What can I say? Back again at Slug & Lettuce Tower Bridge, and yet another amazing time! Daisy hosted us once more, and she was absolutely fantastic. Her friendly and attentive service, coupled with her positive energy, made our bottomless brunch experience perfect all over again. Drinks were always flowing, and she went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Daisy truly makes this place extra special. Highly recommend visiting and fingers crossed you get to be hosted by her—she’s the best!

Benji our host made sure our drinks were ordered ahead of our meal. I asked for extra condiments for my meal and he was happy to accommodate. Really lovely service thank you!

Terrible service!!! The waiters did not even look at us for more than 45 minutes! So we ordered via app but still no one came to our table! I went to the bar and asked them to look at our order. And still after 20min she brought half if our orders! AGAIN I went to the bar and reminded them for the remaining order! Unbelievable!

We have had Benji as our server twice now and he is THE best server you could possibly have for any celebration or just in general. He is attentive, excited, and overall invested in you having a great time. We could not ask for anything else on a day out. Highly recommend!

Ok , but we have currently been left waiting over 1 hour for the drinks that we ordered via app. We have been up to the bar 4 times to chase these drinks worth £60 and have been palmed off every time. Still waiting.

Had a bottomless brunch and was served by Olivia in the tower bridge slug and lettuce. Top waitress and service, she helped us with all our needs as quickly as possible will be visiting again.

Central restaurant near Tower Bridge. The decoration is very eye-catching and you can always discover something new in the store. Ordering works via an app and the food was delivered quickly. The food and drinks were delicious and filling well. The cocktail 2:1 promotion made it worth having a drink. Unfortunately it was a bit cold in the store and there was no real service. For a large selection of food including vegetarian and vegan and the large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, the restaurant is perfect.

Olivia was the kind young lady who served me. From the second I walked in I felt how she was a massive contribution to the atmosphere and energy which provided everyone else and myself an easy and relaxing but still fulfilling experience.

Waiting an hour for drinks and then had to be asked twice for our order. Was late to another reservation and charged. Absolutely dreadful. Will not be back.

If you are looking for somewhere to try British food, try Slug & Lettuce. We were visiting Tower Bridge, so tried the outlet just opposite Tower Bridge. We had local food like Fish & Chips, Pigs in a blanket, Fajita Chicken Pasta and children's favourite, Festive Mac ‘N’ Cheese. Food is fantastic! Regrettably, when we were there for lunch, there was a bunch of young office lads having their drinks and were very loud & rowdy. Other patrons kept turning back to look at the group whenever they burst out laughing uproariously. The staff did not try to talk to them to be more considerate. Other than that, the good is great and the service is commendable.

From America, this is the best place I’ve come across, best place by London bridge by far!

Went for a bottomless brunch with friends Waiter was lovely and super nice, had a hamburger which was good, fries were ok Only issue with the bottomless brunch is that you have a 2 hour time slot and the bar were taking forever to prepare each round But overall I had a good time here!

On 21.11.2024, I booked a private table for myself and my 28 colleagues. I would like to give a massive thank you to Simon, who went above and beyond to ensure our event was a success. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist were highly appreciated. Simon spoke with me at length, explaining all the arrangements to me over email and over the phone (I am definitely the longest caller Simon has had haha). Anything I wanted, Simon made it happen, and our night ran smoothly because of them. Simon's friendly demeanor and professionalism really made a difference, and we felt well taken care of throughout the evening. I have past experience of working as a waitress and hosting functions, so I understand the amount of work Simon put into our event, not just on the night itself, but the weeks leading up to it, and I know what excellent customer service skills they have. I appreciate that we were given a private seating area, the layout was perfect for our group. The staff were all friendly and attentive, seamlessly catering to our needs and ensuring every guest felt welcomed. The customer service we received was amazing. The food was delicious, we were served drinks and the three courses in a timely manner, and i appreciated the open and friendly communication with all the staff. My colleagues were all delighted with the experience, we all had a great time. I will certainly be recommending Slug and Lettuce to others, and I hope to return for another gathering soon. Again another massive thank you to Simon, I hope that in the future whenever I need to speak with a customer service representative, I always get someone like Simon.
