Quality changed, 2 days ago went there and SARMA BAKLAVA bought the oil quality was used horrible. Baklava wasn’t tasty as it used to be.

I bought myself a kunefe and the serbet they put on the kunefe was off it was tasting sour if you love your kunefe I highly not recommend this place

I purchased the same pastry four days in a row, and each day, I was charged a different price. This inconsistency is something I don't appreciate in your culture as Turks. This is not Istanbul, and with such behavior, you are bound to lose your customers.

Thank God, when I asked the donut desserts I bought today, "Are these fresh?" I said, "Of course, they are all great" and when I brought them home, they were as soft as dough. Greetings to you too, lying shop assistant.

I bought baklava from there today but it was so sweet and also the taste was not good. I was buying from here 2 years ago and it was not like that.

Recently, one of our friend’s wife gave birth, and to celebrate, he bought some baklava and shared it with his friends. We were fortunate to be among them, and I must admit, it was one of the best-tasting baklavas I’ve had in the UK—comparable to the ones I enjoyed back in Türkiye. Naturally, I was curious about where he had bought them, and he informed me that they came from this particular place. Since then, I’ve been seeking an opportunity to visit and get some for myself. Finally, the day arrived for me to visit. Unfortunately, the journey was quite long, and the traffic was heavy, making it a challenging trip. It took over an hour and a half to get there, which is one of the reasons I won’t be able to visit this place as often as I would like. However, during my visit, I noticed that the shop had plenty of packed and labelled boxes, and later, when I checked their website, I discovered that they also offer delivery. This is an excellent option for someone like me who may not be able to make the trip frequently. When we arrived, we were offered a mix of choices. Eager to try everything, we requested a small box with a selection of one or two pieces of each available variety, amounting to no more than half a kilo. Before we left, the lady behind the counter graciously offered us a sample to taste. Her gesture was very kind, and I want to take this opportunity to thank her if she ever reads this. Her hospitality left a positive impression on me. While waiting and browsing the shop, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the place. It was clear that hygiene is a top priority. Customers can even observe the workers as they produce the products. The young fellows behind the scenes were working diligently, and it’s evident that they are experts at what they do. This level of transparency and professionalism further enhanced my confidence in the quality of their products. The baklava itself was exceptional. If you ever decide to buy dessert from this place, I highly recommend opting for the freshly made, daily batches. The quality difference between a fresh piece and one made the previous day is noticeable, at least to me. It’s easy to tell which ones are freshly made, and the taste is incomparable. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my visit, even if it’s not a trip I can make often. The combination of outstanding quality, friendly service, and the option for delivery makes this place truly special. I’ll cherish the experience and look forward to enjoying more of their delicious desserts in the future.

I went and I said hello. Nobody answered anything I bought stuff for nearly £50pounds I said thank you and goodbye. Nobody say the word back. What kind of services is that the food is nice also, the people can make it nicer ridiculous. They don’t say hi or bye.

I would genuinely say their baklava is amazing. They have really tasty pastries made fresh every morning which i love having it with a tea or coffee in the morning when going to work.

I ordered Dubai chocolate, it arrived today, it was very bad, the kadayıf inside was soft, stale and there was no crunchiness. The chocolate was also very bad.

Unfortunately, Dubai chocolate is very unsuccessful, the chocolate is of low quality, the pistachio taste is not there, the kadayıf was soft, such an expensive product should not be of this quality.

I absolutely love this place. I also get most of my desserts here. Today I got the wet baklava and tiramisu cake. Which so delicious.

Friendly staff, they are open till late and you can find coffee at late time which is unusual in london

They charged me 4 pounds for the dessert because I ate it inside and no information was given about the price difference beforehand. It's basically exploitation, be careful.

This bakery is amazing. The sausage rolls in the morning are too good with the olive bread, and the spangle and sutlac is all my favourites and I love the chocolate round biscuits. I love this shop. They are so local to me and I love how they are open so early so everytime I go to work I will always get a sausage roll. And the people who work there are always so kind and smiley. We went in this morning and I can not recommend this place enough it was absolutely lovely the girls at the front of the desk were very lovely and welcoming there customer service was phenomenal they even offered my son a cookie which was so generous of them there food was incredible it was very fresh yet tasty aswell honestly the best place to go for desserts😌

We were very pleased with the desserts we bought today, they were very nice. But I can't say the same for the staff. They were giving us what we wanted by force. If I didn't know the taste and quality of the desserts, I would have taken them back without buying them.

Unfortunately we are disappointed in the baklava we purchased this evening as takeaway. They told us was fresh by the time we got home it wasn’t. Let’s hope this was one off.

This place is busy, but customer Service is good. They welcome you, I just went there for baklava, however they do much more cakes, biscuits and desserts. They have ready cakes to pick up or you can order and they have cake slice too. Everything looks Devine. The place is really clean too!

Apparently all their products have egg... Not sure if that's actually true or it was more a case of them not wanting to serve us. Maybe the way they looked at us when we walked in wasn't just my imagination.

First time I bought, the cakes were amazing and fresh but 2nd time I went there they sold me some old cakes and cold baklava which had a weird taste( similar to what you get when you leave something in the fridge for a few days) texture weird and hard. I also asked them if the products are fresh and I’ve been told they are. The cakes are at least one 4-5 days old judging by the taste of that raffaelo candy( the peanuts and chocolate will change taste after a few days of exposure ) be very careful as you can get really sick. Super disappointed straight to the bin.

Everything is fine, but fruit cakes are empty inside and it would be better if you put some fruit on them. There is always only one piece of fruit on top of the cream.

I tried this place with my friend to have cake and coffee. When I ordered, I asked if the cake was fresh?. The staff there answere:, yes!!, fresh!. ((Everything here is fresh)), but it was old and had a very bad taste and was not worth the money. The price per piece is £4.50 . Most of the desserts seemed not fresh.

Avoid this place!!! Very unprofessional had my baby shower cake done with this place i showed them a picture of the cake i wanted and was promised they will make the same cake but it has nothing got to do with the picture i showed. They asked if i wanted icing or fresh cream but recommended icing as due to the cake being high it could break if they were to use cream so i told them to use icing to avoid the cake breaking. When my partner arrived to pick the cake up they did not have the right packaging and gave the cake with no box, what a professional way handing a cake to a customer! and when my husband refused they built a box that was not suitable for the cake! if they are making 6inch cakes they should surely have the right packaging! by the time the cake came to the venue it was broken and everything was apart £80 literally wasted as i wasn't able to display the cake nor offer it to my guests very embarrassing!

I went to get dessert at 21:10 and the owner or manager was shouting at the customers service workers infront of customers, because someone’s left bad review on Google the worker was literally about to cry the desserts are 10/10 but it made me really uncomfortable watching the poor girl holding herself not to cry and hearing the owner do that he should feel bad himself for getting the business a bad review now

Deserts are okay but the customer service is horrible this is a place that I usually get deserts from be aware the customer service is absolutely horrible I asked if a desert comes with chocolate sauce and one of the workers behind the counter started taking to the cashier about how I was just trying to get stuff for free this is absolutely shameful for a establishment like serhi antep I found it really rude that the people behind the counter were gossiping about something that is not true this is not how customers should be treated very disappointing

The most exquisite artisan baklava ever! Our lovely colleague ordered a delicious box of baklava for a fellow colleagues birthday yesterday morning and it was absolutely divine! Without exaggeration the best baklava we have ever tasted! Beautifully presented and such a special treat for a special day. If you love baklava like we do, then this is the place to go! Absolutely amazing!

Visited whilst in Enfield seeing family. A lovely little shop with some very sweet treats, especially the pistachio cake and Baklava. The atmosphere was OK and the staff are friendly but a bit stand-offish at times. Otherwise, the cakes are fabulous - no hesitation in recommending and visiting again.

Probably the best in North London by far. The quality speaks for it self, always fresh, tasty and efficient. The taste resembles the quality from Turkey. Its always a case of in and out. Highly recommend for those Baklava lovers!

I've heard about this place for ages. So today I gave it a try. Without a doubt the best Baklava (original) that I've tasted in the UK it's really Turkey quality.
