cold and not fresh and the wrap and burger had little to no sauce. Usually when I order in shop the food is good, but for some reason online ordering just brings the quality down.

An absolute joke! The delivery driver was in another location for at least 30 minutes before making his way to my property which was 15 minutes from the restaurant. All the food is cold and I’m completely unhappy

Supposed to be delivered at 13:40. The delivery turned up @ 15:55! (2hr 10 minutes Late) I had to warm a can of soup as I am a diabetic! Completely ruined my afternoon snack! Couldn’t eat it when arrived as had to go out as it arrived!

BEST PLACE! My second time ordering here. First time was amazing and this time was absolutely FANTASTIC! In my delivery instructions, I asked if they can add peri peri powder on the chips, they didn't but that's alright, maybe they didn't have any. And I asked if they can had pickles into one of the burgers and they did! Thank you so much for this amazing service. Not every take out shop does the little things. The food is absolutely amazing. The chips are always fluffy. The burgers are always well structured and taste so brilliant! The spicy rice is ridiculously tasty. All for a great price. I highly recommend this chicken shop. They never fail. Great workers. Amazing food.

Went to Greenford branch for take away lunch. The girl with brown skin tone, medium height took my order. She was so rude. I ordered 2 blaze box worth £20 but they gave me normal fillets. When I asked them to just remove one fries and add one more wing in a box they replied so rudely. One tall boy and that brown girl were on duty. They didn’t smile. Staff were not in mood to do their duty correctly. They were not pleasant or polite. They need more training. They didn’t wear gloves or anything. The girl didn’t even wear hair net. Very uneducated staff!!!
