Shake Hut in Harlow

4 of us went for Breakfast at the 5th Avenue store Harlow on the 15th August. We were told no beans no tomato sauce , we ordered for 2 children by the way and that is important to them. The fried eggs were like rubber and the toast , had barely seen the toaster. There didn't seem anyone in charge to complaints to. It was appalling . In the past the food was always quite good. Such a shame, its not the right way to attract customers back. Will never visit again.

Ordered food for delivery through Deliveroo. The food was stale, the buns were rock-hard, and the fries tasted like fish. I will never order from them again. They don't seem to be bothered by their ratings either.

"Disappointed with my recent visit. Despite Costa’s policy of accepting Blue Light Cards, this branch declined mine without explanation. Prices were excessively high, making it poor value for money. I’d recommend avoiding this location and seeking alternatives outside the hospital to avoid overpaying."

Ordered for a delivery, and they delivered the wrong pizza (toppings missing) I requested another one to which they agreed at first then called back and explained they was only sending me a smaller pizza as only half of it was wrong. After a while of explaining that, that isn’t good enough they agreed to send the order out again. Only this time they’ve barely cooked it and the pizza is near enough still dough. Terrible service will not be ordering again
