Ghost Kitchen for 'Seoul Chikin' Ordered 2 Meal Deals, only sent 1 Burger and extras with Cans (Missing 1 Burger). Complained directly and advised... "Just spoken to my kitchen staff and chef checked that all was there.. they have never sent an incorrect or incomplete order yet as they know i get a financial penalty for it so they think we been unfortunate with the drivers honestly.. which when I brought the franchise into my pub was told this may happen now and again. I apologise and will chase with deliveroo.. thanks " Very disappointing response. 4 Hygiene Rating too!

The onion rings are not legitimate, with no onions in them -they are cheap mass-produced products that I could get from a cheap supermarket - very disappointing. Otherwise, the burgers and chips were really good. Maintain the integrity of your menu and upgrade your onion rings.....

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. TOOK MY MONEY AND DIDNT DELIVER ANY FOOD, WHEN I CALLED TO ASK WHERE IT WAS THEY JUST TURNED THE PHONE OFF.

Ordered from here a few times though Uber eats. The meal tonight had so much chilli that it was inedible. Not pleased. Usually enjoy their food. Not this time

Great buffalo wings, amazing fries! Burger was OK, but consider the bun..It let it down! if it had a decent brioche and not a cakey warburtons long life bun, it would be up there.. Just constructive feedback 👍🏼😉

I have just eaten the best burger of my entire life. The loaded fries were out of this world and I have genuinely never been so satisfied and happy with the quality and size of the portion. Thanks so much everyone who works there!!!
