Very New nice and tasty things that We've ordered (take way) It's important that customer Service needs to improve. Especially when taking orders.

Lovely food, even better service. I've only had doner once before and before I came, I never knew how good it could taste but their food really blew me away. Whilst writing this even, I'm contemplating going back for seconds. 10/10 would go again

The king Prawn Biryani is the best, the staff’s are really friendly and the restaurant is very clean

I've been here a few times in recent weeks. Staff are fantastic in recommending food. The food taste great, always hot and packaged well.

so I ordered a chicken tikka with nan and salad. Normally I dont like to eat chicken tikka as I find its quite dry but this chicken tikka was so succulent and full of flavour,the salad was so fresh and crunchy, the naan was hot and so soft and to top it off the mint sauce on top just gave it that extra taste. It was so delicious. And the service was very fast. Definitely recommend this place.

I ordered prawn biryani today, it was so delicious the prawn was so juicy and tender. The service was great.I would definitely recommend sizzling Bombay.

I placed a order from here through Uber Eats, the food arrived after 40 minutes even though I live 2 minutes away if you drive. The chips was very cold tasted like sand paper the Kebab was cold and tasted like rubber. The biriyani size was a joke and there was hardly any meat or king prawns in the biriyanis. I called the restaurant and the clown was very rude he did not want to listen he tried to hang up on me. I told him I am coming to the restaurant to return the food. I got to the restaurant and there were other people waiting for there food, they was not happy as the amount of time they had to wait was appalling. I spoke to the guy about the food told him it was cold he did not want to listen, one of the customer's outside tasted one of my chips and said it was disgusting tasted like paper. I also said to the man there is hardly any meat or prawns in my biriyanis. The man got up Angry and said when he sent the order there was lots of meat and prawns in the biriyanis. I said to him are you accusing us of eating the prawns and lamb from the biriyanis, silly guy kept arguing so I said give me a refund he refused Said there is nothing wrong with the food. I got upset and told him to make everything again for us. He refused, then one of his colleagues said they will do it again. Waited another 20 minutes outside food arrived went home to eat still did not taste right but was better then the first time. I use to order food from sizzling under the previous management when Ahad and team ran the place those days the food and customer service was exceptional. Now under the new management it is a total mess Food and customer service has gone down the toilet. I will never order from this place again its a complete shambles.

I been a customer since this place opened and this is the 4th time I have ordered since the new owners have taken over. I am new to reviews but felt I had to say something as before this I did complain to them. PRICES HAVE BEEN RAISED and PORTION SIZES HAVE GONE DOWN!! It’s really disappointing and I don’t feel it’s worth the money! I will not be ordering from there again! Ordered biryani, lamb donner, sizzling special and lamb curry! Even the chips have reduced in size by 50%! Hopefully the new owners will take note of their regular customers before they lose them!

AVOID THIS PLACE. I used to be a regular customer here. But after today, will not go there again. The service is poor - the older Bengali guy serving, tried to charge me the higher price for a regular kebab and chips -he's done that before. To add insult to injury, the kebab didn't look freshly cooked and the naan was cold. It was bland and tasteless. Previously I experienced finding a piece of plastic in my food container, a burger bun where the bun had gone off, biryani where the meat pieces were too hard. When I complained today and asked for a refund for the tasteless, not properly cooked kebab, I was told that they don't do refunds, only 10% discounts. Also that t if I didn't like the food, I shouldn't buy the food from there again. Well guess, what I won't and you have lost yet another customer. Disgraceful service, not very customer orientated and unprofessional approach by some of the staff. The food is very overpriced. Typical of a place like this!

£8. Mixed biryani, daal and a Pepsi. The place could do with some paint on the walls but the food far out weighs the environment. You could say it has character. The man behind the counter was extremely friendly and he had a steady stream of customers, he was by himself and managed on his own like a pro. If I need a quick bite again before boarding a train at Euston, I’m coming here!

this Is a great little place just by Euston station. Has a varied menu for eat in or take away. Food is always ready quickly and is very tasty.

Biryani one of the best in these parts. However, the management need to address the lack of cleanliness, the tables need a deep clean at the least. And perhaps a redec. Otherwise customer service and the biryani is brilliant here.

Si quieres tener indigestión, ve allí.El pollo no estaba cocido y lleno de agua.El tase fue como ese trozo de carne que se quedó afuera por al menos 3 días.He pedido 2 hamburguesas y algunas papas fritas.Después del primer bocado, pude sentir la carne fresca en el medio y las salas interiores estaban sucias o. . .El tenedor y el cuchillo no estaban bien lavados porque pude ver los restos de comida del último cliente.Las patatas fritas estaban llenas de aceite y algunas de ellas aún no estaban cocidas en el interior. Creo que arrojan las papas fritas heladas en el aceite recalentado y es por eso.La mayonesa en la mesa olía muy mal y en la salsa de tomate había agua en la parte superior. .No soy una persona que tenga un nivel muy alto de comida, quiero decir que puedo comer de todo pero la comida era terrible.Mesas sucias, piso sucio y seguramente el lugar donde cocinan era el mismo.Tengo ganas de vomitar.Por lo general, no pierdo el tiempo escribiendo reseñas, pero si alguien lo lee, ¡POR FAVOR, EVITA ESE LUGAR!No deberían tener una licencia para cocinar en Londres o en cualquier otro lugar.

llamado en lo que respecta a una mesa y el hombre que respondió simplemente dijo que no y golpeó el teléfono antes de que pudiera indicar el motivo de la llamada. No recomiendo que nadie lleve dinero a este establecimiento si eso es lo que piensan que es aceptable hablar con la gente.

Hoy tuve el kebab, cordero y pollo tikka con picante en un naan shish kebab encantador esponjosas y fue fantástico. Delicioso cebolla Bhajis. Es un poco apretado al comer en el almuerzo, pero para un regalo es difícil de superar. Puede estar muy atareados. Bien vale la pena.

Food quality is just average but it's cheap and their rice portion is quite big. So it's pretty much you get what you pay for. If you would like to have some cheaper Indian food in central London this would be a good choice.

Eso es más o menos cuando terminó. Atención al cliente en el interior con el camarero tratando de tomar mi plato cuando todavía estaba comiendo. Entonces, él merodeaba por unos minutos, solo para mi amigo tenga que decirle que aún estaba comiendo!

Biryani - eso es todo lo que he probado aquí y no hay ninguna razón para cambiar. Es muy bueno. Los chicos que dirige el lugar es super agradable y buena comida. No te olvides de las salsas en la mesa como hacen un paquete de ponche y van bien con muchos platos. Ir allí lo antes posible.

La comida era hambre y quería africanos. El más cercano a la estación de Euston es la Galería donde me africanos. Llegué allí pero estaba cerrado. Necesitaba comer algo disponible, que es cuando entré sizzling bombay. El chico fue muy amable y me preguntó cómo quería que mi comida preparada que él no la especificación. La comida era magnífica, pero barato y el restaurante estaba muy bien.

Orden en el mostrador para llevar o para comer. Me llevó de cordero biryani, daal, cebolla, y chapati bhaji. Todo por menos de 10 libras. La daal y bhaji eran maravillosas, el cordero biryani un poco pesado. El servicio era maravilloso y podía ver mi chapati terminados para mí en la cocina. La comida estaba bien y envasados una sonrisa. Rápido y fácil de llevar.

Pequeño gran servicio delicioso lugar fresco una comida bien preparada con una sonrisa! Será mi lugar regular de ahora en adelante cuando comer algo mientras espero mi tren!

Desde fuera parece un hotelucho estándar tipo kebab llevar tienda que puedes ver prácticamente en cada calle de Londres.

Never thought I would find a place like this in the city as it's almost hidden away. It was a bit busy but was worth the wait. The food was absolutely delicious and had a great authentic fresh taste.

It looks unprepossessing with a crowded and uncomfortable seating areaLots of pre cooked food but also an extensive menu of items that can be freshly cooked to orderIt is very popular with people buying kebabs, burgers and curries for a lunch time take awayIt is worth sitting cramped but having some very interesting dishesThe chicken mirchwalla comes with sun dried tomatoes - very goodThe duck rezalla is an interesting tasteThe naans are freshly cookedA really good tasting and reasonably priced restaurant to get a great meal

Me and few of my friends and colleagues go there often for lunch and from all around the London, this is the best donner kebab I have had. Its not greasy like all other place, they can add spice according to your need. The price bit high than other cheap places but you wouldn't mind paying a pound or two extra for quality food. Sitting arrangement not that high standard as the place is really small, but its tidy and clean also have a table outside where you can have your lunch enjoying the sun.love this place

Sizzling Bombay does a bit of everything from burgers to curries. If you're expecting a posh eatery this isn't it but the food is absolutely delicious. The burgers are ok nothing special buts it the indian food they do that's is absolutely lovely.On Fridays they do a very nice chicken biryani. However the best thing they do is Spicy donner Kebab with Pulao. I tend to go for the medium spicy one where the donner kebab is cooked in Indian spices and served on a bed of fluffy pulao rice.You would think this would be greasy but it isn't and with each bite you can feel the tender kebab release juicy spiciness along with the soft and fluffy rice.The portion is massive and for London you can't go wrong for £6 which includes a drink

Brilliant take away! This was the best take away I´ve had in ages. Its “customer service” was flawless: I had accidently clicked "collection" on the web, but rang the restaurant and was greeted by a polite and well-spoken chap who readily agreed to switch the order to "delivery". Without prompting he then confirmed the order and took note of my special request for more chillies. The delivery was prompt and the driver was courteous. The food itself was first-rate for take-away, far better than I have come to expect, lots of quality meat and chillies, not too oily, well prepared and piping hot. The naan was also clearly freshly made and cooked perfectly. Top marks all around!

30 minutes after the expected delivery time, I called the restaurant to cancel the order. They told me that they are sorry. I asked when they expect it to arrive and they told me that they dont know since they driver is away. I politely asked them to cancel my order and asked them why did not they inform me about this delay. Their response was: "We could not call you, because we were busy". I tried to explain them that I am a client and a part of the reason that they are busy and that I obviously cannot stay at my place waiting for a delivery forever. And they hanged up the phone. I am very disappointed.
