Shahs Halal Food Uxbridge in Hillingdon

They fill it up with rice and when you say the shahs less than 2 miles away makes much bigger portion, they get defensive and say they’re not the same. If they’re a franchise why are they not the same? They’re food is also not fresh. If you have a car go to the Hillingdon Shahs which tastes better and they give you much more protein.

They are offering Unbranded cola .. staff attitude is like selling for free .. shameless behavior Date 7th jan 25 Time: 14:15 Owner should take notice ..

Don't order from here on Uber eats. Ordered food at 11:40 and now getting my delivery 12:40. Better to collect then order delivery.

Don’t understand all of the negative reviews on this place if I’m honest. First time I ever ordered from here..I got the mixed meat with rice and it’s absolutely divine. The meat is so plentiful and tender..very tasty! Generous portions also. The only niggle I have is I have ordered white sauce a few times and it’s never been included?! I’ve called tonight to let them know. I’m very fussy with food and meat especially..but I actually feel addicted to Shahs food lately as its so tasty and I’ve kept ordering! I just wish the white sauce that I always order is included with my meal but it never seems to be.

Absolutely terrible customer services, Such rude stuff who barely speak English, Ordered large chicken platter, Filled it up with rice and salad couldn’t even see any chicken inside had to find it, I even questioned him as I always go to other shahs in ealing and southall, My first and last time at this one covered with so you can’t see Disgusting stay away

This place is very fun and tasty. The customer service is spectacular and the servers are very friendly and interactive. I always get the mix platter with rice, chicken and lamb and it’s very filling and delicious!! Big portion sizes at great prices!!

The first time I ordered from them, I noticed that the prices were sky-high—so expensive! Before ordering, I called them to ask about what comes inside the falafel. They said, “We put everything.” The person on the phone asked how spicy I wanted it, and I said medium—not too spicy. When I received the delivery, the food was cold, the bread was burned, and the falafel only had salad inside. There were no spices or sauce, and it was so sour that I couldn’t even enjoy it. I ended up binning it because it was inedible. It tasted terrible and was a complete waste of money. I called them again to complain, but the person on the phone was very rude, shouting at me. Then they said, “You have to choose,” even though they originally told me it came with everything. When I pointed this out, they hung up on me. If you can’t provide good customer service, you shouldn’t run a business. I will never order from them again. Let me know if there’s anything else to adjust!

The food is amazing, not gonna lie. But the customer service is absolutely horrendous. Arrogant, aggressive and rude to customers. Doesn’t listen to feedback and brushes you off. I think it was the assistant manager who was being extremely aggressive, and when told about his aggression he brushes it off. Keep going and one day you will get 🤦‍♂️

What a joker... Was about to make a large order, but the staff member was soooo rude, whilst I was ordering he started aggressively telling me where to stand, although there was no one else there. When I asked him why he then started to stare me down... Walked away without ordering... Shame, as I would have liked to have tried the Gyro 😐

Wow, just wow. I visited on Sunday with my partner and their chicken on rice is amazing. The staff are friendly aswell. Tastes so good, I had to order some today as I was still thinking about it. I hope the takeaway will be just as good.

Awful, ordered via Uber Eats today, falafel rice, was bland and horrible. £4.00 for chips, I thought it would be something special, not the pale looking chips you get in a cheap chicken shop. Have to say, worst experience for Asian food. Would definitely not recommend it.

This would've been 1 star but the food actually tasted okay. Wish there was more of the meat/chicken though! I ordered a large combo and it came with spoon after spoons of rice was a little bit of chicken and meat and when I asked for salad it's like I asked them to empty the cash register and hand it over to me. Rude staff members who initially hung up my call as I was driving towards them? All in all the sauces on the food was lovely the meat/chicken (the little that I had) was decent. But won't be revisiting this branch for sure!

Got chicken lamb combo with chips large. Full of chips and salad hardly any chicken or lamb. Plus chicken and lamb doesn't seem fresh or real. Can't even finish it just full of chips and salad and sauce .
