The food was awful, same as a server. Girl don’t even speak English language normally (she was ruzzian, and after she realized that we knew her language, she started to speak with us in ruzzian, although I said that this was inappropriate for me and asked her to switch to an international language, which she didn’t do). Typical overrated place, btw they owe their high rating to the army of bots, which they launched after the owners shіttеd themselves. NOT RECOMMEND

Ask to get a glass of tap water but was told I can't have water as we only ordered 1 shisha pot. Absolutely ridiculous. Staff just looked like they were making up rules and were not friendly at all. Would not advise to go, especially if going in a group as they seemed like the people who would make things up if there was a large group, just to try and rinse people of money 😠

Service is very slow and sometimes inadequate. There are number of TVs to watch sport events their settings is good and can have good view from anywhere in the place.

1 chicken doner. 1 small chips and a can Fanta, take away, they charged me £10 Low quality meat and bad service there. Never ever again and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The shisha at this place is a hit and miss. Some days you will go and get amazing shisha and others really really bad so it's like taking g a risk. The food here is really expensive for example a saraya burger which basically is a quarter pounder is like £7 which is just burger and chips and then drink is like £2.50 when I say drink I mean a can of coke. The good thing is the place is indoor.

Absolutely horrendous service, we came in at 7, asked 6-10 times for our shisha and food. It arrived 75 minutes later. Milkshakes are all cream, rude impatient staff. The shish tawouk wrap also cold and disgusting. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Other people being served and given their food before us despite coming an hour after us. Very negative experience, has put me off the entire area. The owners need better staff, preferably ones who dont lose your order 5 times on the way to the kitchens - which is less than a 2 minute walk.

Rude staff and very disorganised. A friend and I were told we would be sat down in ‘two minutes’ and were asked to wait. We waited for 20 mins, even though the table we were told we were having was vacant and didn’t need to be cleared. Eventually someone else was seated there instead of us and we were shoved elsewhere after enquiring about it. We left because we had enough. Go to Huqqa lounge down the road, much better and the lovely staff are very attentive.

Good place, good ambiance, food is average, you need to ask them for what is freshly made today, otherwise overall it’s good. The service is very good, staff are friendly and the lounge is spacious so even when it is crowded the ambiance gets better.

Yummers food and great atmosphere. Some shishas and tvs showing.MTV/sport, which was unsettling to the kids, but the management were excellent and really helpful. Fatush was amazing, so too the aubergine starter. Main courses were too top too.definitely coming back.

One of the best Shisha place I like to go for many reasons, food great and testy and fresh .. no reason for some negative feedback for the food .. many times I been there and test food almost everything in the menu .. Shisha on top even when you don't like it they change it for you as fast as they can .. very good service and always pleased to help .. so recommended for friends and family as this place very respectfull.

Awesome food and desert with live sports played on the TV's! The Shisha and the range of flavours is amazing though you do have to ask for available flavours (can do with a separate menu). The general vibe is chill and the staff are always ready to help you.

Lovely shisha place to relax and the shisha quality is great as it lasts long without the tobacco which I find annoying in other places. Very good service and the staff are very friendly and understanding. Great atmosphere with a large variety of middle-eastern foods. My favourite is the falafel wrap. Celebrated my birthday here and everybody was so lovely. Great experience overall!

Nice food good sheisha. One of a few places that give you tongs when they bring out our pipe. Down side they don't have a sheisha menu.

Where do i start? The price, the atmosphere, the hospitality, everything in this place is 5 outta 5. I've been there 3 times but by the end of summer I'd have been there 100 times. Recommended for all.
