I went to the Westfield one in Shepherd’s Bush and ordered one shawarma box! I had a severe headache and threw up everything! It’s really a shame how you put expired ingredients or you make it the day before!! Lost of money especially when it’s expensive… 13 pound for nothing!! Be careful people

Ordered chicken shawarma box but got chips with bits of chicken sprinkled on top. Good amount of sauces though.🙃

Our previous experiences with Shawa Grill have been positive, consistently delivering high-quality food and generous portions. However, today's experience was disappointing; the platter's portion size was significantly smaller than expected, with a disproportionately small amount of chicken and a large quantity of chips. We will not be returning.

The quality of the food has gone considerably down. No taste on the shawarma chicken wrap. I tried going for a wrap meal and when I got to the till, they overcharged me. Also the cost is far too expensive. Sorry.

Food very tasty, unfortunately very little meat portion (measured by large spoon), they have lot of differen salad but they give basic only so not sure what they using rest of additions for. When I ask to get some hummus, I have been given a literally tea spoon of it, and the girl has to ask the manager if she can do it. Bit pathetic.

Amazing place to eat, food is well flavoured and the staff are very friendly and guest needs focused. I will be back again

I just tried Shawa food restaurant for the first time. It’s so yummy yum.. 🤤 As a Indian, I loved their chicken marinated method, properly cooked 🤌 Their fries are ridiculously tasty and crispy.. Highly recommended restaurant.. must try.. 👌 I’ve served by Shyam.. he’s so kind and recommended really good deals..

Nice food . Small range of lebanese, but makes sense for location. Chicken box was OK I would have again, but go light on the sauce especially the garlic as it takes over everything. I think in hind sight the wrap would have been more enjoyable. Wife was good. The pickles make it a little wet so don't eat walking around .Very tasty and make a nice change from pizza or burger. I still cry at £2.45for a can of Cole that it the goi g rate now so I'll get over it.

Spent £18 for trash box of chips tons of sauces on top with chicken i couldnt find! And 2 pieces of falafel which wasnt too bad, £12 chicken box doesnt come with any salad! Not eating from this place again!

This place is fantastic. Customer service is brilliant, letting you taste the food before ordering. The food is delicious and the price is reasonable. We had the halloumi wrap meal and the chicken shawarma platter. Both super good and the strawberry and rose juice is really good too.

Shyam had been tremendous. His customer skills was outstanding, and extremely commendable. The speed, and his high standard of hygience is something worthy of mentioned. Absolutely fantastic. Shawa should recognise the standard that had been set by him.

Very pricey for what’s in the wrap. Yes it tasted great but there wasn’t much chicken in there! The fries where a good sized portion though
