We arrived as a group of 4 and were served by Zainab. Zainab was really friendly and approachable, making us feel welcome. The food, service and atmosphere is always spot on which is why we’re here almost every week!

5 stars for Service. Tried a the kunafa cookie dough, royal rocher waffle, stawberry cheesecake, oreo milkshake and chocolate sponge pudding. Served by Zainab last week who assisted our table efficiently. She made sure we had everything we needed the whole time we was there. She recommended a range of items from the menu which were spot on and ensured we was satisfied with the food and made the whole family feel welcomed and attended to. She also checked up on us during the visit which was really sweet. She presented execellent customer service skills and had a warm, bubbly and down to earth demeaner. Her attentive customer service skills and cheerful attitude was the reason for 5 star customer service, I certainly be bringing all the family back and recommend to all family and friends. Thank you Zainab!!!

Lovely service by Hawa and Almas. Almas in particular always had a smile on her face when we spoke to her and there were loads of us!!

Place is done very nice and appealing. Food was lacklustre. Cookie dough was very thin n lotus was runny on the top. Crepes were all very thick although presented well Waffle wasn't that good either, was just okay.

The Belgian Waffles and strawberry milkshake were excellent. Just a little longer waiting time than I would have liked.

Everything was perfect. Came with my son, he loved his waffle a lot. Our customer service by Ammaarah was amazing.
