Slug & Lettuce Manchester Piccadilly in Manchester

Visiting from Scotland for new year celebrations and my wife booked this place for food and drinks. Arrived at 8pm to find little to nothing on the menu and that a £7 per head booking fee only covered 1/ head unnamed spirit and mixer. I didn’t want the house spirit, so my wife was going to have them both. Unknown to us both spirits were served as a double, very unprofessional serving doubles without informing the customer. The place had zero atmosphere and charm, quickly finished our overpriced drinks and left. Could only give the one star as zero stars were not an option…

We saw the establishment by chance (30.12). We ordered breakfast. The food is tasty, fresh, nicely decorated. The brownie was simply incredible😋 I have never eaten such a brownie before. I give 100 stars and recommend!!!!

Izy and Molly are real G’s and we had the best experience! Lovely girls, really friendly and helpful. Couldn’t ask for more!

Very kind, very attentive. Never made it to the bottom of my drink. Nothing was a problem for them as they took photos for us etc. Perfect boozy brunch! Thank you Izy and Maisie!

Food not good had fish and chips peas cold fish hard chips scrappy won't be eating again

IZY!!! wow you are truly amazing an absolute delight you made mine and my friends night the drinks and food were lovely however the other 2 ladies were not such a joy and if Izy hadn’t come over with her infectious energy I think we would of left I believe there names were Maisie and Molly there faces and attitudes were poor the whole night and a real off put but apart from that we loved our night!!

Leah’s service was unbelievable tonight on a busy night! So welcoming and warm and the food was great, such a good night.

Came straight from the airport to kill time and was the best decision, we had a blast,, the service was impeccable Leah was with us every 10/15 minutes it was amazing, we were never left without a drink. Burger and fries were amazing, mimosa on arrival was elite. THANKYOU

Great and accommodating service by Keeleigh and Annabel. Kept us updated on any goings on and when the upstairs bar would be closing. Never felt rushed or pushed. Made delicious cocktails too! Highly recommend.

Everyone would want a Keeleigh and Annabel behind the bar, they create a fun atmosphere and provide good service

Came here for a bottomless brunch before Charli xcx. Aodaha, Izy and Meg were absolutely brilliant, I’m a coeliac and I felt well looked after at all times. Quite literally the best bottomless brunch I’ve been to (the drinks were strong, portions were great), and they do student discount!

Was served by Izy, Meg, Aodbha and they were lovely and were very accommodating with dietary restrictions! Would definitely come back and would recommend to anyone.

Zoe seated us and looked after us during our bottomless brunch , as soon as we finished our last sip Zoe was back asking what drink we would like next. She was very helpful in regards of flavours of vodka and what was the nicest drinks! We didn’t have to wait for our drinks or food the service was grey and very fast . Thank you Zoe!

Came for joint birthday celebrations as a large group of 8 for bottomless brunch on a busy Friday. Our waitress was exceptional, very attentive and ensured we always had drinks on the table. She really did make the evening run smoothly and that there were no delays. Despite being one of the last bookings of the night, we didn’t feel rushed and were even helped to move downstairs to finish our drinks when the section we were sat in was closing.

Emily is honestly the best server ever, she lovely, kind and makes sure you have the best experience ever!!!! I highly recommend coming here and hope you get her as a server! She deserves a pay rise!!!!

I opted for their shredded chicken with a drizzle of maple syrup – absolutely divine! One of the highlights of the brunch was, of course, the bottomless drinks. We were offered a selection of mimosas, sex on the beaches and more. Each drink was crafted to perfection, and the fruity flavors made for a refreshing accompaniment to our meals. The best part? We came for a bottomless brunch and it was fabulous! We could not fault our server for the day, Isabelle! She was absolutely amazing, so friendly and always made sure we had drinks! Would definitely come again!

The restaurant was almost empty, with only two other tables occupied. I asked if I could sit anywhere since there were reservation cards on the tables. I was told it was fine. However, I waited for 15 minutes and was completely ignored by the staff, who were busy wiping tables instead. I eventually left. The music was also quite loud, and the service was poor.

What I previously thought was an average establishment, has been changed into an incredible establishment all thanks to Will. He’s truly amazing. He’s also really beautiful.
