I just couldn't fault this great restaurant. Everything was on point from cleanliness all around to the food and the professional service. The staff have great customer focus and don't look down on anyone. The food is served within reasonable time after your order, and the desserts are great too. It's definitely a 5 star for me! Thank you guys for the treatment.

The restaurant is very cosy and warm, and the dish I ate - a hamburger - is some of the best I tasted in a long while.

I recently visited Sicily Restaurant, and I am absolutely in love with their pizzas! Great food and great service from our waitress Fatima who was helpful and patient. Belly pork and lamb dishes were both amazing and freshly cooked. Portion sizes for pizza, pasta etc look amazing and prices pretty reasonable. Second visit and will definitely be back. Thank you.

Lovely off the beaten track classic

Would really recommend this "local feel" italian but it's 5 minutes walk from Victoria and the two theatres. Great and atmosphere.

We walked in without a booking (table of 6). The food was divine - best Italian I’ve ever had and so reasonably priced. It was a busy evening but we felt the service was really personal. Fatima our waitress was amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Second time I ate here in 6 weeks. The food is excellent and the staff very friendly. The Salmon I had was very good. Went back again just before Christmas 24. Great food and service and we were not being pressured to vacate the table. Stayed about 100 mins. My anchovy and olive pizza with extra tuna was amazing. The house Pilsner beer on draft was excellent too.

Hi there, we just had the best experience ever, start with easy booking via google maps ,our lovely sweet welcoming waitress Fatima helped us pick our dinner and upgraded the value of our visit with her kindness. We had Margarita pizza, lasagna and arancini, pizza was very light and delicious the lasagna was sensational🤤❤️. We unfortunately pass dessert but I has hansh that tiramisu is so good 🌟, highly recommend 🔥

We had our legal department Christmas lunch here last week. We were a party of 22 people. When we booked, we thought we would be a larger group and so there was the usual changes to the group number and last minute cancellations, but this was very well managed by the owner, Paul. Everyone really enjoyed the visit. The food was fantastic, really high quality, particularly the sea food and meat. The pizzas and pastas were also delicious. This is not just your usual Italian restaurant, the owners and chef clearly take the time to thoughtfully consider the menu and specials to give the flavours a twist. The atmosphere was great, with a live pianist playing. Our waitress, Fatima, was spectacular. She was very kind and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. It has a real warm family feel about the place; somewhere where the locals come to eat, not just tourists, which is uncommon these days for central London restaurants. We will most certainly be visiting again.

Really good food made with real Italian products, friendly staff and a welcoming environment. Prices a little high, but still average, perhaps disproportionate with water costing half a liter at £4.50. Definitely worth going, we will return and will recommend it to everyone.

Optimal! We came across this Italian cuisine restaurant and had a great time, from the welcome of those who work there, to the food. The pizza dough was excellent and also very large. Delicious fried calamari, a good taste of fish. The meatballs are the most special (100% Italian) both for the flavor of the sauce and for the presence of a basil leaf. I tried a UK beer, the "London Pride" and it is really excellent. What can I say, super recommended!!! Thank you!

Good in general. The waiter had good attitude but he could have more empathy. The food was great, tasty and well cooked. Pizza really good, salmon great, and lasagna very good. Short offer of beer, but plenty of wine options. The restaurant is cozy and comfortable, nice place in general.

Lovely setting, service was excellent and the food great. I had Penne Arrabiata which was so delicious and quite spicy so I loved it. The atmosphere was just right with, surprisingly, nobody screaming with laughter, as it is in most places these days.

My cricket club has held its annual club cricket dinner and award night at The Sicily Restaurant for about 10 years now. Around 25-30 of us attend and its hugely popular with everyone for the price, ambience and quality of food and we shall return again next year.

Sicily Restaurant - Authentic Flavors, Cozy Vibes I recently visited Sicily Restaurant with my girlfriends, and we had a great time exploring their menu. The food was fantastic—authentic and full of flavor. It’s clear that the kitchen knows what they’re doing, and almost everything we tried was excellent. The service was impressively quick, which made the experience even better. With five of us dining, we managed to sample a good variety of dishes, and each one was a delight. That said, the restaurant itself could use a bit of an update. The decor felt a little outdated, and the overall ambience didn’t quite match the quality of the food. However, the delicious dishes more than made up for it. If you’re looking for great Italian food without worrying too much about the surroundings, Sicily is a solid choice!

***Updated*** 2 years ago I was here and was a 5 star easily! But this visit was terrible! The 2 members of staff looked like they'd both lost family members or dogs put to sleep! The girl I don't think smile once at anyone and the Asian guy in his 20's was easily one of the worst waiters I've ever met! Rushed my whole time there, which is the thing I detest the most! No sooner than I'd literally finished my starter, he'd already called my main away! When I asked for a 10 minute wait until I had my main, he informed me that my meal was on its way!!! When I told him that I was not happy..... He proceeded to tell me 'that's what we do here all the time" and then no offer at all to delay the meal! I told him I don't want it for 5 minutes........ The meal came out with dry and cold chips and a very soggy calzone and not even hot inside! I was so angry with this and the waiter knew it, but not once made any attempt to ask how my meal was!! This kind of attitude makes me sick...... Especially when the other time I really enjoyed my experience!! There didn't even seem like they had anything like a manager there to attend to this utter embarrassment of a team!!! Total Disgrace!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡 Lovely Duck Ragu served by really friendly staff!

I came across this restaurant by chance before attending a play, and it was an excellent surprise! The carbonara pasta was delicious, and the tiramisu, simply incredible. I will definitely come back during my next visit to London!

We are here for the 4th time. Very friendly and courteous service. Pleasant atmosphere here. The food came quite quickly, about 10-15 minutes after ordering. The things we ordered were really very good. This restaurant is one of my favorite restaurants here in London. I can only recommend this. Definitely worth a visit ;)

Our waiter was possibly drunk, or on something, as it took a few attempts to explain our order, one thing of which he forgot. My pasta dish looked like a child's portion, and their "own recipe slow cooked beef ragù" was mince in generic sauce. When we pointed out the small dish to the manager she seemed surprised, but no further food or a discount was offered. The 3 pizzas were better.

While looking for a restaurant with a children's menu, we came across this well-reviewed restaurant. When we arrived, we had a moment to consider that it didn't look like much from the outside. It's nicely decorated inside and we really enjoyed the food. We had the lasagna, penne arrabiata and the children's menu with spaghetti bolognese and dessert. Everything was perfect and the service was very accommodating.

The paccheri Nduja is not good and won’t recommend have like 10-12 pieces in a portion for £17.75 not worth the price at all

We attended for a late lunch and the food was delicious, however I felt the menu was quite limited for vegetarian options for my partner and the variety of pizza toppings/options left me wanting more. Their desserts were amazing though and would highly recommend their cheesecake and tiramisu. The chocolate cake was apparently quite sickly though according to my friend. Service has received a 4 from me as the girl who was serving actually barely said much too us, she was very quiet and at one point just stood looking at us in the corner until I mentioned something. For me I have had better Italian experiences but this would be a 4 at most.

7 of us (4 adults 3 kids) had a great lunch here. The food was brilliant and the service exceptional. Very family friendly and my daughter was welcomed to watch the kitchen as they prepared her pizza ♥️ We will be back! Thanks!

I stopped for a quick meal before talking the bus to my city, I'm Sicilian myself, so when I saw that some dishes respected the Sicilian cousine I ordered la pasta 🍝 alla norma con ricotta, it's tasted like in Catania, Sicily. Well done to the chefs, I will definitely came back with friends.

Enjoyed a lovely, casual dinner here on a weeknight with friends. Atmosphere was excellent, very busy Tuesday evening but service was still top notch - fast and friendly. We enjoyed a number of starters to share and some pastas. Absolute highlight was the courgette and prawn parpadelle. Love that the menu also offers additional pasta to dishes which is great for sharing. Lovely seafood flavours and cooked really well. We also had tiramisu and apple tart which was okay. Portion sizes were generous and prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend for groups or casual meals. Would return

A wonderful and homely Italian restaurant! We were served by the lovely Fatima who was attentive and courteous, her suggestions and recommendations were spot on. Close to Victoria for those looking to eat a proper meal ahead of a train or those staying in the area. The food was fabulous, tasty and quick to arrive too. Very highly recommended.

One of our favourite casual restaurants. We have been at least 5 times and have never been disappointed by the food or the service. The live music that occasionally takes place adds to the lovely ambience of the restaurant. The Nonna’s favourite menu choices are also great and something different to your standard Italian restaurant.

Three stars because we didn't have the chance to try the food. I don't understand how it can be that at 8:45 p.m., with the restaurant almost empty, we ask for a table for 4 and they tell us that the kitchen is closed. I am aware that the schedules are not the same as in Spain, but let them inform you in some way so we don't waste time asking questions.
