I've always heard good things about this place. But the last two times I've ordered have been awful. I had an item not delivered (but paid for) and last time 2 of the 4 dishes were not very hot and also very watery. There is no email address to contact and the phone is not picked up during the day. Such a shame.

Heathlands Rd
We had a pre-reserved table for lunch on a children's day out but when we were seated we were told that the wait for food was 1 hour! Obviously children can't wait that long for food and so we had to abandon the table and find somewhere else to eat on a saturday lunch with no notice, which of course totally wrecked a carefully timetabled day.

418 Reading RdDriving home and past this place decided to get the family chips for tea. £8.40 for 3 portions of chips to which they were the size of a kids meal. Will not be going again. I felt as I walked in I was interrupting the woman. No smile or a hello aswell :/ Chips were luke warm not sure if they have been reheated or not.
