Sam's Chicken in Luton

I was in the place in the afternoon and staff rude and don’t listen to anything the customers say. Don’t waste your money and avoid this place.

Do not order the wraps, very tiny quantity and when I called to complain, I spoke to a girl called Shefali who promised me an extra wrap on my next order. I called today and spoke to another girl and she said she will not give me an extra wrap and instead will make me a large wrap. The order arrived and same tiny crappy wraps. I called to complain and the girl answered and said she made it large. Had the lying staff told me it would be the same, I would not have ordered from them. Last time I'm ordering from these guys!

Chips weren’t cooked they were gard

ordered via Uber eats and disppointed... Burgers on the website and app both appear to be smashed patties when in reality they are the cheapest bought in frozen hamburgers possible and available at any takeaway. Given the price for the double burger being £10.49 this was blatant misadvertising and a rip-off. Also the toppings on the burger were different to those represented on the app It should also be noted that the portion sizes in the photographs are nowhere near what they are in reality. Will not reorder from here in the future.

I order plain cheeseburger with chips for take away they even didn’t speak English not understand my order I have to show pictures.When I arrive home they put me just cheese in the burger ban without meet.Very unprofessional.They even don’t know what cheesburger mind.I said just cheese and burger not salad.

Ordered from them on few occasions. The burgers and wraps used to be of fair size , but as they now started to drastically downsize them, so they like taken out from kids menu, I will not order anymore.

Take my advice and never order from here, you’re better off spending your hard earned money else where. Ordered here multiple times and every time they fail to pack my order right. I ordered loaded chicken and rice and they forgot to give the chicken. I am appalled by the service here. 0\5

Appalling and evidently racist/anti black customer service from a member of staff who herself is a an ethnic minority and just as brown as me. The jokes write themselves.

By far the best tasting chicken wings, the burgers can be a bit dry but that may have been a bad burger. If you’re looking for fried chicken then go to Sam’s you will love it!

Normally sams is really good but this time really disappointed. One of the thinnest strips I’ve ever had and didn’t have the decency to put extra due to being so small. The wraps were like twigs and chips undercooked. Only decent thing was the burgers rest went in bin. Disappointed. Do not recommend at all.

The blaze burger, and most likely all the burgers, cost over £5 for the tiniest burger. They are not worth the money at all. The wings were nice. But the burger was disappointing.

I placed an order on Deliveroo and received the order quite quickly. I took a bite out of the burger and almost puked. Without even looking at the burger I instantly knew it was raw. I further inspected the burger and to no surprise the burger was pink (practically still alive tbh) and unfortunately this wasn’t the first time, when this place opened a few years back a placed an order and had the same experience. I don’t know what possessed me to order from them again. They should be closed down. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING !!!! please don’t waste your money guys.

I ordered peri peri chicken wings and whole chicken as well as spicy chips. It looked like it was fried. The chicken was so dry it looked like it had been fried! The food was like warm. Chips were not fresh. Just sooooooo disappointing and I am so hungry it’s going in the flipping bin!!!!! What a waste!

Time kept changing, rang restaurant about it he had said it had left the food arrived 30 minutes later. Tracked driver they went the longest way. Food was freezing cold when arriving, burgers had no sauces on them. Ordered 4 extra wings we got three and asked for sauces we got none.

Me and my uncle went to dine in before 11pm as i know they close at 12am. After placed order the lady was at the front saying we dont allow after 11 but i was before 11 then another lady came from back saying we cant give you. We said look its raining outside by the time if we take the food home its gonna get cold we will be very quick but the lady didnt want to listen anything she was like its your choice if you want to go they not welcoming customers. They are working without under management thats why they doing anything they like.

They mess up the order every time. I think they do it on purpose to annoy customers. They give you cheaper food than what you order. Please train your staff properly. The food lacks flavour and tastes plain and boring. If you don’t have what I order please tell me instead of giving me other, cheaper things.

Flavour was okay. Wings were very greasy. Chips were stale and cold. They don’t give you any sauces, even after we paid almost £30.

Wings taste like they've been cooked in 3 weeks old oil. 12 wings for £7.99. KFC 12 wings £6 and a million times better.

The checkout lady was quite rude, she refuse to serve me. After they didn’t provide the receipt, and I had to ask for it. Additionally, despite paying for fries, they weren’t given to me. When I went back to ask for the fries, the lady insisted she was right, but I showed her the receipt! It seems they forgot the customer is always right. I won’t be returning there.

I found my order actually horrible to eat, and not because of flavour. The chips had gotten cold/room temperature, but this can happen with ANY take away. The chicken however was cold. And I don't mean room temperature or even moderately warm. It was cold! As though it had been kept in a fridge! It had been a long day and I just wanted a hot meal at the end of it. I will go to bed hungry before I order from this restaurant again. Sorry Sam's, but total failure on quality of food

This is the fourth time or more I have politely asked for chilli sauces but for some VERY strange reason my request keeps getting denied I have no idea why as I am asking politely not even demanding if it's out of stock or the restaurant does not want to give it they should just say so rather than ignoring my request as it's not a crime to ask for chilli sauce unless the law has changed and now suddenly it's illegal I don't know as I have not been updated regarding it so that's all I'm writing disappointed in the missing item as I am a devout customer who loves the food here and have been ordering from this restaurant for a really long time.

Very poor burgers..Dry and overcooked,at least the dog ate them,she was happy not like us (terrible).

Sometimes the fillet burger is fresh and sometimes it seems like its been cooked the previous day. You need to make fresh burgers everytime.

Maybe read notes and actually give what was ordered?

It's not food related but I just wanted to say thank you to the delivery driver who let my Mother know that I had accidentally left my keys in the door I really appreciate your genuine honesty.
