Gifted a bottomless brunch to my wife for her birthday on the 25th January and had an amazing time. The food was nice and their server Tom made sure to check on their table regularly. It was really busy but the staff worked each table. I only saw one group of women who were being rude to a male server, trying to touch him inappropriately. The security took care of the situation. I felt sorry for him as you could tell he felt awkward and uncomfortable. Shame on those ladies for thinking that behaviour is exceptable.

Piper was amazing things were slow when she was on her break but then she made sure everything went smoothly

Had a voucher gifted from buy a gift for a 2 course meal and a drink for our wedding anniversary. The place didn't seem overly busy but waited 70 mins for food to arrive, starters arrived at same time as mains which were cold, the bread on my burger was wrinkled, hard and dry as if it had been under a heat lamp for 30mins. When I questioned why the 2 courses had arrived together the waitress said "cause the kitchen is backed up" as she walked away not even slightly bothered. Absolutely awful experience would not recommend at all.

I enjoy visiting this place every time! The atmosphere is unique, and the service is truly praiseworthy - always nice, polite, and professional. You can see that the employees put their heart into their work, which makes me feel good here. The food is delicious, and the whole thing creates an unforgettable experience. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place with exceptional service!

Me and my daughter came here for bottomless brunch with my daughter was served by Ellie, she is lovely and can’t do enough for you. I would definitely say she knows her job and her customer service is brilliant

Our server Ellie was absolutely lovely! Was super friendly and attentive. Food was delicious also. Only thing I’d say is there was a fair wait in-between drinks, however, the bar got quite busy halfway through our Bottomless Brunch and they looked quite understaffed so I wouldn’t put Ellie at fault for this as she looked like she had a lot of tables to tend to. Thank you ☺️

All staff are so rude. Was waiting 10 minutes to be seated whilst it was quiet and there were 3 girls at work. Asked them if we could sit down. Tried to order drinks to the table and the table or the tables near us had no numbers on. Asked if staff would come take our order. After another 20 minutes waiting they eventually told us it’s bar service only. Terrible service ran by teenagers who screamed at us when we questioned why we weren’t told it was bar service only. Wouldn’t recommend.

Liv was our server and she was amazing

Customer service was very slow. Food took 45 minutes. Are table was booked at half past 6 and didn’t asked for are first drink till 6:50. By 7:30 my food came out on its own and my friends food didn’t come out for another 10 minutes as the server told us it will be an extra 5 minutes as they needed to get the ingredients from the back. We then was missing mac and cheese which didn’t come out for another 10 minutes after my friends meal. Seemed really low staffed, however we seemed to be shoved in the corner where no one really wanted to pay attention to us, to be able to be served. No minutes was added on extra for the inconvenience so we got stopped for drinks at 8:30 when we didn’t get add first drink til about 7 o’clock.

Really enjoyed our night, there was an issue at the start with our table but they sorted it and looked after us afterwards. Piper was a lovely server and absolutely amazing. Food was lovely.

We had a voucher from buy a gift for a 3 course meal with drinks but from walking into the place we felt like we were an inconvenience. There didn't seem to be a record of the booking, even though I'd confirmed it and had an email from the manager, and we were told we could have either stater or pudding from the set menu. The menu itself is pretty basic and you don't get to find out what is on it until you've booked. We chose our 3 options (we pushed them about needing to have 3 courses as that's what our voucher said...). Course 1 was fine but basic, chicken skewers which were quite dry, and some calamari which was a bit too crunchy. Our main courses arrived in good time but wasn't quite right. I had ordered the chicken caesar salad but it came with no chicken. My husband asked and was told it was an optional extra... I checked the menu and the chicken really was on there and asked someone different and they said they would get the chicken for me. My husband had the bacon cheeseburger which was really tasty, but he'd finished it before my chicken arrived for my salad, which was plonked on the table without a word. By the time it got to dessert and my husband got the wrong one we just decided to stick with it and eat it. The prosecco was nice at least It's a place that seems better suited for a couple of snacks before some drinks rather than a romantic meal for 2. We won't be returning.

Here as part of a 21 person group. Not shown to party area, staff came across helpful, asked for drinks and we recieved them but 1hr later, i was still awaiting a pint of amstel along with 1 other. After asking 3 times and going to the bar once, we finally recieved it. They asked what cocktails people wanted and we all asked for sex on the beach. 2 pitchers doesn't cover 21 people unless they're borrowers 🤦‍♂️ shocking. My partner was still waiting for food after everyone had eaten theirs and 3 people had sent theirs back. Add insult to injury, the sauces got brought out after we had finished.

We were a table of 6 celebrating an 18th and served by Piper who could not have been any nicer if she tried, nothing was too much trouble, drinks were served quickly and always with a friendly smile. I would recommend the bottomless brunch :)

Great food for reasonable price the lunch menu is great value for money. Food was very prompt following placing order. Atmosphere was quiet not very busy.

Our server Piper has been amazing!!! Best bottomless brunch ever!

We came for bottomless brunch. In the past we've usually had between 8-12 drinks in the 2 hour period. This time we had 4. Our first drink order came round 10 minutes into our session, the second drinks order came across because we approached the staff and asked for more. Our food order didn't get taken until 1.5hr into our booking. It felt as though we got forgot about. It's not like we was a small table either. 10 of us. Their excuse was " we saw full drinks on the table" . Our response... 2 of them were full as they don't drink very fast, me and another were drinking pints of lager, as apposed to the rest on cocktails. We were to the point of nothing left, but they looked at the wrong drinks.

Excellent American-style pancake breakfast & served quickly. Best hash browns ever! Customer service was excellent… we were kept informed when there was going to be a delay with our hot drinks. Bottomless brunch was incredible well worth it especially for pre drinking ! Are waitress was incredible liv she did a fantastic job especially considering how busy it is . ( it’s a Saturday night) she was fantastic the hole night and I really appreciate her hard work.

We did cocktail making with Jade and it was amazing! She was so much fun and so kind! Would definitely recommend and do again!!
