Food and drinks were great! When we entered the empty restaurant we were immediately told we only had a maximum of 1 hour. With the loud music, this was enough for us.

I came here for dinner with my boyfriend, looking forward to a nice evening. The pizzas were delicious, with a great sauce and fresh ingredients, but the overall experience could have been better. We waited over 40 minutes for our order, which felt quite long and took away from the flow of the evening. Additionally, the music was quite loud, making it difficult for us to talk comfortably. With a bit more attention to service time and the atmosphere, this place could truly shine, as the food itself was excellent.

Used to be okay I guess, and quite difficult to find any kind of decent GF pizza for delivery in west London. Don't understand why they allow Deliveroo riders to service more than one restaurant at a time though, as it always means you're either second stop or your driver has to go elsewhere to pick up something else - either way your food is cold. Tipping the rider doesn't make any difference either. Anyhoo, definitely underwhelmed by the latest cold, turgid mess from here. Won't be ordering again.

We went there after a football match at Stamford Bridge. It was packed, suggest a reservation. Pizza was really good. Original Italian in quality and ingredients. Service very nice and careful. It was a bit noisy but tolerable. Surely a place to go back

Santa Maria has been an institution for years on the Kings Road but I feel they have lost their touch. I preferred starters than the pizza which really says a lot. Meatballs were delicious and the foccacia with dips was delicious except it wasn’t a foccacia but just a white pizza. We had a vegan pizza and a St Anna pizza. Both had great dough and crust but the middle of the pizza wasn’t cooked enough for me even though ingredients were abundant. Pricing was decent.

Unfortunately the meatballs my daughter had were burned so I had to cut out bits that were burned and let her eat the rest. They were also very chewy and a bit hard. My friend had a pizza and she complained that it was undercooked. It is a shame because I can see that they have a great selection of vegan pizzas, but I was put off from eating here again after such a bad experience..

The pizza here is insane and Ciro was really lovely and accommodating. Would recommend getting the truffle dipping sauce and they have the best garlic oil!

My friend hosted his 21st Birthday dinner here and let me tell you, from the moment I even saw the restaurant from outside, its large glass windows giving sight of the homiest, most welcoming interior, I was like „wow“! The menu is great with some more creative options than usually and entire vegan menu !! Thats rare. The pizza was delicious. I admit, I got the basic Santa Maria (or Marina) because I dont eat cheese but the crust was amazing and the entire pizza was its money worth. At the end, we got, what my italien friend considers, the best Tiramisu in London - he was not wrong. Its was fluffy but not too soft and it had a great (not too sweet) taste. When we asked to split the bill so that the birthday friend didnt have to pay, they made no fuss (even gave us a birthday dessert with candles).

Staff was very friendly and patient. It took us a little while to decide what to order as there is a good range of delicious pizzas and salads to choose from. Once ordered, the food came quite fast. The food smelled delicious and tasted fantastic! We also ordered dessert which was also just as good!

The pizza was amazing! One of the best I’ve ever had. The atmosphere there was so nice, and the staff were amazing and sweet! We’re definitely gonna eat here again on our next visit to London!

Ciro was very nice and accommodating and he came very quickly and took our orders and checked on us throughout our meals. We also got one of the desserts which was also amazing. We will definitely come back here again because it was absolutely amazing.

I went to this pizzeria for dinner with a friend yesterday which I was very excited about as it has very good reviews. Unfortunately, I got very disappointed as I saw a mouse crawling on the side where we were seated! It was a medium size one and both me and my friend were very disgusted! Will never come back to this restaurant again.

Rather than allowing a honest review they took a pizza back off bitetwicefood blog and refunded him. This was all on Instagram!

I eat this pizza all the time, and it’s hands down the best in London! The dough, the sauces, the toppings – everything is just perfect! A special shoutout to Mattia, who is not only great at what he does but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. He greets every guest with a smile, and his positive energy instantly lifts your mood. Highly recommend this place! You won’t regret it — amazing pizza and even better service!

The service was excellent staff very kind and friendly really caring the place was clean and tidy the music was really good I would go there again the atmosphere was nice. The pizzas where a good size and a nice amount of topping on each of them excellent quality and delicious the food was ordered and they all came on time together nice and hot yes I would absolutely go again and I would recommend this place for family friends there was 3 of us and we all enjoyed our food no complaints from us .

Had a really lovely dinner here, great quality food and atmosphere even on week days. The pizza dough was incredible and the tomato sauce was truly tasty, would definitely reccomend!! The service was great, our waiter Luis was lovely and friendly. 10/10!

Arrived at restaurant without booking and had to wait half an hour for a table hence went for a drink just around the corner. Came as as requested and our table was ready and our drinks order was taken promptly. We order some mixed olives as an appetiser and they were lovely. We ordered two Santa Caterina pizza which came with a lot of fresh chilli topping and a Santa Carmela pizza. The pizza tasted very fresh as the to Matt sauce was made from fresh tomato as opposed to a manufactured tomato topping sauce. We also ordered a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc which was a very nice crisp wine. Two finish we had Tiramisu which my wife has never had as she is not fond of Coffee in deserts but thoroughly enjoyed it as the coffee wasn’t over powering. The service was excellent and the only downside was there was a large table of very loud people which in a small restaurant with very little soft furnishings to absorb the noises was a bit annoying. However can’t blame the restaurant for there clientele.

Huelga decir que nuestras expectativas se cumplieron definitivamente - tuve pizzas de San Rosso que estaba delicioso: la nitidez del parmesano complementó la cremosa burrata perfectamente. Tuvimos grandes cócteles por £ 7. 50 cada uno y el servicio era atento y amable.

I came to the restaurant today with my father and my toddler. We were served by a lady who gave us her bad attitude and poker face throughout our whole dining experience. a couple of examples: 1) when we first came into the restaurant, i kindly asked the lady (who served us later on) if there was a kids menu. She answered coldly NO, and implied that we should go away! this was definitely not the kids friendly restaurant!! We chose to stay as my son was very hungry; 2) After we sat down, we were after some advice on the menu, and in particular the differences between a few options. her male colleague took the order. He did not make any recommendations, and he simply said they were all very similar (then whats the point of having so many options to confuse people!!); 3) My son was after some meat options, and there are limited cooked meat options, so we ordered a portion of meatball and a pizza with sausage. my son didnt like the meatball (it tasted a bit raw inside), but he liked the sausage. So I asked if we can order a portion of sausage on its own. The lady who served us initially again answered coldly no. She could have done it in a much more polite and nice way than giving us this attitude and a poker face as if we owed her something; 4) Towards the ending of the dining, we asked for some take-away boxes, she said nothing again, and just started to take away our plates. Then I asked at least three times we need some take-away boxes (I even ran after her to make sur le the food did not go to waste), then she turned around and said ok. I was certain that if I did not insist, she would throw away our food. 5) After having our food packed, we asked for a paper bag to carry as the pot for the meatball started to leak already. Initially she said we do not have bags, and I have to ask again and again then she gave us a paper bag. Why giving away a paper bag was such a difficult decision? 6) When we asked to pay, she again ignored us and attend to someone who just came into the restaurant and started to process an order for him. I had to ask her to serve us first (it was our turn) and I had to explain my toddler got unsettled after seeing her being so rude in front of us. This was my worst dining experience and I certainly did not expect a restaurant in Fulham can be so family / kids unfriendly, and the waitress can be so rude and ignorant. There is definitely big room for improvement in service quality!
