What can I say… Shere Khan, Khan is a Lion ❤️ The ambience gives amazing feel, extremely comfortable and safe with beautiful lighting and interior. The Waiter was amazing, extremely helpful. Really really disappointed with the service and portion size of what I just purchased. Firstly, the butter chicken took over 25 mins to prepare but I'm totally happy to wait as I'd expect the meal to be prepared well, however the end product was far from satisfying. There were 3 medium sized pieces of chicken and 2 small but it seemed like that they didn't only run out of chicken but the sauce too. See attached picture of the tub and it's just about half the tub or perhaps a tad bit over. Furthermore, one of my starters was missing from the bag and it was only upon raising, it was corrected. I've driven far from Shere Khans restaurant but this behavior of staff or management totally frustrates me. Please don't cut corners if you're cutting back on portion sizes perhaps buy the appropriate containers so you don't disappoint patrons. 31st Dec 2024: Went back today after a long time and the food and service was on point. The host was so good too. 10/10

We had dinner here for my husband's birthday and the food was delicious! We were helped by Mr. Ali Reza, he fulfilled all our wishes. His service was more than excellent, we felt completely welcome! The location was also very beautiful. We indicated that we did not want the food to be too spicy for our son and that was arranged. Ali Reza advised us to order “Korma” for our son because it was very tasty, sweet and not spicy. Our son liked it so much that he wanted to come back. We came back for a second time and were in a hurry, we had to catch our boat and go back home. We indicated that we were in a hurry and the food was there within 5 minutes, but this time the food was a bit too spicy for our son. We indicated this and within a few minutes we received a new one, without pepper. It was so delicious, we took the leftover food with us. If we come back to London, we would 100% come back here to eat! Dear Ali and all other employees, thank you for your good and kind service and see you next time! We recommend everyone to eat here. 🤍

Great place and good quality food. There’s room for improvement with staff friendliness and atmosphere. Maybe try dimming the lights or adding some background music? Also, need to absorb the noise with more soft surfaces. Food was nice, but having some fresh sides to accompany the flavor packed dishes. Staff at the end was really lovely, but it started on a rather rude approach and it took some time for them to warm up.

5 STARS!! I just had the most amazing experience at Shere Khan in Feltham! The restaurant itself is absolutely stunning, the food the flavours and spices were amazing; it’s definitely worth every penny! Including the desser it was delicious but what truly stood out was the service. Salman, who served us today, was exceptional—kind, respectful, and incredibly efficient. He ensured all our queries were answered and made sure our orders were perfect.😊 Salman even brought out a cake with a candle for my brother’s birthday—it was such a thoughtful gesture! The other waiters were equally fantastic, cracking jokes and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere that made the entire experience even more memorable. Thank you so much to the entire team—we loved every moment and will definitely be returning!✨

Great restaurant with a nice selection of food. The service and the atmosphere are impeccable,management and the staff are doing above and beyond to please the customers and to offer great service. We've held our Xmas party dinner in there and every person was impressed. 100% recommend for an event or for a nice place to have dinner.

The special Lamb chops and fresh butter naan are amazing and that's literally it! BUT Worst main dishes I have ever tasted do not waste your time. The mixed grill kebabs are horrible taste like they came out the freezer. The fried fish is tasteless The rest of the mixed grill was good. Special chops 10/10 Chaat 8/10 Mixed grill 4/10 Kebabs chicken & lamb 1/10 Fried fish 1/10 Chicken biriyani 2/10 Lamb biriyani 2/10 Butter chicken 1/10 more like tomato chicken! Lamb karahi 1/10 Chicken karahi 1/10 Honestly I cannot express how bad the food is here and I also do not understand why people eat it! I'm baffled! I'm guessing people come here once and don't come back again or only come back for the mixed grill apart from the kebabs and fried fish the mixed grill was good. Look the atmosphere is alright and all but if your looking for atmosphere go sit by the river at sundown with a KFC. If you go somehwere to eat you go to eat! Couldn't care less about the atmosphere. Service is great can't knock that. Would I recommend this place? Yes I would BUT only for the special lamb chops and fresh butter naan. That is it! If your reading this Shere Khan Feltham Then sort your food out. Put some more effort in. Don't use the same sauce for everything. Use better quality or more fresh meats. Send your Chefs on some taste courses because there obviously have issues in that department. Use butter in butter chicken come on... its not that expensive...

To be honest my first review I deleted it as it was a bit on a negative side but I thought I would give these guys one more chance and try the restaurant out again. And I'm so glad I did hence the high star rating, yesterday 4 of us went to this restaurant and what an absolute turnaround the service was impeccable, food very good quality and all the spices really tasty. When we went to the restaurant it was absolutely packed and I was was thinking that the service would be probably slow but no our waitress was absolute 10 out of 10 everything arrived on time and anything we needed she was there for us and also a big credit to the management team who greeted us at the door with a very warm smile and made us feel extremely comfortable and welcome. I would highly recommend this restaurant 10 out of 10

The ambience and decor of the restaurant is nice and pleasing along with the food and service. The portion sizes of the main dishes such as the curries are generous. The 2 downsides of our recent visit; a group member asked for sliced onion as a single salad item, we got charged £3:45 for that. During the meal we ordered many naans but the the last one was so hard and crispy instead of being soft and fluffy. Will pay more attention to these things next time

Good restaurant with good ambience and prompt service. Salman suggested chicken karahi and chicken tikka biryani as we were looking for something spicy and both dishes were good. Will come back for more

Starter was served within 5 minutes and mixed grill did not taste fresh at all, it tasted like that it was warmed up in the microwave.

Had a good experience celebrating a birthday. The food we had was well flavoured and spiced. The deco was contemporary and well designed. Our service was with Silman and he was very helpful and attentive. Will revisit again.

Nice Pakistani restaurant in Feltham, restaurant has modern and stylish design, it is very spacious. The food was tasty, prices are reasonable. Parking is free outside of the restaurant.

Came here the first time with my sister and parents and loved it! 10/10 service from Adeel was very good and filling! The vibe and atmosphere was very nice! Will definitely visit again!

Very Disappointing Experience I ordered food through Deliveroo, and unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The pilav rice was undercooked—almost like half-boiled rice—and not at all enjoyable. The roti was burnt and too dry. Overall, I feel like I wasted my money, and I won't be ordering from here again. I hope the restaurant improves the quality of their food, especially for delivery.

I had a limited window of time to order and eat until I had to leave. As soon as I got there, I made them aware of the time constraints to which they were very accomadating. My waiter Munaza was excellent, took my orders, and delivered them perfectly! Even when it came to leaving, the leftover food was packed for us and delivered just in time for me to pay the bill and make my way on to the other things I had to do. Overall an exceptional experience!

Had an absolutely amazing time at Shere Khan Feltham recently. The food, service and atmosphere were all outstanding! The four of us arrived without booking and were straightaway shown to the family seating booths which were great for privacy and comfort. We ordered the Mixed Grill, Chicken Korma, Lamb Achari and a selection of naans - plain, Keema and Peshawari. Everything served looked and tasted very authentic. The cocktails were refreshing and complemented the food immensely. Looking forward to visiting again very soon.

Pakistani owned, makes sense!! Reached out for FREE WORK in January 2024 but never responded until nearly a year later. I unsent and resent my messages so many times throughout the year but I think they’re account got hacked because they had no movement until now back on instagram! Because bloggers are going and eating free, they don’t want to pay and blocked me on instagram because I charge for my work!!!! A massive fancy restaurant wont last long enough with this behaviour!

Kyara was very good at her job, managing the environment really well. I much say compared to the Birmingham one your staff here are super friendly and customer service at the top of their priority.

Honest Review - we had a variety of starters, all of which were very nice. Unfortunately the main courses were not nice whatsoever, no one finished their meal. We had 3 different curries, rice and Nan. The rice was very very dry and tasted as though it was cooked a few days ago and just re heated in the microwave. Unfortunately The curries were equally as bad and were not nice at all and had hardly any flavour. Definitely not worth the price we paid. The staff were all very friendly and pleasant and the decor was really nice. Just the main courses really let our experience down. If we go back it’ll only be for the starters.

Food was good and came out quick however we was rudely interrupted during our meal a few time asking if we wanted the bill or whilst eating the bill I was asked if I wanted to get a box for a takeaway which I felt was very rude to force out a customer I understood they were closing but there’s other ways to ask a customer to leave

Shere khan … a local Pakistani and Indian cuisine just 10mins down the road from me. Honestly one of the best services to this day. Today I hosted a bridal shower and the staff were the most amazing and helpful staff I have ever met. Baring in mind, this is not my first visit but actually my 4th… And the service is outstanding every single time. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive and will assist with every little detail. The food is a bonus… delicious food and reasonable prices. I don t think there are enough words to how much I enjoy this place

This place is reasonably priced and has a good ambiance but would never recommend to anyone. Visited for the first time and had about 3 people ask to seat us and would walk away. By the time we got seated and ordered our starters came and 45 mins later I asked the waitress where our mains were, to which she responded with she was ‘waiting’ for us to completely finish our starters first - not typically how it works in a restaurant. Once she realised we weren’t really happy with how long we had to wait for our mains, she suddenly became too attentive and asked to take away our unfinished drinks several times. After we finished we asked to pack the food away to which she didn’t accept fault and blamed my entire table for the food being thrown out. Surely when a table of 4 people have all said they unanimously asked for the food to be packed we cannot be wrong, and it is in fact the waitress at fault for throwing it away. No compensation, no discount, nothing. Forget the instagram photos, save your money go elsewhere. Sub standard food with terrible service.

Just had another amazing meal here. Had the lamp chops and half peri peri chicken and Salman our server was very nice and helpful.

It's affordable and the place is aesthetically pleasing. Their mocktails are nice and I enjoyed the food. However it can be a bit weird with all the staff just staring at you and at times it almost seems as though they were talking about us and laughing. Only issue I had is with one of the kitchen staff. We initially asked for naan bread but within less than 30 seconds we decided against this. Within this timeframe my friend went to the kitchen to ask them to cancel it and they said that it was already being prepared and that we could not cancel, even though we stated we would not be eating it. They still proceeded to bring it out to us and we refused it because we were not going to eat it. They tried to insinuate we agreed to still accept it, which wasn't the case. You can't make someone accept something they asked to be cancelled, especially within a fair time. Luckily there was no dispute and it was not put on our bill. Also it's a bit cheeky that they place the chutney mix on your table without asking you if you want it. I was going to order it anyway but I can see this fooling some people. The customer should actually order it because it's not free! If you don't check the menu and receipt well, you will think it's free with how they put it on your table once you arrive.
