Cancelled order at late notice for no reason.

New owner. Great service, delivered within 30 mins. Pizza very nice, loads of toppings.

Delivery driver is beyond rude the second time in a row raised his voice at me and accused me of ordering off just eat when I ordered off their website he raised his voice at me infront of my son and daughter the whole reason we ordered a delivery today was it was the anniversary of my daughters death and I was struggling to be able to cook. there was absolutely no reason to be so rude to me on my doorstep over how someone ordered the food (bare in mind I didn't even use just eat) if you don't want people to use it then don't be on just eat. You do not have goes at customers on their doorstep you never know what people are going through i won't be ordering again sadly

We were staying at the hotel nearby and ordered from Snappy. Pizza is fantastic and delivered SO FAST. Thank you Snappy Peppers. Saving families on holiday one pizza at a time. 🌟🍕

Kebab large is enough if very hungry after days work

Well what can we say, ordered from here, they always claim to be busy when realistically they have slow drivers. Ones that don’t actually have business insurance (this checked on MIB to confirm) food was cold, delivered in over an hour, food cold and wrong and squished with items missing. Picture attached. When we finally got tucked into the food it was stone cold and not something we would have fed to the dog. I would advise anyone thinking of eating here to seriously reconsider and seek alternative food suggestions.

Absolutely gorgeous place. Ive done collection and deliverys. The friendly staff always having conversations with me as i wait for my food and the woman on the phone when i place my orders is always lovely and we always get along. Shes one of the most respectful people to open a order call at a shop. In conclusion fab place.

Such a disappointment. Over 2 hour’s delivery then fail to bring the whole order, then to top it off don’t even bother bringing the order over. Would avoid. 100% won’t be ordering from these again.

Nearly 3 hours latter phone constant engage amd still no food

I’d avoid this place if you have any allergies. This is the 2nd time cheese has been in a plain burger. If I haven’t have looked befor I ate I wouldn’t be here today. Unacceptable

We use Snappy Peppers at least twice a month. We have waited up to two hours on several occasions but never complained. Tonight was unacceptable - 1 hr 55mins for two burgers??? - when we phoned there was no apology. Food ok but nothing special, we have been ordering for several years - we will not order again Why don’t they say it could be up to two hours, at least give customers the option of ordering or not. Order today- eat tomorrow.

Waited 2 hours for 2 cheese burgers, phoned to complain, felt that they didn’t really care, food then arrived just warm and soggy, will not be using this place again. I am only repeating what I have since seen on many other reviews, how is this place still operating!

Dangerous undercooked raw chicken. Food went into the bin uneaten. £10 wasted Order came very quickly within 15 minutes probably how they managed to not cook the chicken correctly. When I called to complain I was confronted with and angry man shouting everything was ok... they made very little apology with no offer of refund or replacement and basically told to go away. Did NOT eat the food... went straight into the bin!

Been going here a long time 2 hour wait told me they woudnt deliver till someone else orderd and the person was rude lazy pressed my buzzer six times used to love the place cheap easy good food but has been awful lately going elsewhere from now on poor customer service

Terrible service. I’ve always thought the food was very good, but today the service was appalling. They knocked once and proceeded to leave with my food despite me requesting them leaving it at the door. The food then arrived an hour later and was freezing cold, not only that, the ice cream that I ordered wasn’t with the order. And they are ignoring my requests for a refund.

Delivery was 30 mins late, missing parts of the order which I was told would be replaced but no one ever turned up. Kebab looked like it had been hacked up with a machete.

Always deliver quickly have never let us down..

ordered 4 things and the only main meal was forgotten, called multiple times and all were ignored, appalling customer service.

Made an order last night, I get a munchie box with my partner every few weeks/months and I feel the amount of meat, chips and especially the salad is decreasing. Yes, they change the meat for me (don't like donner) but they don't put much of anything else for the price. Plus they're really slow at delivery, sometimes over an hour.

Don’t expect your food in a timely fashion, I’m done ordering from this place it’s a joke. Always waiting up to 90 minutes, you call them and they say it’s on its way…..you just have to wait even longer. The food is ok, definitely not worth the wait I don’t know why I gave them another chance this time. I won’t bother again.

Nice food! But unless you order before 9 in the Westbury area, you will be waiting well over an hour for delivery! As they deliver on their way home! Would be nice to know this when ordering, as they say an hour.

Great takeaway, and best kebabs in Warminster.

The food feels incredibly rushed. The pizzas seem to be thrown together as quickly as possible to get them out the door, and unfortunately turn up burnt. Edible but not pleasant.

Delivered spot on time. Had large Donner which was huge and best I've had and chicken wings. The best. Very good! Would highly recommend.

awful quality, long delivery times, chips usually taste of chicken from the dirty fryer oil. Avoid, there's plenty of better take aways around.

Food was good, hot and fresh. This does take time when there is a queue but only 10 minutes. Really friendly staff

My favourite place! The chicken burger is brilliant and the four cheese pizza is delicious.

Rubbish service. Ordered and paid and received text advising 60 minute delivery. Called after 80 minutes and told it’s on its way. 15 minutes from that call and now 93 minutes on still no food.

Warning don’t use the snappy peppers app they get ya order wrong all the time. To be fair they usually apologise and correct it next time as live out in codford. But this time round I was not happy with the out come have decided not to use them any more they didn’t even offer to correct the order getting very sloppy use to be nice fresh and hot and even the rest Of the order tonight was over cooked and had look like the dog chewed on it. only started going to snappy as was told there the best but no sorry unless ya there in the shop watching them. don’t do it to ya self Snappy s if not sure call the customer that’s why phone number is on there then ya customers would have more respect for you and return but at this rate ya driving them Else where. 😂 Arron not taking advice from you again 👎

Delivery took 1 hour and 20 mins. Was told 45-50mins. Donner meat was thick and cold, went to waste and the pizza was dried out and not as nice as they usually are. Pizzas are usually really nice but it was awful but been put of eating kebabs here for a while as the meat is carved too thick and doesn't taste right

Very disappointed. Prices gone up loads (did not even know about change) cheaper to buy separate than a meal deal! Ain’t no deal. Lettuce old (brown) bun also not very appealing being wet ! Had couple of problems here now and the price change just takes the biscuit so I won’t be going back. Was very shocked when I was told how much my order come too. Not worth it at all chippy next door seems to be bette so be going there from now on

I dont normally have problems with snappy. My daughter always has lovley meals and me to normally. But I stopped going for beef burgers because the bottom of bun always come soggy from grease, didn't want to make fuss so ate it and in end i stopped buying them and ordered chicken burgers... omg there lush.. I thought I have a change to beef as my partner ordered last week and bun was good. I even asked on phone to drip fat off before put in bun due to it being soggy but it come and one of the buns was toasted other one had half soggy bottom, Took a while to get to us and didn't want to wait longer so just ripped half bottom bun off and ate it. Also always only get one slice cheese on 1/2 I thought was two pieces like everywhere else.. cucumber was a little disclosured but put to one side. Daughter's chips looked and smelt lovley though. And did fill a whole

These kebabs just keep getting better ! Great service good food i would highly recommend anybody tries them , personally i love the chicken kebab & fries very tasty , thanks guys.

WORST TAKEAWAY IN WARMINSTER.......... Food Quality - Chicken kebab was very salty. Arrival Time - 30 minutes late Customer Service - When I ask where my order was he replied "it's on it's way" and put the phone down.

The food was ok when they finally rectified the order. 1 donor kebab with chips and 1 donor kebab. When we got home and opened the containers there was donor meat on chips and the other was donor meat in a pitta...that was it. Note to anyone who wants a donor kebab with all the trimmings; you have to say exactly what you want e.g donor meat in a pitta with salad and sauce. We went back to rectify the order, which was done by the guy who served us originally but by the time we got home again to eat, we had to DIY our own donor kebabs with salad, it was lukewarm and the chips were soggy. We went by recommendation from a few people but will certainly not be going back!

Just ordered pizza and a kebab for home delivery. Iv ordered from this place before. Always order the same thing pretty much. So I ordered a bbq Base pizza they send me a garlic bread pizza and don't but tomato or cucumber in the kebab. I called to ask them to make me another pizza. I hadn't even touched garlic one. He said he wouldn't so they will have lost mine my partners and both our local family's custom from now on. Not happy if you can't understand the language don't take orders!!!!!!!! Waste of money

Very dissapointed First time ordered during the week the full order was not present so there got had to wait another 15 minutes for them to deliver the rest. Chips was cold anf burger bun soggy Second time ordered this week they say 45 minutes and taken hour and half nearly! Food was average

Crap if I'm honest! My partner asked for salad and ketchup and he didn't get it! I got a kids meal which I must of got like 10 chips not even that!! Won't be going back there again... reminded me why we stopped going there if I'm honest

First time i've ordered a Pizza from here. Quoted £9.20 and delivery in 30-40 mins. Arrived 1hr-20 mins later! and was asked for £10.00. (i only paid the guy the £9.20 quoted) Pizza was only just warm,a shame as it would have have been quite nice if it'd been hot. Been back for takeaway Pizza; Happy to say much better! Kebabs are good as well. ****

Nice oven fired pizzas! The sauce was just right and the cheese was melty smooth. No complaints.
