Food is average but reasonably priced. Staff are nice and friendly and the venue has a nice atmosphere. I particularly like all the fairy lights which add to the overall effect.

Georgia and Natalie our servers were absolutely amazing and made our bottomless brunch, they both continually kept an eye on us and refilling our drinks and checking on us if we needed anything. will definitely be coming back again x

Really good experience. Natalie and Toby provided excellent service during bottomless brunch. Food was good, drinks came in good time, overall atmosphere was fantastic. Will visit again!

We were having a mother daughter evening with 6 of us. The food and drink was great and the vibe was lovely until one of my friends went in the toilet cubical with her sister because she needed a tampon only to find when they both came out the toilet 3 security guards asked them to search their bags which they happily did then after this one of the lady security guards asked to strip search one of my friends without reasoning so of course she refused as we had done nothing wrong and felt violated. We were then asked to leave before the bottomless brunch finished. In fairness the manager on duty understood the situation but the decision had already been made. It’s shame the night was ruined because the bar has a drug problem

Came here for a special birthday event. When I arrived I did not receive a warm welcome from the bar staff. It seemed to be an effort to serve us even though the place was not busy. Moving forward, we took a seat as a party of 10 and placed an order the app. When Caitlin came over with part of the order, there was zero customer service from her, to be honest she was extremely rude in her manner. We had ordered 6 santa baby cocktails which should have come in a silver disco ball glass with a santa hat, the drinks arrived in a wine glass, when i asked politely about the glasses she replied, "we dont have it and if you had ordered at the bar I would have told you but you didnt". The attitude of Caitlin was completely uncalled for and as I was trying to explain we ordered on the app because there was a big group she walked off in the middle of the conversation. As somebody who works in the industry, i urge you to train your team further in the importance of customet service as this attitude resulted in a group of 10 leaving the establishment due to the behaviour of this staff member.

Came for brunch with some girlfriends!! Not the best bottomless I’ve been to but not shabby! Got at least 10 drinks in within out time limit so defo moneys worth, was a Monday night so a little quiet, I can only imagine the atmosphere is way more lively during the weekend! Would defo give it another go during the livelier periods :)

This pub is designed for Westerners. The staff taking orders was unfriendly, and the people there spoke to me in Japanese, even though I am not Japanese. I can only feel sorry for how ignorant they are. I have no idea why this place has such a high rating. While the staff who guided me to my table was kind, the blonde female staff member who took my order was noticeably unfriendly and seemed like she didn’t want to be there, possibly because of being busy. Additionally, the staff didn’t even provide utensils until I asked. I ordered from the menu—was I supposed to eat with my hands? A hollow pub with a fancy exterior.

Manager needs an attitude adjustment, told us to move from a table rather that asking as it was reserved ( no sign to say this ) looked like his friends came in . Was extremely rude. Could have asked nicely

Got food poisoning after eating here. I was sick for two days after the food throwing up. Ruined my bday plans day after visit as was my actual Bday . Nothing can change that, and i do not intend to visit again.
